My husband and I frequent Five Guys often. However, I will ever go back to this one. The cooking area is sloppy and the floor was disgusting. The iced tea tastes like water, and the cashier could not get a simple order together.

This is in a prime location in the town center and convenient to basically all the attractions. We just wanted to stop in for a quick snack in between stops, and just got some fries. The staff appeared to be friendly and good at what they do. All the condiments were well stocked and all the tables were clean and spaced out well. This is one of the bigger locations I've been to and they handle the high flow of people really well. They were just steady knocking out orders, and had good team work. Its nice to stop in a super busy place and the service is still top topnotch!

These burger chains all over the South & the east Coast & a few in the Midwest but every single restaurant never fails to give you great food at a great price. They offer burgers, fries, and hot dogs. The hot dogs are kosher & the burgers are 100% American beef ground fresh daily, none of that frozen junk. Five guys isn't fast food, it's good food fast. A regular burger comes with two patties, cooked well done (which as a kosher follower I like), and your choice of condiments. A regular fry is more than enough for two people. The cooks and wait staff are always friendly and although this place does the business, (especially since it's on the main Parkway near the skylift & Ripley's museum) they keep the place up very clean. And remember, at all Five Guys Burgers & Fries, you get unlimited free peanuts!

How can you top a great burger and fries? A better burger and fries. This is a chain, so if you've been decide for yourself. If not, this is a fabulous place to enjoy an American favorite. It is also located perfectly in the center of the Gatlinburg strip.

If you want to eat fast, inexpensive and good that's the best option in town All other restaurants in Gatlinburg are super slow in service, expensive (as all tourist cities) and very bad service So Five Guys is the most honest option No way to go wrong with their burgers.

I have been to this Five Guys several times, and it has the best burgers in Gatlinburg. The service is quick, but I would recommend ordering on the mobile app; because the crowds in Gatlinburg can get unbelievably large. You could be waiting a while to order and for a seat if you do not order ahead.

Food is not that great, it's crowded and very loud. Not to mention they scream your order number at you.

All three trash cans where jammed full. Even the men's bathroom trash can was full. I don't think there was a single table in the dining room that was clean. Staff was courteous but three people can't handle the food prep and dining room services alone on this Monday night (steady but not slammed) so I mostly blame the manager. Food was good and quickly served however.

Great burger, very fast for a fresh made burger. Air conditioned which is a life saver when walking the streets of gatlinburg in June. Also very nice and helpful staff we'd never been to a five guys, we ordered 4 fries for all of us then was informed that one large fry feeds a family of four ( very fresh and tasty fries also)

Good place for a burger and fries. We enjoyed our lunch here. A junior burger has one patty, a regular burger has two, and if you order it with everything you get all the normal toppings plus grilled onions and mushrooms. The burgers were great. We had both regular and Cajun fries. A small fry is more than enough because they fill the cup and then dump more on top. The fries were just average, but the Cajun seasoning was good. The staff was really nice and we will eat here again.
