Experts say that the first step towards recovery is admitting that one cannot control one's addiction or compulsion. Unfortunately for the world, I don't want to because I'm a meat head. And as a meat head, I like beer. I like sports. I like wings. I like more beer. I will stare at your girlfriend, sister, mom, daughter, or grandma if she's hot and wearing something revealing; if you leave her alone with me.... Well, just don't do it if you love her. I wear football jerseys on gameday, even though I officially retired after high school without a sappy, tear-jerking press conference. I was sent here to avenge the Biff Tannen's of the world who were dealt a crushing blow by Marty McFly and Doc Brown. As the self-proclaimed leader of the meat head revolution, I have christened Buffalo Wild Wings as the headquarters to launch our vengeance on the world. One of the factors that led to Buffalo Wild Wings being selected as our headquarters is the wide variety of beer they have on tap: Shock Top, Yuengling, Guinness, Red Stripe, Fat Tire, etc. It's a beer connoisseur's dream. Next, Buffalo Wild Wings arms our rogue militia with 16 flavors for wings, ranging from my favorite Mango Habernero all the way to the Steve Urkel of wing sauce, Mild; if one of my soldiers orders mild flavored wings, he will be discharged and sentenced to three days in Bed, Bath and Beyond for treason. Our entertainment is provided by the Southeastern Conference football rivalries via 4 giant projector screens and dozens of flat screen televisions. Finally, our tanks will be fueled by a unique assortment of thin crust, flatbread pizzas: the Spinach Artichoke Chicken pizza will nourish our soldiers and propel us to victory. Respect and honor. Meat Heads, UNITE!

Great place to watch the game. Good food and drink! Bartenders and wait staff are extremely friendly

Service was excellent. Wings were fire (so was my mouth after taking a bite of one.) Soft pretzels suck. Queso for the soft pretzels is even worse. At least they have great wings and that's really all this place is about anyway right? If you want to watch anything sports related, go here. There is a tv in every spot imaginable.

My family and I love this place. Service is quick and it's easy to get seated, provided you don't go at a peak hour time (if you do, then that's on you!). Food is standard for a Buffalo Wild Wings, good family environment too. My only issue with it is the parking - it's incredibly tight, even during off-peak hours... We usually find ourselves making a serious trek to get to the restaurant from the car and then back again. I've seen some of the restaurants nearby actually employ "bouncers" in the parking lot to keep cars out (unless you're headed to their particular restaurant). But otherwise, we really enjoy B-Dubs... Though it seems to be getting pricey!

Unless you are craving wings -- which they are good at I would go elsewhere. I asked for a medium burger and received a hockey puck on a hard bun. I could go on, service was mediocre etc. but it's a 3 out of 5 every time.

There's really nothing special about this place. 0.60¢ wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The service is slow and very slow on those days. However they have expanded there space so it shouldn't be s long wait to be seated. The food is usually good but I recommend taking it to go.

I give one star because you must give a star to write a review, otherwise you wouldn't get any. How far you have fallen, BWW's. My hubby and I love your wings/sauce. We rarely get anything but the wings. So on Father's Day he wanted wings so we came to our go-to spot. We arrived at about 11:45 on a Sunday (before most churches in the area had let out so your rush had not yet begun. You apparently have a new "Justin Bieber" host who is a table Nazi. Apparently there weren't any more 2-person tables in the first dining hall. There were tall tables in the noisy bar but because of health (back/leg) issues my hubby can't sit at the tall stools any more. There were some 4-person tables open AND there was another ENTIRE DINING ROOM TOTALLY OPEN FOR YOUR RUSH hour. Would your new boy wonder seat us at a 4-person table or in the empty dining room? No! He would rather stick to what he has been told "don't seat 2 people at a 4-person table, save those for 4 people." So, you lost a sale yesterday, and probably forever. My husband was extremely angry (which is rare) and you'll be lucky if he comes back. We eat there at least once a month and I know that is not a lot, but we were loyal (we don't like other wings). We often meet up with friends whom we have not seen in a long time at your restaurant, but I'm sure that will stop. Why do you let an idiot kid ruin your business? He should have been taught that he doesn't have a job if he lets the customer walk back out the door!!! He should NOT work the hostess stand because he has not been trained adequately. Maybe put him on toilet cleaning duty? I notice your restaurant only has 3 stars now. My how you have fallen. You ADDED the new dining room so you could accommodate a lot more people. We like that because it is a lot less noisy. Yes we like the sports but the original dining hall is SUPER LOUD!!! So to be able to talk over dinner for us is a big thing...and my hubby gets to keep up with the game (yesterday wasn't a big game day so the crowd was low). This is probably why you didn't want to open up the other dining room. Shame on you, that is LAZY. It appears that you are on a downward spiral. The staff is dragging you down. The bathrooms (from our last visit) are on a HUGE downward spiral. Apparently no one in your ranks cares about the total dining experience any longer. Your employees will bring you down. They will rob you blind. Maybe not by taking cash from the till but by turning people away who probably won't return. You just remodeled and spent a TON of money on it, but for what? I can only wish you luck because I'm afraid when my hubby holds a grudge it gets held for a long time. (He won't let me stay at Hampton Inns when we travel any more, because of a very similar situation. It's been 4 years now. He spent $10,000 per year there, now Marriott gets all that business.) You need to clean up your act or you too will lose your loyal customers. Make Policies, but give your staff the right to bend them if it means people will turn around and walk away. Otherwise your suite there in the strip mall will be vacant if you keep this poor attitude up. It was nice while it lasted. Bye.

I'm not a sports fan much less a wing or beer devotee. My husband wanted something different but aaargh. Most of the tables were unbussed and neglected. Our booth was all the way in the back so we saw ALL of them. He ordered 15 wings and 3 sauces w onion rings and I had a precooked burger probably frozen in a past life. The skin on fries were cold. Not impressed. It took quite a while to get the food but the waiter was excellent.

Sunday at 6 pm and they are out of chicken for sandwiches. And I think the waitress was sucking on a piece of candy while she took our order. We enjoy playing the video trivia so we got a couple machines. The old ones had buttons- kind of gross but you get over it. But now They're touch screen now so the screens are covered with greasy finger prints when you get them. Really should wipe them between customers. The Margarita was decent, but overpriced. Real skimpy on wing sauce, but it was hotter than advertised so I'm ok with that. Overall a below average night out when we should have gotten it to go and saved the money on drinks.

I believe most everyone knows this is a Sports bar/restaurant which serves wings and burgers along with other choices. The service is good, and is a great place for a drink (full bar). I have had lunch here several times with no complaints.

Good place to go when you just want some wings and good tv. Not the place to be if you want some quiet time. If you are here late during the summer months, expect lots of teenagers. It's just what they do. Overall, good place.

Had the boneless wings (asia zing) ranch dressing, it was good.. nothing to write home about, but not bad. It was spicy and hot but nothing out of this world

I have to say that for the most part I despise people who go right to YELP w/o trying to resolve something with management first. In this case, the manager, the server and the hostess lied to our faces, so it's on, you get 1 star, BECAUSE I CAN'T GO LOWER. We planned to go to this location for a month. A combined going away party for a team coach and a parents challenge for wings against coaches. 12 adults and 9 kids. We aren't dumb, we called the day before, and the hostess didn't tell us they don't take reservations, she said come on down at 6:30. We moved up our plans by an hour to make this time, ending practice early. So we are there at 6:30, and not only do we not have a reservation, but we are being told they don't do reservations. We are being told by a server that our party is being split into two smaller groups. A manager and hostess are still claiming they don't reserve tables. So explain why the tables are already pushed together for a baseball team? Explain why the tables are pushed together for a bachelor party. Explain why you would stand in front of customers and lie to them rather than try to work something out for us, when you overbooked. I won't eat here again. Screwing customers over because you have as much business as you need tonight is the dubious luxury of a giant corporate chain that can rely on advertising, beer and sports to hit it's numbers rather than good product and even better service. I know, because I own a restaurant, and I hate negative reviews on YELP. Sorry BWW but you asked for this one, you begged for it. (By the way, we walked across the parking lot to El Porton, they sat us in under 5 minutes, 3 servers helped, they gave the kids their own section, they never even asked about splitting the checks, they JUST DID IT. Because they respect and honor their customers.)

I consider myself a wing fanatic. Maybe even obsessive. I enjoy max heat with max flavor. After all what's the point of wings if you can't enjoy them? I've been to a ton of BWW locations and they're all virtually identical with the exception of the layout. This location recently had an addition to their seating, I believe, from renting out the business next door and combining it into their existing space. I haven't had a chance to check it out but added seating is always good. There are ample TV's and you can always find something to watch. The beer selection is very good for a chain restaurant. The wings are excellent. My go-to order is 12 traditional "hot" wings. Their hot sauce is the hottest traditional buffalo sauce below the "Blazing". From what I've heard the blazing is too hot to enjoy. Like I said before, I just don't see the point. The only reason I didn't rate this place four stars is for a business practice they have. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they offer cheaper wings and boneless wings, respectively. This sounds great in theory but every time I've been the wings have had less sauce and been noticeably smaller. Also, they do not offer complimentary ranch and blue cheese on these days if you opt for the cheaper wings. I get the business practice and I even understand the charging for dressing but giving less quality wings means you're not getting good value, you are simply paying for what you get. If they fix this issue, BWW would get five stars from me.

I was in Memphis on a Sunday and being a loyal fan, HAD TO (not wanted to, had to) watch the Chicago Bears game. Since it was not on regular cable, my best option was BWW. They had a zillion screens all showing something and luckily I found a table near one showing Da' Bears game. Unfortunately, you cannot run the audio if you have lots of different videos all playing at the same time so I literally watched the game without listening to the game. Wings were good, beer was cold, chips and salsa was outstanding. My chief complaint was the $$$. One beer, two dozens wings and a couple of pops cost close to $60 with tip. WTH???? That's a lot of money! The good news is that the Bears won the game (they may not have if I hadn't been watching) so I walked out of there happy as can be.

I go here quite a bit because I have honestly never had a bad meal. The food is absolutely amazing, and they have a little something for everyone. If you don't like wings their burgers are really delicious. The only thing I would complain about is how loud it is, and one waiter. I wish I knew his name, but I forgot it. We used to go there quite a bit after school, and every time we went we would get this man. Even though we tipped him very generously every time we went (over 20% each) he acted like he just didn't want to serve us and made comments about how we were "obsessed." I love this place, but when I go, I kind of hope I don't get that guy.

The soft pretzels are yummy. If I was going for trivia I'd probably have given the place 5 stars. We went for lunch and my stomach hates them now. I ordered the black and blue burger which didn't have any blue cheese and I was forced to have it cooked medium well. It was over done and gross. If a place forces you to have your burger cooked medium well it's a sign that they get crappy meat. Boy could I tell. My husband got the ribs and he said they were mediocre. He also told the waiter he was allergic to coleslaw so not only did they bring him coleslaw but they made sure it got over all his food so he had to send it back. I don't think they remade the food because my husband got sick shortly after. I might go back for trivia but I'll stick to the pretzels.

This isn't really my kind of a place, I am more a of a low-key gal. That written, the wings are good. I don't see how people think that they couldn't be, unless you're used to really bony, old-school wings. These are definitely meatier, breaded with a mystery breading, and a bit more commercialized, yet still yum. I like the honey wings. I really like that you can get take-out. Bee Dubs tends to be a bit dark, with plasmas going, kind of like a dude den, so I like to get mine to go.

Ate here the other night and we thought the service was excellent and the food was ok. They brought us out a basket of fries half full so we had to order another basket at our charge. The sauce we picked was just ok. Since this is a chain i compare it to others i have been too and this one isn't really at the top for food but definitly is for service. Then again this is a sports bar wing joint so I guess I shouldn't expect much.

I resisted going here for a long time because I thought it was a "guy's place." My husband and boys always went and they loved it. I gave in and went once and have been going back since. It's definitely a sport's bar. Lot's of big screen TVs playing various sports and gigantic draft beers. So if you go expect it to be loud and filled with sports fans. Not a bad thing, just know what you are getting. Since I found some menu items that I like I enjoy going here to meet friends and to take the kids. It's a great place to watch a big game or to watch a game you can't get at home. I like the wings- they are the best I have found. I prefer the boneless honey BBQ wing which has a little kick that can be cured with ranch dressing and celery sticks. The salads and wraps are also good. I get the chicken tender salad where you can choose the wing sauce for you wings. I love the buffalo chips (thick, natural cut french fries). I've tried the appetizers, nothing special. If you go here the wings are the item to get. That is what they do best. They have video trivia that kids like to play and a few video games. The bar area is large and it is good for groups. The great thing is that although it's a bar it is nonsmoking. The outdoor patio is good sized and also has TVs so you can catch the games.

Love their mild wings, mini corn dogs and onion rings. Polite service and TONS of TVs, too.

our waiter was awesome but the wings i'm not a fan of. i like my chicken wings extra crispy. i requested extra crispy and my wings were far from it. the ones in sauce were really gummy. it's a nice wing spot to bring the family tho since they have several tv's and we weren't the only ones w/ babies or kids in there. place was clean too. just too bad they don't know what crispy means.

Dilemma is this. It was WAY too loud inside ( basketball games) went out onto patio. The servers are telling customers to smoke out on this COVERED patio... Right next to my obviously pregnant wife...

  • Miles D.

A group of us went here after a running event. Sunday 2/20/11, 4:30 pm. There were about 20 in our party out on the patio. The waitress gave me a water and my friends their drinks... but she disappeared for 15-20 mins. She put in our food orders, but it took 30 mins to get it out to us. How hard is it to cook some mini-corn dogs? I got 8 mini-dogs about 50 mins later, all as the bikers and sports car drivers revved their engines up as loud as they could in the parking lot nearby. I am pretty generous with my 2nd star. The one chicken wing I sampled was ok. I'm never waiting 50 mins again for it though. Stay clear of this location! You'd do a lot better at TGI Fridays, El Porton and McAlister's nearby.

My favorite place to eat. The service here is awesome, and the wings rock. Great atmosphere.

  • Mike D.

Mediocre food and poor service. I have been here a number of times with friends, and now will fight tooth and nail not to return. Every experience I have had here has been negative. However I kept trying over and over again just not learning my lesson. If you come here, expect to wait forever to be served. If your trying to run in for lunch, budget at least 1 1/2 hours. Once your food does come out, budget how much soft drink you have left. If you think they're going to come back and check on you, your dead wrong. I have had to on multiple occasions get up and refill my own drink because even when frantically attempting to flag down my waitress, she just walks by in complete disregard for our table. If your in a hurry, I strongly suggest paying your check when they bring the food out. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they have a wide variety of wing sauces. The other food on their menu is mediocre, but their wings are actually good.
