    This location is consistently awful. It's about half a mile from my house, so we have been there a lot. Lately, we've started just driving to the one on Alcoa Hwy so we can get the right beverage. Also, the baristas are often rude and/or clueless.

    Every time I go here I get exactly what I asked for. There is one rude young man there, but then again there is a very, very sweet older lady. She seems to be learning how to work things, but she takes her time and makes sure everything is just right :) I'll keep going back.

    I wish I had read some of the other reviews before going there. First of all, I went into the drive-thru, which was a mistake because once you are in it you are blocked in on all sides, so you can't drive away if the line is taking too long. Then once I finally got up to the menu to order, I was informed that my order (one single box of bulk black coffee) was too large and I would have to pull in to order at the counter and wait another 20 minutes while they brewed it. I told the young lady on the mic that because I had been waiting in the drive thru for so long I did not have time to wait for it. She seemed irritated, and I actually apologized to her for the inconvenience. By way of explanation told her that I was from Minnesota and was not used to the rules of this location. As I was pulling ahead (still stuck in the line), she said, "Maybe you should just move back to Minnesota." I almost couldn't believe it. I have never been treated like that by someone who was supposed to be serving me. I was already leaving later than planned and empty-handed, then I get this extra insult on my way out. Starbucks has forever lost my business at all its locations over this. Fire your entire Maryville staff and get some people who understand what it means to have a service job. It won't be enough to get my business back, but maybe it will help you save future customers.

    The baristas here are jerks. They act like you are bothering them. On Sunday morning at 9am I don't need an attitude. Just do your job and make my frap.

    this team slick doesn't know how to make a drink. they are irritable and rude. you're better off not ordering a latte with extra stuff. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPETENT ENOUGH TO MAKE A DRINK. i am so tired of spending $8 for drinks that are wrong. i have a lactose allergy so imagine my surprise when i'm incredibly sick from a drink i paid extra money for soy. too bad this franchise has so much money and losing my business won't affect them.

    Extremely slow service. Never got told my total. Took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. Don't ask me if you're not going to give me one when I say yes. Ordered a cafe mocha with two extra pumps of mocha. Got a coffee with no hint of mocha anywhere. A coffee with a little whip cream on top. This place has always made terrible coffee. Want good coffee with great service while supporting local businesses? Go to Vienna. Their coffee is always 100% perfect. I'm not paying $6 for coffee at Starbucks anymore when I can go to Vienna and get the same thing for $4.

    Mark the barista was the most amazing human being I've ever encountered. On a Saturday morning at 7am he made my experience feel as though it was 12pm on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Good for you mark, keep it up Mark.

    Keep your order simple. And its a BEAST to get in and out--not busy, just poor ingress and egress..add busy and the biggest pickup wins. Those who know me know i get frappuccinos year round and have for years. My recommendations for this location: turn off your GPS driving instructions once near, keep your order simple, if you have a large vehicle then combat, if not, be speedy, and prepare for whip cream whether its part of your order or not.

    It's that time of year...Starbucks has released their Christmas selections. My favorite thus far- Caramel Brulee Latte (non-fat of course). The service at the Maryville Starbucks is always fantastic. Try it the next time you're out and need a pick me up:)
