Fun place to make your own pizza. Great to come with the family that all wants different toppings. Price is fair and the staff today were all very friendly. Modern inside and much better than NY Pie. We will be back.

Fast food pizza. Not great, but good. The kids love it. The line was quite long, but it moved quickly. I would go back.

I came to Pie Five for lunch. Think Chipotle, but pizza. You go up to the counter and choose your toppings and just a few minutes later, your pizza comes out of the oven. There are lots of options if you have people with different pizza preferences, $6.99 for a pizza or $9.99 with a salad or dessert plus a drink, it's quick and convenient, and I liked the atmosphere. As I watched other people's pizza come out, I was worried the crust was looking a little extra brown but I was happy with the crust when mine came out. Overall, it's a good "fast food" pizza joint. The staff is still learning how to get the pizzas out in the right order and know what toppings are on the pre-designed pizzas, but they've only been open a few weeks so that's not too surprising.

I went on their first day open after their soft opening. The staff was enthusiastic and well trained. I like the simplicity of the menu. One size pizza, all the same price, plenty for a meal for one. I got the five meat pizza. The toppings were flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the cheese was tasty. A big problem -- the crust was undercooked. It was very crispy on the edges but almost like raw dough in the middle. ETA: I came back and ordered the thin crust. It was quite good, crisp, and cooked through and through. And the toppings were still great. So I raised it to four stars.

Pizza was not hot, just warm. Plus cashier was collecting money and then touching pizza without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Too expensive too!

This was a wonderful visit! The location has only been open for a week and already they have addressed the concerns that many people mentioned in prior reviews. The atmosphere was top-notch, great ambience, customer service was phenomenal, the dining area was clean, and so on. To back these claims up, when I mentioned the sweet tea had ran out out, a cashier promptly changed it out. When I spilt some soda on the floor, it was cleaned up and a wet floor sign was placed over the spill. They bundled my meal without me even asking, so that saved me a couple of dollars. The absolutely biggest accomplishment of this establishment is their divine gluten free pizza crust. It is by far much better than Jets, Pizza Hut, Painturos, and so on. I speak from experience because my wife has celiac, and God knows we have tried everywhere for excellent gluten free dough. Finally, just an fyi, but they do not skimp on the toppings here. I loaded my pizza up and could not have asked for more. One reason many here might have complained about an undercooked dough is probably because they overloaded with toppings. The moisture, along with the weight of the toppings, can effect the dough in this way. Also, asking for extra crispy produced a beautiful crust for my wife's pizza. Truly, Hendersonville does not have enough good food establishments. This one brings us a little bit closer to the bounty in Nashville.

Went today for a pizza and a salad. While eating my salad I found a bug in my salad. I politely and without causing a scene, went and told the manager. He took my tray, confirmed it was a bug to his co-worker, went to the back and never apologized or anything. Not a word. I was shocked and thought that was very rude and bad customer service.

Stopped in to see what the 5 minute pizza concept is all about. The pick your own crust, aside, and unlimited toppings is nice. The pizza was fresh and flavorful. However I gave it 3 stars because the price was a bit too high and the restaurant was a little too cold. My pizza started turned cool after a few minutes.

Place is bad. No cleaning tables. I asked for iced tea snd the girl said they didn't make it today. They screwed up or order and gave us someone else's order. They not only did it to us but when i went up to the counter I had to stand in line with other people who got their order screwed. We wanted a salad but they ran out of salad. It was around 12:15 right at lunch time. How do you not have salad? The pizza had very little cheese and sauce on it and the crust was hard like a cracker. Will never go back.

I like getting as many toppings on my pizza as I want. I usually use my 20% off coupon which makes it cheaper. I think this is a great place to get a good personal pan pizza. I like the points system too. I've only been to this location one time. I usually go to the Donelson one. I always get mine to go.

Came in on Father's Day after church and was hesitant because of the line. Since the pizza was good the first few times I'd visited we decided to wait it out. Got to the counter and "Scott" the shift manager began to complain how everybody wanted pizza today and how he wished they didn't all come at one time. Being a manager of a franchise myself I reminded him that it was a good problem to have. Then when asked what I wanted and I told him wanted whole wheat crust he said I'd have to wait because he'd have to go to the back to get it. He continued to ask the next person in line what they wanted...who just happened to be my husband. Well he also wanted whole wheat so he didn't have a choice but to go to the back now. I was shocked that he was planning to just skip me knowing the line had already backed up behind me. Then when I told him I wanted the Athenian but had a few changes to it he acted as if I was ignorant and begin telling me that what I wanted was NOT the Athenian pizza and I needed to make it more clear. Basically all I did was switch the sauce and the crust! He was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and acted as if I was a bother to him. When checking out i asked the cashier who he was which is when I found out he was the shift manager. I had a coupon for a free pizza which I did use and told the cashier I would not be coming back again! His customer service skills were horrible. I continued to hear him speak harshly to others in line once we sat down. I also have noticed that the place is not being cleaned well. To be new a new location it is a shame to see the service and the environment so poorly managed. Hope the owner begins to look into these issue otherwise I don't foresee this business lasting long in such a great community.

So this place has a lot of potential, its just like Pieology in SoCal. Too bad all the kids that work here all stay behind the counter, unfortunately leaving the rest of the store messy and gross. They just opened...so...hopefully they will get their act together. NY Pizza is just a block away as is Brixx and Sams for that matter, lots of competition in the area.

Love that I can get whatever I want on my pizza and not have to share. Came out fresh, hot and delicious. Reasonably priced. I am a fan!

Amazing service and even better food. Had the best Cesar salad ever last night and loved the BBQ Pizza! My new favorite pizza place!

Really good pizza and fast. I like the counter ordering. It's your way and only $6.99. Good deal, good pizza.

Thought my first review may be too harsh. Second visit was worse, confused staff, un-clean tables. Should have ordered salad.

It's like a subway for pizza...personal size. This will fix your pizza cravings. Not the best pizza but not bad either. It's at least hot, fresh, and fast. Con: stingy on the toppings and tables and chairs needed to be cleaned more often-crumbs and greasy.

Some where between 3 and 4 stars Pie Five hovers for me. This is a fun concept that is perfect for families. It is set up like a Subway, where you pick out your own crust and toppings and they throw it in the oven. Every pizza is personalized and individual. For being a newly opened restaurant the wait was fairly minimal. The selection of vegetarian and gluten free option were very appealing. Side salads come in a small bread bowl that is more flashy than functional or appetizing. All of the employee were super nice and went above and beyond. When it come down to it though the pizza wasn't amazing and there is a ton of competition with multiple new pizza places nearby. Fun to try one and great for kids, but not for a great slice of pie.

Well, i realize we had a snow storm, 2-17-15, so ill excuse that they ran out of register tape. Whoever hired these incompetent people, you should be fired, you didnt hire a very good manager at all. They burnt the customers pizza in front of and had to remake his. We wanted ice tea and when we asked for some, they said oh sorry we didnt make any. They had plenty of help to make ice tea. No one cleaning tables or wiping them off. They gave my husband and i both the wrong pizzas. They don't put enough on their pizzas, how or why would expect people to return. We also wanted a greek salad, and we got some stupid excuse no salads today, something broken. The owner or district manager better get their ass in here and fix it or you'll be closed soon.

if you are going to work here... don't. why? did you ever wonder why there's always a "NOW HIRING " sign all the time ? it's because the management is so bad so therefore everybody wants to leave in less than a month.
