I've been waiting in the drive through line for 21 minutes now... Still 8 cars in front of me. Really?! I know..why am I waiting, but still this is really poor. Starbucks should hold themselves to a higher standard.

Line is not too long& moves pretty quickly. ( drive thru ) and I see a lot of reviews about bad customer service. Guy was very nice and met my demands. I like this drive thru, close to east memphis workplaces too.

Favorite Starbucks in town. Kind of in a strange location, but I love the atmosphere. It's always so quiet and every time I go in (maybe I'm lucky) there's never a long wait. Good staff, plenty of seating. Always very clean as well.

I see people leaving bad reviews for this location and I guess I'm one of they few lucky ones. I've been to this location on 3 different occasions and each time, the staff are very friendly and courteous. They are very quick with my order as well. The only bad thing that o can say about this location is, the tables. They really should consider getting bigger tables.

Most Starbucks tend to be pretty decent so I do feel a bit silly leaving another review. That being said, service at the drive through is very hit or miss, which surprises me since this has to be such a busy location. If you can, go inside because it's slightly better. Inside there's loads of seating to where I've never had problems finding a seat, and there's tables outside. Service inside isn't bad, though usually the people could be nicer. If you want a Starbucks with exceptional employees in this area, I suggest the one at Poplar and White Station. All in all I'd give the drive through two stars and lobby four, so I'm splitting the difference.

The service at this Starbucks is terrible. Employees have arguments in front of customers. The people working the drive thru make me feel more like I'm at Burger King instead of Starbucks. I understand that no one is perfect, but more times than not, the service here stinks. And the drive thru is SLOOOOW. Maybe they all need to drink some coffee before their shifts.

It is Starbucks... They are everywhere. I don't see a real need for a review. Their coffee is meh... and way overpriced. I wanted the new breakfast croissant, but no. They were sold out. So I was upset about that. I did enjoy my Iced Chai Tea Latte. but come on Starbucks... do better

Terrible experience. I was on my way to the airport and stopped by to get a pastry on my way. I looked at the line and the was only one person, so I was like ok, shouldnt take too long. It took forever for the guy in front of me to place his order. The cashier was chit chatting with him and asking about his day and how often he goes to that place. There were 5-6 other staff working and then the line built up behind me. Finallyyyy, it was my turn, so I asked for a 'morning bun' and told her can I get it quickly because I'm on my way to the airport. She was like yes maaaa'aaam no worries. I expected her to go and grab the pastry and hand it to me, but she continued taking orders from others while the other staff were doing other things. I went to the back of the line waiting.. Waiting, and finally, I got someone's attention and said, sorry, can I get my bun and go? He was like it's coming. Now, a lady showed up and said she got the wrong pastry. They changed it for her and told me sorry, it was hers, and we sold you the bun we dont have. At this point I was like 'whatever...' Give me something to go Im in rush. And they were like what do uuu want. I said anything, a croissant! Then the staff disappeared and no one gave a shit about the situation. I think the best thing to do at that point given my hurry was to just forget about it and go, but I kept asking and the they seemed to be soo indifferent. Bottomline, turned out they wanted to warm it up! While I was saying over and over Im in rush. I just grabbed the pastry, and ran. I was sooo agitated and annoyed by the poor way they handle things and zero respect they have for people's time. I give it a two star instead of one, because hopefully these things do not happen all the time, but even if happens rarely, they need to be respectful and better in doing things.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss - I've come here a few times when the service is good and the place is clean...then there's days when the service is horrible and the place is a complete mess. I went there today and there were 3 people working - they were super nice but the whole store was a terrible mess - chairs were everywhere, they had a bunch of tables that weren't cleaned off, and worst of all, the trash was so full that customers had to resort to just leaving their trash on the counter (see the picture). I'm usually a fan of Starbucks but I was a little turned off with the mess at this one...no telling how dirty the kitchen is if they're leaving the dining area so dirty and messy.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the service here. This is my first time at this location, so maybe I just got lucky and came on a good day...or maybe it's cause I really just don't get bothered easily...ha. It's busy, like most locations in the morning. One girl behind the counter started taking people's food order while we wait in line so it'll be ready when we get to the front. By the time I picked a spot to sit, I noticed my drink was already about to be ready. That was pretty fast service compared to my previous experiences at other locations. Looking around, everyone seems pretty content though. No servers arguing or being rude like the other reviews mentioned. Also....today they were giving out those "kind" bars for free....I didn't want one though.
