Couldn't eat this soggy mushy excuse for a pizza. I think it was mainly the poor crust and the mushy cheese. I'm mean really at those prices get some good cheese. It's like a breakfast place: eggs, bacon and toast are not difficult to master--HELLO!!!! It's the coffee that differentiates!!! Ate one piece and said life is too short as is our trip to Gatlinburg. We pulled up yelp and found New York pizza and left. When I am on a vacation food is a very important piece of the enjoyment factor and I refuse to ruin my vacation choking down mediocre to bad food. I gave it a two star rating as it was well...mediocre and since others were eating it, it probably was considered edible. The girl at the front desk was extremely friendly. I couldn't even tell her how disappointed we were; we simply said "it was good" when she asked and we left in the pouring rain. I feel so dirty.

Very unorganized, dirty, and bad service. They need to get their sh** together if they want to make it. I give the food a 2 star rating AT BEST. Overall, 1 star. Beautiful venue that needs some TLC.

Decent service, decent food. Nothing special. There's free parking across the street. Ridiculously over priced, but so is everything else in Gatlinburg.

Waited forever for average pizza. Took an hour to get our pizza. It was decent but not worth waiting an hour for. When we went to pay, they actually charged us a dollar for tap water.

Pizza was good, made to order hand tossed crust. If you are looking for a NY style pizza then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a good pizza then this is the place to go, but don't be in a hurry. Took over 30 minutes to get our pizza. We had the Hawaiian pizza and the topping were generous and they did not skimp on the cheese. Prices were ok Gatlinburg is a tourist town so prices are a bit high.

Okay let me just tell you that this place has the best pizza I've ever had. It's cheesy, the sauce is perfect, and the toppings are yummy. Their friend mushrooms are delicious also and I normally don't even like mushrooms. Of you're in Gatlinburg, give this place a try. The prices are a little high and the service is a little slow, but Giovanni's is a wonderful place to eat.

Zero stars!! Horrible service , bad pizza and the cook came out to argue that the toppings were right on our pizza. He also TOUCHED the pizza when trying to point out the sausage and beef. Cooked the new pizza , dropped part of it in the floor in his way to the table using his hands to catch the rest. Then tried to serve it to us !! He said "well, here's 3/4 of the pizza you originally ordered" I beg you ...do not pick this place !

I ordered pizza to my hotel. It arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered. However it was fresh. I ordered stuffed crust thinking it would be cheese in crust. Nope, all toppings are between crust.

We shared the Greek salad and margarita pizza. Both were really good. The service was great.

They have pizza, gyros, chicken wings, tiramisu and some other stuff. I loved this pizza soooo much I can't even tell you. The cheese was melty and stringy and delicious. The sauce was awesome, it tasted home made. The crust was good too. We also had cheesy bread and it was really good. The dipping sauce they give you with it is great. They have a good drink selection, fountain drinks and a decent selection of bottled beers. The staff is also friendly. You can get free parking across the street. Just look for the spots that say Giovanni's parking. If the parking attendant isn't very nice don't let that deter you, he has nothing to do with the restaurant. That crazy old man is just a jerk. It's also really cool seating with that round all around window seating. I'm for sure going to eat here again when I go up. It's a little more pricey then Pizza Hut or some other chain store, but it is worth it.

Wasn't bad, long wait but food was good. We had pizza and wings and the kids enjoyed it. They actually deliver to the cobbly nob cabins but we just waited because we were afraid the driver would get lost

I love Giovanni's!!! They have some of the best pizza I have ever had, and there sauce is amazing!! Their sauce tastes homemade and authentic to Italian pizzeria. I would recommend Giovanni's to anyone looking for a good, authentic pizza.
