Ate here twice on this trip. Excellent food and quirky atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. Went on a Friday night and there was karaoke with it's entertainment value. The showstopper though was the wings! They are smoked then flash fried which gives the flavor of smoking but the crispness of fried. I am a wing dude and these were among the best I've had! They were also huge! Normally an order of 20 is pretty easy to finish for me, but I had about 6 left. Had the hot flavor and it was the right temp ( got a good sweat going) though there was a little different flavor than normal sauce though that could be related to the Smokey wings flavor. I will definitely check them out again. My fiance got mild wings and she liked them too. Second trip was for lunch. My burger was delicious, huge and cooked just right. The highlight of this trip was the hummus plate my fiance got. Large bowl of hummus with delicious pots and fresh vegetables. It looked amazing and she loved it.

They have SO many drink specials - as low as $3.50 & up to $5! I ordered a Blue Margarita ($5) & my husband chose a pint of Yeingling ($4). Drinks were DA BOMB! I am a chicken wing FIEND & seeing they had 10 BBQ wings for $9, I decided to give them a shot. Undeniably, some of THE BEST freakin' wings I've ever had!! Their JUICY chicken wings are smoked with BBQ rubs (you can taste the smoke in the meat; yum!) & when ordered, heated on the grill with any sauce of your choice. I went for the mild which wasn't overwhelmingly spicy. Sweet Lord Baby Jesus, these wings were the TRUTH! Even if you're not hungry for a full meal, you need to do yourself a favor & order these BBQ wings to-go. They will change your life! Moving on: as an entree I ordered their craft Smokehouse BBQ Burger - cooked medium with a side of Mashed Potatoes. WOOOOOOOW! These people are doing their meats, justice! Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while & it was so big (1lb. x $10.99) that I brought the other 1/2 home. The mashed potatoes (y'all are killin' me) were less than average :-( but let's not focus on the 1 negative, people. After reading several Yelp reviews, I also ordered a side of their deeeelicious Gouda Mac & Cheese which was spectacular! My hubby ordered a turkey, ham & bacon club sandwhich which was also appetizing & too big to finish while we we're there. Out server, Ryan, was great! He was the only server on the floor & although they were somewhat busy, he made sure to constantly check on us & our food to make sure everything was okay. Your Blue Margarita was on point, Ryan! Lots of locals hang out here & they had LIVE Karaoke going on lastnight. If Yelp allowed video postings, I could share my clip of the cutest little old man singing romantic country songs to "the crowd". Haha. OVERALL: 4.5 star dinner experience!! From the service to the food & those life-changing BBQ wings - we will DEFINITELY be coming back & telling everyone we know about this hidden gem in Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed a very late lunch at Three Jimmy's on a Tuesday. The food here is very flavorful and super yummy, but the service was slow and they seemed to need more people serving that day. Hummus plate - very good, would order again Fried pickles - yum! Jimmy's Signature Salad - very tasty The Cuban - so good and made perfectly!

  • Michele W.

This is probably one of the best lunch places in the area. They smoke their own meats and everything down to the sauce is home made from scratch. One complaint though would be the corned beef. It is brined and smoked in house but, it is tough and chewy.

  • Barbara M.

Our party of four had takeout...burger ok; fried chicken undercooked; Reuben sandwich worst ever; chicken fingers great especially dipping sauce. Would love the recipe...

  • Alan B.

Decent food, awful wait staff. Rude obnoxious, ruined the evening. Would not go back under any circumstances

  • Jennifer C.

One of the best places to eat in the area!! The wings are amazing! Not too fried! Pizza was great! We LOVED the Gouda Mac and cheese. Even the French fries were amazing!! A great place without the crazy crowds and easy parking!!

  • Thomas K.

When you're waiting for 10min and the manager for no reason offers you chips and nacho dip...the night should be good. And it was. Had the Jimmie burger. Wife had the pork nachos. Neither which we ever eat much. Both didn't disappoint. Big burger. Wouldn't say this is "off the beaten path", hyper local or a diamond in the rough....

Someone advice me to go to Three Jimmy's. She said that food was great. Well, I was not very hungry, but I definitely need it to eat something. I had had a very robust breakfast this morning around 11am, I did not have any lunch, but I was ready to eat something. The reviews mentioned often that the specialty of the house was their hamburgers. I then tried the Classic Hamburger which I found very tasty. It came with something we don't have in Florida, a Chile Lime Slaw. It was very good, a new flavor for me. I finished the burger, and I was still hungry. The chicken wings appeared to be good, so I decided to order 10 of them. They were awesome, again a new flavor for me. They told me that they smoked then first, then fried them later. I was very satisfied with everything at Three Jimmy's. I do recommend this place.

Great place to eat for a family! The Pig - pulled pork and Cuban were very good. We also had the Classic Burger based on other reviews and we enjoyed that as well. Our server Mark was great, very helpful with the menu and was top notch! Will definitely come back again

We spent the week in Gatlinburg & are so happy we discovered this local gem!! The food is great!!! Dessert is even better (I recommend Sinful Seven layered cheesecake!!! Yum!!). We enjoyed karaoke one night, live music with a great classic rock band another!! Amber the bartender was so great we did our best to go when she was working!! She's great...Gatlinburg needs more bartenders like Amber!! I highly recommend this place!! This will be on our itinerary for all future family vacations!!

Thank you Yelp for helping me find this awesome place. Our waiter suggested some good things on the menu and we ordered them without thinking and man oh man they were outstanding. I had the chicken wings with hot chipotle and had the smokehouse burger. Both were too good. Will definitely go again if I get a chance.

  • C. M. F.

Truly a locals hang out with the occasional tourist in shorts and black knee high socks prancing through! Food was outstanding, I had a Reuben with Mac & Gouda cheese as a side. Yummy! On Fridays it's buy one draft get one free! Prices were very good as compared to the crazyness of Gatlinburg! Bar tender was fast, friendly and efficient. Wasnt to pleased with crazyness of the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area as it reminded me of International Drive in Orlando, FL, only 10 times worse!!! However there seems to be a few hidden jems in the area.

  • Shannon B.

This place has to be the worst place ever. Got there at 6:30. Still didn't eat by 8. Servers didn't have a clue. Thought about getting up and walking out right as the food arrived. Will never eat there again

  • Tracy D.

We were in Gatlinburg for three nights. This place was close to our cabin so stopped in our first night. Best food ever, we ate there all three nights. Everything from ribs to burgers, Mac and cheese, and ranch dressing. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu.

  • Chelsea K.

We picked this place because of the vegetarian options. Food was pretty good, but we had a very strange waiter experience. It took over an hour to put our orders in, and that was only because my brother-in-law complained and a new waitress, who was friendly and prompt, started to assist us by taking our orders, bringing our drinks, and clearing the table. The decor was also a little strange. Based on our experience, I'm not sure if I'd go back the next time I'm in Gatlinburg, especially if I don't have a vegetarian person with me.

    (3)
  • Cheryl G.

We just happened upon this place. Glad we did. The decor has much to be desired . It's actually pretty tacky and the clothes the wait staff wears is kindof creepy black. But.... The food was great! I had the blue cheese burger with the Mac and cheese and my husband had the smoked chicken with beans and coleslaw. Everything was great! We will remember this next time we are in town.

    (4)
  • Danielle D.

Tried the pulled pork nachos from the previous reviews and they were definitely worth it. We decided to have the pulled pork meals as well, BBQ sauce was pretty much all vinegar, leaving a lot to be desired. Waitress was decent, atmosphere is definitely more bar than restaurant.

    (3)
  • Chad C.

Best burger and fries I've had in a long time, hand pattied Angus beef. Great menu, everything we had was fantastic and just the right portion size. Mac and cheese was just like grandma used to make. The bar did not disappoint! The drinks were poured well and very reasonably priced. My kids loved picking the desserts out of the glass case. Service was spot on with a good prebus and everything. Take the extra 5 minutes to get here you won't be disappointed. A little bit out of downtown but it's worth the drive to get away from all the craziness!

    (5)
  • Yoli B.

Excellent food! The pulled pork was delicious (but it came out cold) the wings were great, they actually smoke their wings first! Everything was good, everyone cleaned their plates even the kids! The service was great and our waiter was very knowledgable of their menu! We will definitely come back!

Couldn't have been a better burger.. highly recommended .. try anything its good.. friendly staff

What a relief to stumble on Three Jimmies after drive through the craziness of Gatlinburg! The outdoor patio was pleasant and the menu choices perfect. Great burgers, (I had the angus patty Melt on rye), and small salads, (I was thrilled with the spinach, blue, cranberry and almond available in a small size!) great option for people tired of BBQ, fried chicken and fast food!

    (4)
  • Mark H.

Had the brimstone wings - wings were fresh and meaty and cooked perfectly! Sauce was delicious - not really too hot but a nice smoky bite. Service is awesome!

  • Keith G.

Maybe we were there on a bad night? We ate here in March 2015. The food was good, therefore the 3 star rating. it would have been 2 stars but the cook saved it when he said he hoped we enjoyed our meal on the way out. That was nice, as he was the only person that made us feel welcome. The wait staff was efficient enough but completely unpersonable. The music act was over an hour late than the advertised starting time and a table of four folks sitting near the stage took a very long time just to place their drink order. Understandable that we heard them complain a bit and begin to get agitated. We couldn't blame them but it didn't do anything for the already strained atmosphere of the place and certainly not good for digestion. The food was tasty (yaaay!) and portions were good sized. Seemed a little pricy for the overall experience though. We read a lot of good reviews and really wanted to hear some live music but left before they got started due to the act being so late. Again, maybe we hit it on a bad night but if not for a friendly voice from the kitchen area on our way out the door, this would be a two star rating. Yes, the food was good but the atmosphere just seemed awkward and off. Doubtful we will return.

Had the game on and a cold beer waiting for me when I arrived! (Called ahead for NCAA tourney coverage) Ultra friendly staff, great beers on tap - oatmeal porter=awesome. Close to the cabins.

    (5)
  • Joshua F.

Kept passing this place and noticed every time that it had a crowd. Stopped in and we were glad we did. The smoked meats were great, the wings are even smoked first and the Gouda Mac and cheese was really a surprise.

Be here for the local music talent, appetizers and the bar. Dan did try the pork, said it was okay. A week later and I could not tell you what I had, not so noteworthy. Great music!

  • Donna C.

Fresh Clean Friendly Fast known for the burgers and BBQ. The chicken is plump and moist. Fresh I mean pulled from the farm fresh spinach. And the 3 jimmy burger is Bad Ass

  • Mark J.

The food was average, service was good but probably won't return. Maybe I expected to much based on the prior reviews.

Late Sunday night dinner after Cade's cove.... Close to our cabin. Boyfriend loved his burger and I was sooo excited to see they have a Cuban!!! I loooove Cubans and it was sooo delicious along with their veggies and fries. Prices are average. Server was very attentive. Cool atmosphere and the drinks were strong :). We will be back

Group of seven everything was excellent, only had beer and apatizers, Best chicken tenders ever had, great food at good prices. Best service we have had in gatlinburg area

  • Rich B.

The best meal we had in a week. The ribs fell off the bone and all the sides were excellent. Will definitely come back next time in town.

    (5)
  • Jenny B.

Came here based on reviews we saw on Yelp & TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. Burgers were excellent as were the baked beans, apples, fries, & mashed potatoes. Local live music - tonight was blues & a bar filled with regulars made it a fun night for a family dinner. Brought our two sons, ages 8 & 10, & everyone agreed - we'll definitely be back! It's worth the drive off the strip.

  • Kathleen H.

Though a bit hard to find for a non-local, well worth the search. The place is clean, eclectic, music not to loud and service from Jessica was outstanding! The burgers were mouth watering and cooked to perfection. And the fries....omg so good, especially w some chipolte ranch dressing to dip them in. Highly recommended!

    (5)
  • Kotie M.

The service was lack luster, it took a very long (and I mean long) time for the food to come. Ribs were actually great, the chicken was dry and sort of bland. My husband's dinner was cold (half of the entrées were). It wasn't a very memorable experience but it wasn't absolutely terrible. It was okay.

    (3)
  • Lori B.

My husband and I wanted to try some place new. It was OK but not anything special. We had entrees so perhaps the burgers and sandwiches are better.

A group of 9 of us from Louisiana spent a long weekend in Gatlinburg in December. After the first 2 days of boring and somewhat disappointing dining out experiences, we were out riding around site seeing one day and after being out most of the day and multiple stops shopping, we ran across a billboard saying "Best burger in town" So we decided to give it a try. It was around 3 in the afternoon, place had a few tables but what do you expect between shift . 9 of us were sat at a big table close to the stage, Our server was great, started talking to her and where she was from , and she said Sabine Pass, Texas, Our family used to frequent a restaurant she worked awhile back there . Anyway, back to 3 Jimmy's We all were so happy we found this place, (Several days of horrible dining experiences elsewhere ) we ordered several appetizers, the food all came out quickly and was served very hot. Everything was very simple and easy to read on the menu, just good comfort food. We all ordered, when our entrees came out, the food impressed us all. Nice sized portions and everything was cooked perfect . I just want to give a shout out to all the staff here, you all made our experience here great . Next time we will be there for the live music. We will be back on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Wish we would have found this place on our first day.

  • Nelson G.

Wow! This place was awesome! We had a party of 6, had our appetizer in about 3 minutes, and everyone had their food about 5 minutes later. I ordered the half rack of ribs and I have never in my life had ribs so tender. I'm usually a tough person to please, but this place clearly has MASTERED the art of smoking ribs. I couldn't touch a bone without all the meat falling off onto my plate. I would without a doubt recommend anyone to this restaurant. They have burgers, to pulled pork, ribs, seafood, etc. It's kind of off the main road but trust me it is most definitely worth it to make the drive.

  • Paul M.

I have eaten at Three Jimmy's many many times and each time it gets better and better. There's no reason to go anywhere else. Last time I had the Reuben and it was HUGE! Couldn't come close to finishing it. My wife swears they have the best Trout in the Smokies. I have never, ever had one single negative about anything....food, service, cleanliness, you name it. #1 in my book!

    (5)
  • Michele W.

We were able to go to this restaurant after confirming that they don't use peanut oil for cooking or have peanuts on anything other than the desserts, which are brought in. One of the people in our party is deathly allergic to nuts. The server was nice and attentive. The food was very good. Everyone liked their meals. We had nachos, the 3 Jimmy Burger and a couple of sandwiches. All were yummy! The dessert I took home for me was a chocolate peanut butter landslide and it was really good! Tuesdays are oldies music so the DJ was playing 'oldies'. I'm 42 and oldies music to me is 50's and 60's but he played everything from the 50's to the 2000's. Great variety of music which gave me a change to serenade everyone at the party while we ate. haha Definitely recommend this place if you're in Gatlinburg. It's off the main strip and worth checking it out!

    (4)

I love this place!! Absolutely the best food ever:). So mouth watering and the best flavors!!! Nuff said.... Boom...Check it out!

Excellent food! Recommended by a local bartender downtown...that's the key! I had the hillbilly sandwich and my wife had the cheeseburger. Both were delicious.

  • David B.

When in Gatlinburg, you need to stop by this place. All of their food is local and insanely fresh. The cole slaw, that's right, the cole slaw is delicious. Also, try the spinach dip and I promise you'll beg for more. This is a family friendly restaurant and bar with plenty of TVs to accommodate all of your sports needs. We will be back.

The best food we had in our 5 days in the Gatlinburg area!! Jamie, our waitress on New Year's Eve was phenomenal! Drinks were not watered down and they aren't in the middle of the busy hustle and bustle ...ONLY bad was no taxi service .. The band was great also!! Made our 2015 beginning memorable!

Best BBQ in the Smokies. The ribs were amazing and the desert was even better. Service was amazing. I'll be going back.

Good service says it all. Unfortunately, that was not the case at Three Jimmy's. My husband and I are from Chicago. We have access to some of the best restaurants in the country. We come to our Gatlinburg cabin 3-4 times/year, to get away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, and to experience some of the great hidden restaurant gems with more of a "mom and pop" feel. We've found some great places along the way. MANY of which we return time and again. We noticed this place was relatively new, and down the street from our cabin, so we decided to give it a whirl. The host was pleasant, and directed us to the bar, as we only wanted a couple drinks and an appetizer. I was a bartender during my college days, and I know at times things can get a bit crazy behind the bar. This was not a busy night. I also know that if you want your business to return, you treat your guests as though you want them to come back. The bartender was very impersonal, and rude in a sense. My husband ordered a beer, and I asked which was better, a margarita or Mai tai. She looked at me as though I was nuts, and said, "well, they are two totally different drinks", what do you expect?" Ummmm, I was just asking her opinion of which might be a better choice. Some places make really good margaritas, some places make really good Mai Tais. I was asked this question several times as a bartender, and didn't think I was out of line. We had margaritas made from fresh fruit at my establishment, so I always suggested those. Most bartenders have a "specialty drink", too, right? She did not once smile, actually we felt like we were wasting her time. So, we ordered our breaded mushrooms, which were very good, and finished our drinks. The margarita was actually good, too. Too bad we will likely not return due to the bartender's lack of good customer service. We will likely spend our money in a more inviting environment. By the way, we are 25% tippers, she was lucky to get 15.

Between the four of is we had 2 burgers, one Cuban, a Hillbilly. The sides were the Gouda Mac and cheese, baked beans and cinnamon apples. All this was good. The desserts were amazing! Live piano player and singer! Like Mike K said, Victoria provided excellent service. Prices were good. We will be returning soon.

maybe we went on a bad day, but this was the worst meal we had on our vacation. we went because of the sign saying one of the best burgers in town. not by a long shot guys. i ordered the patty melt. it had absolutely no flavor and their was only meat on one half of the bread. the other side was only onions and cheese. my wife had the bbq burger which she also said had no flavor with a crummy bbq sauce that she said tasted like ketchup. we also ordered the beer cheese dip with nachos. it arrived to our table after our burger and looked and tasted like yellow paste. it was terrible. i'm glad others had good experiences here, but ours sucked. i like good food. this wasn't.

I don't want to look into an office from my table, while a wait on my small $10 hamburger. Locals...you said this place was good...oh boy. You guys don't know good food. First time in...last time in.

After eating on the Gatlinburg strip for two nights our family was fortunate to find Three Jimmy's. The service is amazing and the food excellent. The pulled pork was smoked perfectly and my wife's salad with smoked chicken was a nice change from the usual. Even the kids chicken fingers were excellent. All this at a reasonable price. When we come back to Gatlinburg we will return to Three Jimmy's.

  • Trena T.

We stopped here before grocery shopping our first night in Gatlinburg. We wanted someplace off the main strip, and this was close to the Food City we were going to. Our server was very nice, although she forgot I was drinking tea and refilled my glass with water (but who needs more than 1 glass of tooth-rottening southern sweet tea anyway), and the manager was going table to table to check on everyone. The food was very good (The Shined-up Hillbilly and the Shrimp Po-Boy) and very filling. We definitely did not leave hungry! They have local beer, drink specials, and live entertainment on various days. Great place for a decent dinner, just a bit off the beaten path.

  • Aidana B.

We visited the Smoky Mountain region for 4 days and ate at Three Jimmys 3 days in a row. The food is phenomenal. Each time we dined we ate something different and we're not disappointed. Off the menu we had the Black Cow, the Gouda Mac n Cheese, the Steak House, the Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork and the Smoked Flat Iron Steak. Oh and the ranch dressing is on POINT! Staff was super awesome. Friendly and polite but not annoyingly so.

  • Kay M.

We are on vacation and ate here for the second time his week. I got the ribs this time and they were the best I I had this week. I tried Bennett's and the Old Mill's ribs also this week and Three Jimmie's has got them both beat. My husband got a hamburger both times and said it was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Really great food , on Saturdays they do smoked prime rib! I had the ribs and the flavor, texture and sauce we're perfect! Great sides!

  • TG G.

The food is good BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Last time we went there WILL BE the last time. Finally left after 15 min of waiting for someone to acknowledge our existence! 3 of the previous 4 times the waitress had to be reminded to bring certain items. It appears they have their regular, favorite customers and stop to chat w/them rather than wait on others. I am a local that will not be back!!

  • Megan S.

Nice find off the main strip! Great shrimp tacos, super friendly staff, cool ambiance complete with pool tables for entertainment and regular entertainment, just nothing going on the night I was there.

the food was pretty boring. I got the cuban sandwich and there was almost no pulled pork on it. the service was really bad. the place was not busy and it still took forever to get the food out. i will not be going back

Find yourself looking for something out of the usual in Gatlinburg? Then head out HWY 321 to Three Jimmy's. We found this lil gem in the Smoky's while camping at the Yogi Bear Jellystone Campground. We were also lucky to arrive during the Battle of the Bands segment of the Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival. The food was awesome. The deserts are a sinful temptation and the staff were great. The music was a bonus that left us wanting to share our experience here! Don't miss out on Three Jimmy's!

Visited this place today. Food was great, and hot not just warm. Service was very good also even though the waitress had only started there 2 days earlier. Everyone was friendly. I would go back any time.

This was our BEST dining experience in all of Gatlinburg. The pork nachos were delish, the pulled pork was divine, even our grilled cheese was tasty! The peanut butter chocolate cake was so good it's making me drool thinking about it. Our server was friendly and quick. It's definitely a touch more bar than grill and I kind of wish we'd sat outside, because they have a gorgeous patio and it was our anniversary. But overall it was great and I'm so happy we went!!

OMG I love this place! I had the smoked chicken/ribs with the baked Gouda Mac and cheese......amazing! The best Mac and cheese I have ever eaten. Also the fried pickles are delicious for an appetizer.

  • Beth R.

Best burger in Gatlinburg! I agree. The fried pickles are quite tasty!!! My girl had the Cuban...there's nothing left but crumbs...must be pretty good! Great service, friendly wait staff. Nice atmosphere outside. Highly recommend!

Got there at 9pm. We were told the kitchen was on a 15 minute hold and they weren't accepting food orders at the time. First sat inside and some weird music trivia was going on. Decided to move outside which was nice. Waited about 20-25 minutes until we could order food. Had the pulled pork platter, spinach artichoke dip, and the club sandwich. Portions were incredibly small for the dip and pork. Club sandwich was huge. Server was awesome and totally saved the experience. Still disappointed in portions.

One word. AMAZING. Glad my hubby found this place. We were looking on yelp at good local eats and good bbq. If you are looking for amazing ribs and wings (among many other items) look no further. We went here 3 times within 2 days trying everything from the gouda mac and cheese (AMAZING) to their award winning wings (try them, you'll understand why) to the ribs (HOLY COW) to the burgers and onion rings (YUM). Not a single complaint, everything exceded our expectations. If we are ever back in Gatlinburg, this is hands down our favorite new resturant and def our first stop.

  • Sarah C.

My husband and I both were craving burgers and Yelp said Three Jimmys had the best one in Gatlinburg. I haven't had any other burgers in this town, but I know an amazing burger from a crappy one, b/c I've eaten many, and their Classic is easily in my top 5 of all time. It was that good. Their fries were pretty amazing as well. Seemed battered. Besides that, we asked for extra pickles, and were not disappointed (as usual). When I say extra, I mean, like ten. Server was friendly and prompt and even helpful with my kids.

Ate here for the first time last night. Food (I had the wings and onion rings) and cold beer were spectacular. Friends had talked about this place and glad I finally had the chance to eat here. Our waitress was also top notch (she apologized for her English, but she didn't have to, she was awesome and very attentive to our group of 15). I look forward to coming back soon.

We went here late one night because it was the only place we could find that was open that allowed dogs, and I'm happy we found it. We sat on the patio, and the hostess brought us a bowl of water for the dog. My wife had a patty melt, and she was very complimentary of the burger and the thick cut rye bread. I ordered an ope-faced turkey sandwich and the server warned me that they didn't use turkey gravy and that some people didn't like that, so I switched to a roast beef sandwich. The sourdough was delicious, the beef and gravy were good. The mashed potatoes were good enough that I had to defend them from my wife's sneak attacks. The other means we had in Gatlinburg weren't as good...I wish we'd just gone back to Three Jimmy's

Went there twice while on vacation. The first time it was busier, we went during the Kentucky Derby. We got our food and apps at the same time, which isn't a big deal at all, we were starving from a long day in the mountains. We each got the fried chicken, which is smoked in house and delicious. It comes with some kind of mustard bbq sauce which is my new favorite thing. Sides were delicious as well. The second visit was on a Monday, we were excited because of the first time. This time it was not as busy, but for some reason our food took longer. We got burgers, my Gf's was kind of cold, the onion rings on the burger were cold and hard as rocks. Mine was perfect. Overall still really good, we didnt bring it to the staff's attention, so I don't hold it against them too much. Would have given 5 stars if not for those minor things on the 2nd visit. Would still HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in the area.

Three Jimmy's was okay. Just okay. We started off with the artichoke dip which was pretty good. Then, the wife and I both had the pulled pork meal. When it came out we were a little surprised by how little pulled pork was actually on the plate. Thankfully I'd ordered a baked potato, so that was the biggest part of my meal. I also had the Gouda Mac & Cheese. It was okay, but not really my thing I guess. Our one year old didn't care for it at all. And he usually likes everything. The wife had the moonshine apples and mashed potatoes. She enjoyed everything, but again the baby didn't care for the apples. Overall, we were unimpressed with the amount of food for the price we payed. There was a live piano player, which the baby really enjoyed. But, they had music on the speakers at the same time. So, they kind of competed with each other. Overall, ehhhh.....probably wouldn't do it again. But, wouldn't not recommend the place either. Just wasn't our thing.

So awesome. We had a group of 5 and everything was sooo delicious. Great time! Literally the best wings I have ever eaten in my life. I order the burger with 3 full sized patties and it was amazing. My side was the vegetable medley, and it was also very flavorful. The pricing was extremely reasonable. This will be the first place I eat the next time I'm back in the Gatlinburg area! Not only was the food good, but the entertainment was above and beyond. We happened to be there on a karaoke/ dance party night. Everyone was incredible friendly, and I honestly can't wait to return!

My husband and I visiting from Florida stopped in to have a quick bite. We stopped on a Thursday night a bit later and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. We were greeted nicely and sat on the patio. He ordered The Big Pig and I had the Smokehouse. They were both delightful. After our main dish we enjoyed a slice of carrot cake, it was so moist and perfectly made. Will definitely eat here again before we leave town.

How about an honest review? Well here it is. There were four of us. We went in for a late lunch, around 1:30. Two got the classic burger, I got the Burgundy Shroom Swiss burger. The fourth in our party got the open face beef sandwich. I love Hardy's angus burger and compare others to it. Five Guys and BurgerFi fall short. I didn't think my Shroom burger was excellent or the best, but it was almost as good as Hardy's. The wife and our friend both loved their classic burger and said it was better then Hardy's [what do they know :)] I thought the burger was a slightly bitter as if it had been slightly burnt, but think it may have been the Burgundy that the shrooms were cooked in. My friend's wife absolutely loved the open roast beef sandwich. As to the sides, the cinnamon apples were very good. The french fries were great. They had a batter on them similar to seasoned fries but without the seasoning. No salt, but didn't really need it. Perhaps the batter had enough. The Gouda mac and cheese was pretty good. We all liked it, but thought it was slightly bland. Overall we had a great lunch. The main downside was the service was a lot slower than expected. They had plenty of servers and at least 1/4 of their tables were empty so that shouldn't have slowed them down. The ambiance in the dining area was really nice. Sorta rustic, but not too bad. It was very clean. Hard to find the restaurant, though. You can't see it heading east on highway 321, we passed it and found it on the way back. They do have a sign on the big sign board, but you really can't read it. They need to redesign it. It's a nice sign up close, but not from the highway. We will probably go back later this week.

Best hamburgers in the Smokies. We stumbled on this place and are glad that we did. Superb service by Victoria. Moonshine cinnamon apples were a great side dish. We noticed that the parking lot had a large number of local licenses - always a good sign. Don't eat at another franchise restaurant and don't even think of a fast food burger.

Everything was really good here! After a long day of hiking it was just what the doctor ordered. Great service, delicious hot food that arrived quickly and great music. Fried pickle appetizer was good and I don't even like pickles. They were served with a spicy dipping sauce that was delicious. My husband and son both had burgers that were tasty and perfectly cooked. Side of gouda mac and cheese was yummy! I had the steakhouse sandwich which was rib eye and portabella with a parmesian spinach sauce on flat bread. Cooked perfectly and so good! Prices were very reasonable our bill was under $50. This seems more like a local joint and away from the hub bub of downtown Gatlinburg which is exactly what we were looking for. After 10 pm they are 21 and over and have entertainment.

If you are looking for a locals only place this seems to fit the bill. It's a little hard to find. It is hidden around the corner of the subway. It was a nice atmosphere. We went on a Thursday which is karaoke night. We had the wings and chili cheese nachos. The wings were smoked before being fried and it gave them a really interesting flavor. It was some good bar appetizers after a long day at the outlets. Justin was our server and did a good job. He seemed like a nice guy. I would come back again.

On a Wednesday night we were told it was a 30 minute wait for a table so we went to the bar, but could see at least 6 tables open in various parts of the restaurant. Guess they wanted to make sure we got a drink at the bar first. My Husband had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which he said was fine except they forgot the blue cheese to put on it. When he asked and it was delivered it was very runny, not very good quality, blue cheese dressing. He had the gouda mac n' cheese and we both found it to be bland. Kids will probably love. I had the Steak House sandwich. I asked for the meat to be medium, but there was no pink at all. There was enough meat, but only about 4 pieces of mushroom and the spinach sauce, while tasty, had only been put on half the sandwich. Fries were marginal, nothing special. I would not go out of my way to go here again even though it got us out of the busy downtown area. I would try something new. tripadvisor.com/ShowUser…

Stopped in after my son's soccer game with a big party. They seated is immediately and the server took our drink order as soon as we were seated. Food came out at good time & the server never left any empty drink glass. Great service & friendly people. Would I go back here again? Big "yes" & I recommend this place for sure

Heard the food was good, but we weren't able to eat any of it. Went on a Thursday night around 6 and waitress came over took our order for food and drinks and that's the last we saw of her until we left. We waited for about an hour and asked where our food was. The staff said they'd get the manager. We waited 10 more minutes no manager. We left after that. They need to make sure they have proper staff and management. Even with the good food reputation we will not be going back.

This place serves the best burgers ever. Affordable, juicy, tasty burgers were the best part of our dinner in Gatlinburg, and the fries that i took as a side were delicious. And the service was fantastic, the waiters and waitresses were talkative, funny, friendly, and quick. The bottom line is, this is an awesome restaurant. And I for sure will be returning to Three Jimmy's on my next trip to The Great Smokey Mountains of Tennesee for a delicious, affordable, and enjoyable meal.

This place is way underrated. It is a bit off the tourist trap road but not inconvenient at all. The building is nothing special but it is clean and cozy. THE FOOD is wonderful. The beef brisket is soft and wonderfully smoked out back. Actually the smell lead me in. The leave the dressing on the side which is nice because now you know how good the meat really is. I tasted my wife's pulled pork also excellent. The portions are fairly priced and well sized. Recommend the potato salad too. I really liked it here definitely worth a stop.

Service was fantastic very friendly, nice staff. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, order a littler more mild than you normally would as the sauce is hot but delicious! Fries are crispy and very good, chili was less than spectacular but overall I was very pleased with this place! Unfortunately it is not near any shopping but there is free parking! Roommate got the pulled pork and loved that also.

Terrible food. Everything was frozen, nothing was fresh. "Gatlinburg's best burger" was a frozen pattie that was burnt to a crisp when I ordered it medium. There was no sauce and the fries were cold. The only thing that made it edible was the bacon. The ribs were dry, hard, and cold. Tried everyone's food at the table and it was all sub par. The only thing that could save this place is a visit from Restaurant Impossible. Terrible dining experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed dinner here this week. All of our meals were great and we enjoyed them. We started with fried pickles which were tasty. Two of us had the smokehouse burger which was delicious. We also had the chicken a rib combo. The chicken was slightly over seasoned but in all it was tasty. Great service and ice cold beer finished off this dinner. We will be back!!

It was just Okay. Brought my burger with no condiments. 5 minutes later I got them but no mayo. 5 minutes later I go find another waitress to get me some. Rachel the waitress comes back and apologizes but the burger is cold at that point. The burger was average for a $10 burger.

Loved that this place is off the main strip in Gatlinburg - free parking! Super yummy mac and cheese. Live music on a Tuesday night was a plus. 17 beers on tap, too!

We were looking for something different and stumbled upon 3 Jimmy's. It was excellent! We had the wings at medium (tangy and packed a little heat). They were fantastic: smoked then fried. You could taste the time they spent in the smoker. Yum!! We had the burger. It was fantastic: medium with BBQ sauce. We finished off with a dessert, 7 layer cake. It was the best meal we've had in Gatlinburg!
