Had to give this place five stars because they had people singing karaoke dancing in taking shots. I had so much fun even tho I went there alone. I found out about this dive bar from one of my clients. So if you're ever in town you should end your night at this crazy bar! Yeah this place is small but they had room to even play some pool! So shots shots and crazy out of towners. Makes up for an unforgettable time. Anytime is a great time there. Or at least from what I could remember from it. Thanks to the staff. Keep the drinks coming.

Passed this place several times this week and didn't think much of it. Well the rain drove is in and figured it was time to grab snack. Kinda dead but much to our advantage. The waitress Holly was super friendly and talked with us as a human, not a tip. Had the entire tap list memorized, impressive! Had a few PBR's and the wife had a few Sam's. Looked like they had some good beer specials but I was saving room for Ol' smokies down the street. Anyhow, Great food! Huge selection of wings and the smoked wings were perfect! About 15 different selections of flavors but the buffalo blue cheese and the wild sirracha were pretty tasty! Kids split a combo basket with cheese sticks, pretzels, chicken wings and sliders! They also ordered the pulled pork sliders and it though they were the best BBQ I found yet! Get little place. Don't tell to many about it cause I will be back and want to walk right in!

Interesting place here. I'll start with the location. It looks seedy. It looks sketchy. It's in a basement below a cheesy knock-off ninja store. With all that said, when you walk in the door, you'll be glad you did. FYI, if you're like my wife and I, we can't stand to go to bar that allows smoking inside. They do not. WIN for them. Our bartender was fantastic. Justice, I think? Super cool dude. Very friendly, personable, and made us feel welcome. The food? My wife and I made a point to say several times, this was the best bar food we've had. The beer is beer, but good nonetheless. Even the bathrooms were nice enough! Why 4 stars instead of 5 then? One thing, and one thing only -- the DJ. What a TOOL. Worst DJ ever.

First, the food was good, when it finally came. We had to search for this place which was more our fault than theirs. Once we found it, we discovered you seat yourself. No big deal, but we picked a booth. And it took over 15 minutes to order, then 45 more to get our food. Server was friendly but the 2 servers they had couldn't handle the load. My boys were happy with their food as my wife was with hers. The wings and the stuffed hamburger are the way to go. If you don't mind the wait.

We were looking for a place in town to watch the national championship game, and this was about the only spot playing the game with sound. We settled in at the bar and found the bartender (Justice) to be incredibly friendly and quick to serve. Granted, we were the only people in there for about an hour and enjoyed chit chatting for a bit. As the place filled up for the game, we continued to receive great service and tried a few appetizers. We were REALLY impressed with our tailgate sampler and the garlic parm fries. They were much better than most bar food. One older review references smoking, but they no longer allow smoking inside so that is great. The only negative was that as the evening went on, the crowd got a little rowdier than we desire - but it's a bar, it happens, and when we were ready to leave we did... but we left having had a very positive overall experience with service and food.

Had a blast! We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food. Just drank a few beers and the service was good. The best part was the atmosphere and karaoke! A great time was had by all! Fun mix of ages and even room for dancing. Yes, from the outside it looks shady , but you have to go in! There's no smoking inside and that's a plus. :)

A group of 9 of us went there for lunch midweek and the place was kinda empty. The food was pretty good but the service was poor. Every time someone in our group needed a refill we had to flag down another tables waitress. If you go here make sure you have extra time. It took about 45 minutes to get our food.

Apparently this still allow smoking in sports bar and grills in TN, and boy do they like to light up in Puckers. The place is located in a walkdown on the main drag of Gatlinburg and has very poor ventilation. If it wasn't for the Saints playing, we would have left. The food however, hit the spot. Great burgers and wings. We got the boneless wings and they were crispy and delightful. The burgers were made to order and were thick and juicy. Staff was friendly and inviting. If it wasn't for all the smoking, I'd go back for sure. Its 2013...no more smoking where there is food!!!

The bartender is very nice and honest. I left my sunglasses there overnight and went to recover them the next day. She had them behind the bar and gave them back to me, which I really appreciated because they are a very expensive pair. I did not eat here, I just had drinks so I cannot comment on the food. The beers were cold and the service was excellent. I never ran out before she had another one waiting for me. It's great for drinks and the location is very convenient. One thing that I don't understand is why people still smoke and why bars like this one still allow them to smoke inside.

This place was ok. Had a great time with my friends. I had a burger with some fries and a coke. The food was good. The waitress checked on us several time. The only thing I didn't like was the chairs. They were so high that they made my legs numb. Other than that, I would recomend this place.

Wing were amazing. Cheese fries looked like nacho cheese draped on then. Not so hot. Service, miserable. So apparently if you are a local you get cheaper pricing in alcohol? Weird. But the bartender was pissed and I felt like hated getting us anything. One guy I feel like did everything. I recommend if you want amazing wings. Not for the service. There is currently two locals hardcore making out right behind us. Awkward.

I've been here several times over the past 8 years. I've always liked the bartenders and atmosphere. We did not eat there so I can't comment on the food but the bartenders were very attentive and I was really impressed that they had Ice beers available. No one EVER has Bud ice and they did and they were very cold and the price was average. Not cheap but cheaper than a chain restaurant like TGIF or something. Dj seemed to be good. We weren't for a long period of time but from what we heard he was good and everyone there seemed happy. I don't smoke but I expect smoking in bars and this one does allow smoking. If you are really the type that hates it then maybe you should go next door to Crawdaddy's. They only allow smoking on the patio and they are owned by the same people.

Great place. Reminded me of a place back at home in Fl. The service was great, fast and the food was good. I had a sampler dish with some spicy wings which were really good. I had a magarita here and it was alright. But, would come here again.

We came here twice while spending a few days in Gatlinburg. The first night the day we got in. We had a ton of fun. The next day my family in Knoxville met us and we went back to watch the Vols game. Again we had a great time. We probably would have hung out more if we were in Gatlinburg longer, but we can't wait to go back!
