The customer service here was not friendly. There was no consistency in the coffee which u find strange for Starbucks. I ask them for a vanilla frappuccino and they didn't not put any coffee in it. I had to have them remake it and I asked them where is the coffee? They didn't have a clue.

The folks here were a real nice bunch. Yeah. And putting my face in a waffle iron is really fun, too. For real though. We get it. You work at the Sbux in a hokey mountain town. Life sucks, or whatever. If I wanted overpriced coffee with crappy service, I would've stayed home and went to my horrible neighborhood coffee joint. Thanks, I guess?

Seemed clean and friendly but they wouldn't honor the free drink reward I had on my Starbucks card because they "don't take part in that."(even though they said they slide the cards and allow you to earn points, you just couldn't redeem the rewards at their specific store). My free drink Expired and I lost money because of this...

A brand new, slick well oiled machine! :Uber friendly staff with lots of smiles. Not that much seating space but real estate in Gatlinburg is small, tight and expensive. Long line - take that! Karate chop from the Starbucks team! Venti cappucino lickety split hugged by a nice sleeve to protect my delicate paws... The End

Staff is friendly, but not very well trained in customer service. I'm the only one standing at the counter waiting to order...the cashier was in a conversation with another worker. So I had to wait until they were finished chatting. And my order was wrong. I guess life in the Smoky Mts is different.

Two stars only because the staff was nice and the location was clean. Trying to find a place to park F-Su is impossible unless you want to pay 6-8 dollars on top of your drink price (which was the most expensive I've ever seen at a Starbucks). Got drinks over two days here, both were easily the worst chai tea lattes I've ever had - and I drink Starbucks every day. Drive to Pigeon Forge and save yourself the trouble.

After a very long weekend in Gatlinburg, full of crowds, traffic, and sold out experiences, I went to my happy place Starbucks. This location did not disappoint. Incredible service from our barista Leo, who even spelled my daughter's name correctly. So nice and friendly. Also, I ordered 9 drinks and they were all made perfectly and in a very timely fashion. I know when you are on vacation that you should try new things, but sometimes it's really nice to have something just the way you want it. Thanks to Leo and the Gatlinburg Starbucks crew, I was able to relax and not have such a stressful 5 hour drive home.

Mediocre drink quality was not worth it for the rude and slow service. During my next stay in Gatlinburg I will go out of my way and head over to the Starbucks in Pigeon Forge. This store should learn from the pleasant, efficient, quality service found at the Pigeon Forge store.

The smell when you hit the door is terrible. I don't know if this is a sewer problem but it is bad. Watched people walking in door turn their nose up when they hit the door. We work here in town and this has been like this for weeks. Fix your problem please.

As always never disappointed with this place. It is nestled right next to Mellow Mushroom and the moonshine of course. The place was packed on Saturday and they serviced us all in timely fashion.
