I love this Chic Fil A!!! There are definite differences between the various locations around the city. Scott and his team at this store are the most consistent at getting things right every time. All things right! As a concept they do a great job of keeping a customer centric environment at pretty much any location that you visit. You'll hear "My Pleasure" as opposed to any other phrase when you tell them "Thank You". It's the kind of thing that is slight but really takes a ton of work from upper management to make sure it remains part of the culture. Claps for that! Like I said the get it right here. The culture is spot on and you can tell by any visit any time. The chicken is always fresh, hot, never soggy, trimmed right, crunchy when fried, and hot and tasty when grilled! The salads are fresh and the milkshakes are awesome!

Amazing grace, I see this place where customers are kings and employees are queens. I love their invention that makes tons of customer retention. All it is is old fashioned charm and lots of respect and all without smarm. I promise you this while cows eat hay, I'll eat their chicken almost any day. Except Sunday and that's so cool they give employees Sunday off.

Slowly declining service Scott Malone is obviously not great at managing or operating this location. 45 minutes for food in a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. And my wife being told that she made a mistake by not getting a shake they were supposed to give her. I guess she was supposed to make it herself!

I have never been to a bad Chick-fil-A. The customer service is always the best. I will say this is not my favorite location. They updated this location to make it more modern looking on the inside. The new look is not very inviting. It certainly doesn't keep me from coming back to this location. The food is always great.

In what seems to be an endless supply of fast food establishments that simply do not care about customer service whatsoever, Chick-Fil-A stands out as not only caring about customer service, but doing an excellent job of making their guests feel welcome. You are almost always greeted enthusiastically by the employees when you enter, they are attentive, get your food to you quickly, and will even walk around and see if you are enjoying your meal and will offer to refill your drink for you! They also have free wi-fi, which is most excellent. I am very happy with my many experiences at this Chick-Fil-A and plan on coming back frequently.

Seldom do I give 5 starts, but you guys earned it! This is the most consistent, efficient, clean, politest, well trained employee chain I've even gone to; especially this location. While I'm sure you all are trained to say "my pleasure" it's always nice to hear that with a smile on you guy's face. A bit over priced, but I don't mind spending the money for the quality of service and food I get. Great job! Other fast food chains should follow your lead!

I don't really know why I'm writing this. 2 parts out of boredom. 3 to 8 parts because they are closed at 10 when you may actually want to have it, or on sundays (can I get an amen?) Though I tend to avoid fast food, the food here isn't so bad... or I like to tell myself having had eaten here everyday during college if not many more times. It is a standard chick fil a, though once or twice out of 100 or so visits it might have been subpar i.e cold or overcooked, but over all it is consistent and quite delicious. I typically stick to just a strawberry milkshake, which feels like it might have actual strawberries in it. But if you do choose to get food stick to before 9 and get several packs of their crack i.e chick fil a sauce i.e bbq+honey mustard Service can also be a miss once or twice out of 100 visits. Also it has been said but their rush hours are pretty fucking ridiculous, AT ALL MEMPHIS LOCATIONS.

My favorite Chick-fil-a in the Memphis area. Before my daughter got her drivers license we would come here every Friday morning for our Daddy Daughter Date. Wow, 4 great years...no wonder they still call me by name whenever I come in. Scott is the coolest manager at any of the stores I visit across TN,MS, and AR. He is a big part of why I travel an extra mile or two to come this this location vs other locations that may be closer to my events.

I love Chick-Fil-A. Their food is amazing and always very fresh. My main complaint about this particular Chick-Fil-A is the parking lot. It is GOD AWFUL! The people who seem to design Chick-Fil-A parking lots need to be replaced. I hardly ever go to a Chick-Fil-A with a well designed parking lot. This one is the worst though. The area of Poplar that it is located at is super busy. The lunch time rush is even worse. The drive through line runs right out into Popular. The entrance and exits are too thin. Not enough parking. I dread this parking lot. I cannot say enough good things about the food and service though. The staff is super nice, and they will even take your order early in the drive thru. A long story short. Great food but terrible parking!

I have been to alot of CFilA in my time and this is one of the best not that all of them are not up there. There service is always top notch. Lunch time is always busy but there is never a time where I wait more than 10 mins due to the outside servants. Love them!!

I always wonder why people write reviews on fast food...and yet here I am, writing a review on fast food. I guess I can justify it with the fact that this is the only fast food I'll eat. Period. Ok ok, yes, when I'm really really drunk you **might** find me at a Taco Bell at 2 in the morning, but that is just peer pressure. Oh...and there was that one time in Gulfport for a horse show when I went on a Backyard Burger kick...but I digress, Chick-fil-A is the only fast food I eat regularly. Wow, that was just an epiphany...I guess I do eat it quite often. Maybe that is why I haven't lost weight. Anyways, it is clean clean clean and the staff is always nice nice nice. I never worry about what they are doing to my food and even though the (2!!) lines are always wrapped around the block, it moves relatively quickly as the staff is very competent. And the food actually looks like food. This is important at a fast food place. I feel like I'm actually eating real food that isn't *that* bad for me. I mean, fattening, yes, but still real chicken.

Great CFA! So clean and friendly on the inside. It does get pretty crazy here around lunch time though due to both traffic on Poplar and the fact that it IS indeed a CFA and everyone wants to come eat here. Just try to avoid the 12 o'clock lush (lunch+rush) hour, if you can! Legit food. Try the Double Chunk Chocolate Chip Cookie. YUMS.
