The food was great and the beer was cold, my only two complaints were the service was slow and the amount of napkins I got for my wings, I got more but should I have to really ask for them, buffalo wings needs a big roll of paper towels on the table.

Yes I know this is chain but when something is good it's worth mentioning. I love this place and my kids love the mini corn dogs. I recommend getting the wings with Asian Zing sauce and a Sam Adams.... wait.... I recommend everything with a Sam Adams but trust me, It works.

3 Stars for so-so naked wings, good boneless jalapeno smallish bits (called wings) and cold Stella in a warm glass. Server was sweet and attentive.

I know this might sound extreme but I will not be frequenting this establishment anymore because they have no form of hired security and do not allow LEGAL permit holder to carry for personal protection. The food is good, Been there many times but noticed the sign on the door and I will not be back.

So this is always tough to review a franchise place. It's very rare to find people having a good day at work at these places. Food is below exciting and the atmosphere still confuses me. They advertise it as a cool sports bar on TV willing interrupt a game to keep the party going but here there are kids sitting close to me at the bar. I do mean little kids while there parents try to forget them with a drink. At least there are several teams, so if you have a fantasy team and don't mind some bad ass kid running around your table while you drink then this is a place for you. But there is a shinning star, Our server (Brad) did a great job. Without him it's a 2 star. Good job hiring him

Evidently, BWW considers the definition of "Domestic" a "sketchy" definition. Let me help you out.. DOMESTIC : "existing or occurring inside a particular country; not foreign or international." Last time I checked, OHIO is "domestic" and that's where Angry Orchard comes from. #Merica

Over priced for cheap quality over breaded food. The sauces are way too salty. Onion rings tasted like fried bread circles with no visible onion. French fries are very average. Indigestion and stomache cramps. Boneless Buffalo wings are hard and way over coated with breading. And did I say the Medium and Hot Sauce were way too salty? Other restaurants have much better boneless wings. $90 including tip for five people is way over priced for the poorest quality food in town.

You would think that management might expect a crowd on an NFL Sunday afternoon. Here for an hour . . . Still no food. Used to love the place but after ridonkulously slow service, need to find a new place.

Um. Wow. Worst service ever. Sat on patio, could not get beer, screwed up order and server was in a "I don't want to be here mood". I go here more than most people probably but this might be the last time. O and the manager was having a blast walking breathing air but doing little else.

Frequent here once every two weeks. Food is always great, service is nice, and about the only place open late in Hendersonville. I highly recommend ordering the wings "wet." You'll get plenty of their excellent sauces slathered all over them. ;o)
