Lasagna Frita is the app to have !!! We have had some service issues, but never had a meal that was bad. Can't go wrong with unlimited soup salad and breadsticks w/ your meal.

Consistently terrible and disrespectful and nasty. I am not sure why the chefs are still employed here. Making pasta is not that complex. It started out as flour, why are they determined to revert it back to flour? This is the only OG you can drive by around dinnertime and there is plenty of parking and never a wait. If there happens to be a wait and a crowd I guarantee it is because of some special or coupon

Out of all the Olive Gardens I have been to by far the worst service! The bar is full one waitress and she has tables in the main restaurant too. Her service partner is a waste if space might as well just have a statue in her place.

Had a nice meal at this location. Good service and no wait. Decent meal for a chain.

I love Olive Gardens, but the one in Jackson, Tn is the best I've experienced. Great service without being intrusive. The food was perfect. The manager was watching things. It was actually entertaining to observe the way they kept things running smoothly.

I ordered lasagna and when I received it, there was a small square of lasagna on my plate. Furthermore, the put it on a large place to make the portion stand out even more. The taste did not impress me. If it wasn't for the unlimited salad, I would have needed to leave there to get some food to eat.

Nothing special even by chain restaurant standards and below average when compared against other Olive Gardens I have visited. I've never understood Jackson's particular obsession with chains. Some of the best most innovative food and great service comes from the independent restaurants. Food is typical Olive Garden fare. Mostly kind of bland and boring. Also, my tiramisu was frozen in the middle. That alone cost them one star. Not very bad but not very good either.

Okay, thinking back, even for a chain restaurant, it was an absolute travesty against everything food stands for. I have no clue why the parking lot is always full, because I find this place to be a horrible choice considering the other great Italian restaurants in Jackson.

It's prety bad when you have to write a 1 star review. This is the worst Olive Garden that I have been in from West Coast to East Coast. Bad floor management, poor service, cold poor quality food!! Pasta was served dry very little sauce. Requested more maranara after wating 25 minutes to get waiter. All staf was busy playing grab ass, with the exception of bartender. After getting eatra maranara pasta was cold, bread with dinner never arrived after 2 request. I realy think Pizza Hut has better service and pasta than this place. -1 Star if I could

This review is based on multiple visits and is an average of them all. On average, the service was great, slower at busier times; that's normal. Food has always been hot and tasty. The atmosphere is great. It's light. Parking is great. They have a private lot that is adjacent to a shopping center's lot. All-in-all, a good Olive Garden experience.

Really not impressed with this place. The food is medoicre italian chain food. The service on the other hand is atrocious. The waitress. Who was very clearly high, brought me the wrong drink not once but three times. Then realizing she brought me the wrong thing she gave it to the table next to me . After I drank from it then she lost my debit card. Never eating here again.

Food is not as good as I expected, so i don't understand why it's alway packed. Not worth of my 30min waiting time. Service - so so.

Standard Olive Garden cuisine but some of the best service I've had in a long time. Very good experience overall!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
