    I get starbucks just about every day. Today I was taking a flight, so I went to this one in terminal C. I ordered my usual - a caramel macchiatto with 4 pumps vanilla and 2 white mocha, extra caramel drizzle. I looked at my receipt and the bill came to $6.56. I asked her why are there two $0.55 charges? She said she charged me extra for the syrup and also extra for the white mocha. I told her that the caramel macchiato comes with vanilla syrup, I should not be charged extra for that. She just looks at me, mthen says, well you got extra caramel drizzle so it would be extra for that anyway. Wrong!!!! But, I pay it and leave. The previous time I came here, the attendant didn't even have a clue how to make a macchiato at all, she was asking Me what goes in it. Really??? I can site more incidents, but you get the picture. Just be warned, fellow yelpers...this location is not a good one. The one located in the B (Delta) terminal is much better.

    Generally the worst Starbucks. The only consistent element of drink and service quality is the inconsistency. Sometimes service is friendly and drinks are to your request and normal SB flavor, texture and temp. More often all three components are out of whack and it's obvious the customer is in the way of conversation.

    By far the worst service I've had at a Starbucks. I was the only customer in the entire store an was blatantly ignored while they chatted unprofessionally right in front of me. I politely asked if she could add $10 to my Starbucks card, "yeah" sticks her hand out without looking at me. I decided to order a plain coffee, in fear they would screw up anything that required them to exert any effort. I couldn't really understand their English (maybe I should listen to more rap music), but they were speaking to each other about a relationship or something as opposed to addressing me as the customer. I felt like I should apologize for interrupting their day. Are these stores managed the same as a stand alone store outside of airports? Starbucks has always impressed me with their service, I won't hold these two against the company.

    I think I must have come through the airport on a bad day. It was storming a little bit outside, so I will assume that must have been the reason why I did not get the same friendly service mentioned in other reviews of this place. I will have to pass through this SB location again and update my review the next time I am in that airport. I hate recalling all the bad details of a place when I feel like perhaps my last experience occurred on a bad day. So, I'll say this, the service I received was quite unlike that of the Starbucks that I go to across the USA. When I think of Starbucks, I think luxury. I think "I'm paying 4 bucks for a cup of coffee and the joy of doing so". When I go to Starbucks, I'm paying for the experience more than I am paying for a cup of coffee!! If I wanted a somewhat rude person to wait on me and treat me as if they were not happy to be at work, then I'd go to the gas station or make it at home for much less. All in all, the cup of tea I got that night was hot. When I requested more hot water in my cup, I received it. I would go back, but at this time, I will say that I could not even give them a 3 based on the service I received. I WILL RETURN.

    The saddest Starbucks I have ever seen. .. empty and there was no fresh coffee. I wanted a tall coffee and the cashier said he had to be a new batch if I could wait. I decided to just grab an over priced bottle of water. Glad I had a gift card since the purchase was not worth real money

    Amazing Happy Service. These ladies were so friendly and peppy at 7am this morning! What a joy! And my cinnamon dolce latte was perfection

    One of the few places in this airport (sadly, in ANY US airport), that doesn't gouge you on beverage prices.

    This airport location have some of the friendliest people. They have a very unique way of moving the line for those rush hour moments. I was very pleased to have stopped by this one to get my favorite, Carmel Frappe.

    This is an airport Starbucks so I guess it isn't their fault that the lines are ridiculously long. Everyone wants their coffee fix before they board the plane! The staff is friendly and greets airport staff by name, which I found adorable. But unfortunately even if you have a gold Starbucks card they won't give you the free soy milk or other perks. They also don't have breakfast sandwiches. Sad.
