Ruby Tuesday's is for the family weather it's a group or just the two of you it's just right for family. The bar is a nice set up for an after work drink while catching the highlights from the games the best of both worlds.

Ewwww.....the food wasn't that good. I know because I had tons of food left over. I ordered the chicken and broccoli pasta and it tasted like a frozen tv dinner. We went for lunch during work and it wasn't hardly anyone there. I also got the Blondie...which was good. My meal total was about $20.00. I have had better meals for $7.. So not worth $20.00.

Ahh, that's better. This is the only location I'll go to anymore, at least in Memphis. The food is always great, really fresh, always comes out the way I ordered it. And the salad bar is a huge plus, it's definitely easy to just make a meal out of that. But it can also be one of your sides, definitely an even huger plus. They keep the biscuits coming, too. I'm a sucker for them, they're similar (-ish) to Red Lobster's, but still a little different. The service is phenomenal, too! No matter when I go here, the service is always great. Never had a bad experience at this location. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, there's always at least one friendly face greeting you at the door. The managers don't make themselves scarce either so it's easy to pass along any comments.

It's been a while since I've visited this location and was in the mood for a good salad. When we arrived the hostess advised us they were not accepting credit cards at the moment, that was one. Next I noticed the restaurant was emptier than normal with an empty parking lot. Next we noticed repairs needed on the ceiling as apparently a unit was loose from the ceiling. Next our waitress about 5 minutes to come out to get our drink order. By this time I had went to the salad bar and noticed it wasn't only empty but what was left up there was dirty. Before my husband could ask for our drinks and appetizer I had come back to the table with an empty plate and told him and the waitress we weren't going to eat there. I truly hate this for this location as Ruby Tuesday has always been a great restaurant but I won't be returning to this location.

I usually do not frequent chain restaurants that often, and this trip to Ruby Tuesday re-confirmed why I avoid them. Now, I am not a chain-restaurant-hater -- so that is not why Ruby Tuesday is getting 1 star. They are getting one star because they earned it today, and this is why. I am typically a big fan of Ruby Tuesday. Typically their salad bar has delicious, fresh offerings -- and their burgers are seasoned well and cooked perfectly. In addition, typically we get very friendly service. This visit was the complete opposite. Food: The Ruby Minis my wife ordered were under-seasoned and not served to us fresh (they must have sat in the window a few minutes too long -- which shocks me because there were 8 guests in the whole restaurant). Worst of all, the buns were definitely old. Usually their buns are so soft and delicious; this time they were dry and old. The salad bar was also lackluster. There was a lot more wilted lettuce than there should have been. I understand that like most restaurants, they must get their leaf produce from a bag, and sometimes wilted lettuce happens; but this was worse than usual. Service: We walked in the door and no one was up front greeting. When the hostess did arrive, she walked up and asked, '2?' That isn't a very friendly way to greet your guests. The server / bar tender also seemed like she did not want to be there. Nobody acted like they wanted to be at work, when we ('the customers') are the reason they have jobs in the first place. I am so tired of getting terrible service when I go and spend my money. For that, Ruby Tuesday, I will never dine with you again. Moreover, anytime I have the opportunity to deter would-be customers from dining at your restaurant, I will. Atmosphere: I am quite fond of the vibe that Ruby Tuesday gives off. Unfortunately, the unfriendly, rude, inattentive staff also contributed to the atmosphere -- completely souring it. Price: The price was not worth what we got. A couple of luke-warm Ruby Minis on stale bread? Yeah, that doesn't cut it for me. A salad bar that one could tell they didn't care about (i.e. wilted lettuce in all of the bins, produce all over the surface like it is too rarely cleaned). This was just extremely disappointing. Final Thoughts: I understand that this is the type of experience one should expect to come across at some point when dining at chain restaurants -- or any restaurant for that matter. I have always had really good luck at Ruby Tuesday though -- not at this location however. In fact, this was our first visit to this Ruby Tuesday. Maybe that is the biggest issue? Maybe this is simply a reflection of the area this restaurant is located in. I don't know. What I do know, is it sucked and I will never return. Unfortunately, Memphis in general has seriously let me down in terms of service. I have had more bad service-related experiences in Memphis, than any other city in the country. Maybe people just don't care here. Again, I don't know, but like I said -- I do know that this experience was awful, and I have learned my lesson.

Decent place to get a quick bite - Not to expensive yet quality - One of the better/fresher salad bars in town. If you are alone I recommend sitting in the bar.

Food is usually decent (though sometimes your entrée comes out cold) and servers are pleasant. Inexplicably though, service is ridiculously slow despite the small number of guests. I have never seen the restaurant actually crowded but almost every time I go there it takes forever to get even the most basic of items. Food is *just* good enough to keep me coming back. Can't really call yourself a high quality restaurant with low quality service...

Best salad bar ever! Downer moment: I left my jacket there, called back later and it was not in 'lost and found'. It was a nice jacket so I can imagine someone is happy. :(

For a corporate chain, this place has continuously won me over with its add-on salad to anything you order. If I were to make my usual salad only once and pay at any other gorcery store, it would be north of $10. For the salad bar and the good bar speciaqls, this is my favproite csaual chain restauyrant of tyhe lot.

Rude slow service. Poorly managed. Understaffed with long waits for tables despite being half empty. Horribly unhealthy Menu. Salad bar is only redeeming quality. Won't be back.

I have eaten at this location about half a dozen times and the food has always been good and the manager most of the time stops by to ensure everything is fine. I think he is a real good guy. The food is a little over priced, but if you don't mind paying a premium it's not that big of a deal. I especially like their salad bar as it is always well stocked with quality dishes and it's always kept neat, organized, and clean. It's worth trying out.
