From the outside, I wasn't so sure if I made the right choice in restaurants and when I walked in, I really had my doubts. I had never ordered from them, but when I looked them up on Yelp and What the Health, a app that gives you the Health Department ratings of all restaurants in Memphis, they had great reviews, and a grade "A" from the health department. I phoned in my order, and used Siri, to map out directions to the restaurant. I'm glad I didn't allow appearances to dissuade me from eating there, because the food was delicious and my entire family loved it. It's like finding a diamond in the rough and I'm glad I gave them a chance. I will definitely eat there again!! Another perk was the fact that the prices were very reasonable and they gave us great portions. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who likes good Chinese food!!

Horrible place. The service there is horribel. They cursed my friends and I off. They kept herasing us on the phone, told us to go back to Mexico even though we spoke perfect english. It took them two hours to prepare the food. We went to another place to eat and it took under 5 mins. And thier food was much more pleasing and it was way more cheaper. This place sucks.

China Garden is the only place my family and I order chinese takeout from. It is always delicious and never disappoints. The house special lo mein, rice with shrimp, and broccoli with shrimp are my favorites. Sometimes I also order the sweet and sour chicken, but rarely since I'm the only one that likes it. This place is very clean and they are super quick with your orders, so by the time I drive there my food is always ready.

I love this place!!! Yummy chicken and broccoli and lo mein. They have great portion sizes for a decent price. Will be back very soon! Oh and they close around 11 which is great when craving chinese food late at night.

Great take-out food. Would recommend to anyone. Large portions, great prices, great staff. This is always a family favorite. Don't forget the cream cheese wontons!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
