An old school Starbucks to me: Spacious and welcoming, with plenty of different places to comfortably work, meet, or relax. Probably the best outside of Dallas' West Village Starbucks, which is practically the size of a library! Or the Great Falls Georgetown Pike Starbucks. If you're driving around and this is within 10 minutes of you, then it's a 5-star choice. TIP - Hipsters congregate here TIP - A little light on the power outlets TIP - No Clover. TIP - outdoor seating provides a parking lot and busy roadside view. No points for that.

This Starbucks is way better than the one just down the street. Staff here is so much more friendlier, and they keep the place super clean. Parking is a little tight but you can park next door at the bank or behind the store as well. There's no drive thru but they're always super fast so I don't mind going in even when I'm in a hurry.

My favorite Starbucks in town! No drive thru but this location has a great vibe. Lots of seating and a professional crowd. Clean at all times. Baristas are very friendly and I give special props to Lyndsey Shelby Reese Alyssa and Jeremiah for always being nice even when slammed with the am rush and always making perfect drinks! It is a crowded parking lot so I park on the street.

This is a spacious Starbucks on the inside. There is limited parking in the front but plenty of spots in the back. The baristas here are always friendly and efficient. The coffee? Well it's Starbucks! 5 stars here.

Typical Starbucks. The trash was overflowing at the cream station. Half and half container was empty. When we ask the girl at the register for another she seemed really annoyed. Another employee asked me if the trashcan was full. I told her it was and she finally came out and emptied it. Half wiping down the counter. I don't understand, when you wipe down the counter you wipe the entire counter.

This by far is my favorite Starbucks in Memphis. I regularly visit this location. No matter how crowded the place is they are so quick and polite. The other great thing is the wifi. It is so fast!!!! Life is good with coffee and internet!!!

Don't let the exterior fool you, This is an awesome Starbucks location, nestled down in a shopping center, you actually step down into it, Neat decor, the staff was super friendly and the drinks were made to the T!

By far the BEST service I've had at a Memphis Starbucks. Even though another location is more convenient with a drive through, this location has friendly employees and the area is always clean. Within weeks of my daily visits, the baristas greeted me by my name, knew my order and they always seem so happy. What a great way to start my morning! If you are a Memphian who appreciates excellent customer service, make it a point to experience this Starbucks. :)
