We had every intention on having dinner at Ciao Bella Italian Grill, however, it was a 40 minute wait. So we decided to eat at Holiday Ham and Deli, since it was near. They were short staffed, however, they're provided great customer service. The salads (Cobb and Southwestern) were good and they made minor altercations to meet our needs. Also the soups were goods. I had the Broccoli and Cheese and my colleague had the Potato soup. Additionally, we did not realize that they closed at 8pm and they allowed us to stay until 9pm to finish our meeting. They did not rush us at all. Great customer service.

Most places herd you in; ask for your order as you're coming through the door; and start taking the next one before you can even put you're APPLE PAY away or cash money if your old school. Not this place. Managers even come to my table and ask how's the food and how am I and thanks for coming in. Even the Community Coffee Reps took time to talk with me about the fine fine coffee served at Holiday Ham. Makes me feel like it's 1928 again, when people actually talked to each other instead of having their noses jammed on a smartphone screen. Who am I kidding. My mom wasn't even born by 1928. Anyway, my favorite duo is Holiday Ham and Community Coffee.

Surprisingly, I have found the food here to be interesting, with a homemade originality. A lot of the stuff they sell here is allegedly prepared from scratch on site. I find this surprising for a chain, but I am encouraged by it. They still can't compete with a real good, grass roots, bootstrap place like Elwood's Shack, but this place has a different business model. It is good and has friendly people working there and a comfortable facility. A nice variety of tastes in the menu as well. Be warned however; Lunch can be a little too loud and crowded. Also with yolo's nearby, the parking lot can be a riot. Ham is good, but they offer much more than just ham, but the ham is always a treat! Live long....and eat high on the hog!

Breakfast Quesadilla is great... Holiday Ham is my go to spot for Breakfast and WiFi Combo. Wouldn't change a thing.

For whatever reason, my family goes through phases of restaurants. We went through a phase where we ate A-Tan chinese once a week. Then it was El Mezcal on Perkins Extended. Then it was Rafferty's in Laurelwood. We are currently on Holiday Ham. Once a week, we eat here, if not more. I give it four stars for several reasons. One, it is on the Delta Dining program, so I get Delta miles out the wazoo. Thumbs up! Two, there is a frequent dining program, so every $50 spent, you get $5 off the next meal. Double thumbs up! Three, Tuesday and Thursday nights are kids eat free nights, e.g. one parental meal gets you two kids meals free. This is uber-incredible of a deal. Wife + me split sandwich; kids get a meal each; water to drink; $10 for four people. Out of this world of a deal. Four, the food is good. The honey ham is delicious. There are a ridiculous number of options on the menu, from salads to sandwiches to potatoes, this place has you covered. Per Mrs Ed W., the pimento cheese is delicious. Four reasons to eat here. Four stars.

I have eaten at Holiday Deli for years and never had a bad experience or meal! I usually get the Ham What Am because I like the sweet hot mustard and thick sliced ham, but I can't forget to mention the ham salad, egg and olive and pimento cheese that you can order as a sandwich or prepared to take home. YUM! With five MidSouth locations, soups sandwiches and salads, free wi-fi and reasonable prices, Holiday Deli is a one stop shop for a quick meal, work meeting or long lunch with girlfriends and babies. And I have done ALL of those things there. I appreciate that they are so family friendly since I have a toddler that is picky and has not learned to use his inside voice! They even have free kids entrees every Tuesday and Thursday after 3PM with the purchase of an adult entree. We also usually make our own ham or turkey, deviled eggs and rolls each Easter and Thanksgiving and fill in by picking up several sides from Holiday Deli so that we don't spend extra hours in the kitchen. The broccoli rice and sweet potato casserole are my favorites!

The potato soup was very good. The French dip was ok... Mcalisters deli serves a better French dip for less.

A nice locally owned spot to grab a casual bite to eat. The menu offers pretty standard sandwich options but the homemade chip side option is something different, and yummy. They also offer more soups that your average deli which is nice if you're a soup person. Another standout here is the drink area offers more flavored of tea than I've ever seen at a non tea place - 5 or 6 maybe. The space is always clean too despite the decent crowd they bring in. Prices are reasonable. What pushes this place to 5 stars for me is the exceptionally friends service. Oh, and they are regular supporters of local community organizations. Good food from good people is a winner in my book.

Pimento cheese is all I'm going to say. I love this deli. They're always so friendly! I love their endless amounts of soup choices. Coming from a soup lover, this makes me very, very happy!

As one might assume, this is a sandwich place that has great offerings in the form of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I am a sucker for a good sandwich, and this place definitely has many different selections in that respect. To that end, don't miss the Southwest Chicken Panini, the Ragin' Cajun sandwich, or Luke's Kickin Chicken Panini. If you are a salad person, don't fret. There are plenty of different options to please your palate here as well. Be sure to go with the Grilled Chicken Cobb salad, the Italian Chopped Chicken salad, or the Southwest Chicken Salad. Each of these selections, along with all of their salads in general, are extremely big and have a number of different ingredients that will definitely satisfy. If you need something to go with your sandwich or salad, they offer numerous different homestyle soups as either a standalone option or as an accompaniment. Choices range from lobster bisque, chili, chicken tortilla, potato, or clam chowder. There are always other options available that are seemingly seasonal, but I have never been to this restaurant without there being at least 6 to 8 different soup options. With that said, the soups are definitely good and satisfying, but they are not necessarily great. You can tell they are made in huge batches and then shipped out to the different stores. However, this should not be a reason to forego the soup, as that would be a mistake in my opinion. Finally, the kicker. If you have kids, this is a place that you are going to want to dine at. Not only do they have a frequent diner loyalty program, which provides you with coupons and discounts off of your food options based upon the number of dollars that are spent, but they also have kids night on Tuesday and Thursday nights. On kids nights, kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. This means that you can feed a family of four or five people for under $20, which is unheard of. Although this is basically a chain restaurant, it is definitely a great option for lunch and casual dinner dining.

I'm a fan of deli's in general because it's a quick, fresh, healthy option. Holiday Ham is among my favorites. I love the grown up grilled cheese and soup and salads. They cater boxed lunches too and have great side dishes for the holidays. I always pick up the potato casserole and some cakes. They have a separate area set up for take out orders during the holidays, but it is best to call ahead to reserve your items if you have a large order. One thing I love is kids eat free here on Tuesday and Thursdays for dinner.

We normally order Holiday Ham for lunches at the office but this morning, I got the chance to try several of the dishes on their new breakfast menu. The items I tried were all winners! They have baked fresh daily muffins, great Sister Shubert rolls and ham, and now a variety of breakfast sandwiches and dishes. The Southern Special sandwich has pimento cheese, a fried egg, ham, and a slice of tomato on top of an english muffin and is a great way to eat pimento cheese for breakfast!! The Breakfast Heap was a big hit with my co-workers as well. It has breakfast potatoes with onions and red peppers, cheddar cheese, ham or sausage, then gets baked, then gets two eggs prepared how you like them on top. Served with toast for $5!!!! They also have souffles and for the health conscious, they do have a yogurt parfait. I normally go there for sandwiches but now I'll have to start going there for breakfast as well.

This place rocks. The staff is friendly, the service is fantastic and the food is superb. My fav is the savory croissant sandwich and I can't cone to this place without getting their famous pimento cheese. As a sweet tea fanatic, I appreciate that they have a "healthier" option that is made with Splenda brand sweetener.

I usually go to the Holiday Ham and Deli on Hacks Cross instead of the one on Erin Way because it is closer to work. We used to order out there at least once a week. They offer salads, deli sandwiches, panini, quiche, and soups. It's reasonably price compared to what you would pay for a meal deal at a fast food place and it's better for you. i like getting the Len's Light Lunch. You get a choice of 2 of the following: a half of an old-fashioned sandwich, a cup of soup, or a side salad plus a drink and chips. i skip the chips and pay extra for potato salad or pasta salad as my side. At first, service there was very good. Now, it kinda gone downhill. I would advise going at off peak times for take out and checking your order for accuracy and completeness before you leave. Once i got a salad that was supposed to be a chef's salad but had no meat on it. i called up and complained and the manager took my name and told me that my next meal there would be free. i figured that would never happen. i went in there myself the next time and mentioned the manager's name and sure enough she had written down my name and i got my meal free. so then i kept going back. Since then, i keep giving them chances to get it right and they keep disappointing me. I really like their ham salad sandwiches and i ordered one. When my assistant brought back my lunch, i was disappointed to find a tuna salad instead of my beloved ham salad. Another day, i ordered a soup and salad and received only a salad and no soup. Again, i still keep going back because i like the food; but not as often as i would like because they seem to keep disappointing me with the service.
