I like this Starbucks but not the location. The drive is setup very weird. It's hard to get in and out.. Especially in the morning with rush hour traffic. I do however like the service. I've never had a bad experience with that. I like the decor inside as well. If you're going shopping at the mall and need a coffee fix before all that mess... This is the location for you.

What more can be said about the Bucks? This location is up to brand standards, though the mall parking lot location has a few issues that result in delays and er, danger. The drive thru path crosses the parking area and pedestrian access, then the exit crosses the entrance to the drive thru. It is a good example of why this world still needs civil engineers! All the usual stuff, nothing special about this location but I will definitely stop in every time in the area.

Your standard Starbucks with the convince of being located right outside the mall, after some heavy duty shopping you can re-fuel for energy or refresh yourself. My favorite is the green tea Frap. I have only been through the drive through and the staff seems friendly each visit.

They use Tazo tea, and I really recommend the green tea. Whenever I see a Starbucks, I try to restrain myself, because Starbucks isn't that cheap. Fortunately, my little drink is a little over $2. Not bad. If you haven't had their oatmeal with dried fruit you must try it. Ask for a splash of milk or soymilk in it. Great, healthy snack on the run!

Ran out of trays so they handed me my drinks in a gift bag which didn't sit well in the car. Rang up and used Starbucks card app and what deducted at the register was less than deducted from the card. Manager rather snippy and unapologetic. Insisted once he cancelled the order it would appear back on the card. An hour later and they still haven't. Drive thru quoted one price and then 4 minutes later the manager insisted on a higher price. Was once a loyal customer but I'm ready to venture out to my local coffee houses more. Will encourage my company and employees to follow suit.
