We stayed at Gatlinburg Falls cabins and needed pizza that was close. Their pizza was good but by the time it got back to the cabin the pizza crust was a little "flimsy." Pricing was a little high in my opinion for the quality of food.

I'm visiting Galtinburg, TN with family. After a ten hour drive, we decided to order some pizza instead of heading back down the mountain to fight the masses for food. We ordered a medium pepperoni, a large cheese, two orders of cheesesticks and an order of spaghetti. After an hour of waiting for the pizza to arrive, we decided to call and find out what the status of our order was. About thirty minutes later, the food finally arrived. However, the cheese pizza was missing so the delivery guy said he'd go back and get it. Another hour or two passed by and a second delivery guy showed up with the cheese pizza. We initially placed our order around 8pm; the cheese pizza finally arrived around 11:40pm. Never once did they offer us a discount or refund on our order due to poor service or communication. However, they thought it would appease us to offer us a discount on a future order if we wanted some more pizza the following day. Suffice it to say, we will not be taking them up on that offer.

This is great pizza! The sauce is NOT sweet (not exactly spicy either). The crust is pretty thin, but not saint louis style (my wife says it's "hand tossed"). The crust has a kind of garlicy flavor. Overall, quite tasty! Good value. If you're picking up, beware that this is the same as "Big Bear Pizza"; that's where the pick-up is.

Guy who delivered the pizza was great. They were short handed, but he still came all the way out to our hotel. He even handled the mix-up around my desire to pay with credit card and the order taker forgetting to ask. Pizza was medium. A bit better than Little Cesear. Salad and hot wings were good.

I appreciate that this place has an employee who did something good. I read it on the other review here and on several yahoo reviews. So he gets one of these stars to himself because otherwise this pizza was a one star disaster. The crust was rubbery and the cheese was rubbery and I think even the pepperoni might have been rubbery. The sauce had a weird taste that my husband thought was chocolate and I thought was broccoli. Neither are appetizing. The cheese breadsticks were better, but we ordered from Capelli's for the pizza and they were a major let down. Get Papa John's instead.

We really loved the thin, garlic crust pizza, wings, and salad -- and they delivered to our out-of-the-way cabin! We may be biased as we were starving from our long hike, small lunch on the go, and our hot afternoon in Gatlinburg, but we would order again!

We eat here every time we come to Gatlinburg! It shows the location on the map wrong although the address looks correct. It is on EAST pkwy so it is out away from the crowds (and inflated prices). The pizza is de-lish and they now have an all you can eat buffet! Very reasonably priced. They cook whatever pizza you want for the buffet so it is hot and fresh. The service has always been great, very friendly people.

If I lived in or visited Tennessee, I would patronize this restaurant. Chris Turner, one of their employees, delivered a pizza to a local address and in the process, he discovered a woman who was bound (her captor was the person who ordered the food) - he reported it to the police and she was freed safely. I'm sure their food must be excellent if they have employees like Mr. Turner working for them! A big salute to them and may both their businesses prosper! (Gatlinburg and Sevierville).
