I love coming here for a quick bite to eat after work, or even getting food to-go to take to work. Their bagels are always fresh and delicious, and their pasta is awesome. The only thing I don't like about it is that it always seems messy...trash is left out everywhere, and tables are left a mess. The last time I visited with my fiance, there were 2 vacuum cleaners just sitting out instead of being put away. All in all, I still love their food. :)

It is conveniently located to Galleria mall and/or Cool Springs blvd shopping. It's a Panera, I experience neither high nor lows there. If you have seen one you've seen them all.

This place is pretty good. As you probably know, they have a variety of sandwiches, soups, and baked goods. I like this place for a light lunch, choosing the "pick two" to get a half sammy and a cup of soup or small salad. For the record, I like the broccoli cheddar soup and the Italian combo sandwich. Skip the French onion. It tastes okay, but does not have the baked cheese or big crouton on top, and instead just floats a slice of white cheese. Doesn't really work for me. This location is good, but could do better at wiping down tables during lunch.

I like Panera but this one is not up to snuff. Why is there no coffee left at 8am? C'mon son. Get your act together. Also, I would not recommend the power egg sandwich...it's basically half a sandwich and doesn't even taste good...for like $5. No thanks.

Gotta love panera, great healthy food that even my daughter likes. The soups are legit. the frontega chicken sandwich is one of my favs....

It seems that this location has listened to the reviews on here, there is a new manager and she is WONDERFUL. I went there today and asked the girl at the counter if they still had any white cheddar steak panini's (my fave) and she said no. However, the manager overheard and informed me that she could have the kitchen cook almost the same thing (just regular onions grilled instead of caramelized.) Its little things like that which makes a place worth going to on a regular basis. Maybe I caught them at a slow time (hardly anyone was there because of the snow) but even when I've been there on super busy days, my orders have been ready super fast, even when I order food for some of my coworkers as well. They did the right thing listening to complaints and getting new management in there, it really made a difference.

Overall a great place to grab a quick bite for lunch. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently good. However, and this may seem like a weird complaint, but they could really benefit from changing the layout of this place a bit. Trash bins are dificult to find and at times it feels like the seating is so close together that you are customers are practically stacked one-on-top-of-the-other. Also, their large pasta serving is a small when compared to Noodle Company... They should be bigger. I ordered a side salad with my Alfredo tortellini and the salad was as big, if not bigger than the serving of pasta.

My family always has a great experience coming to Panera for breakfast lunch or dinner but this last time the breakfast we ordered did not come as we specified , but the management and staff went above and beyond replacing our order and even giving us another free breakfast on the upcoming weekend. I just wanted to update my review to let the people at Panera know that you're doing a great job keep it up. Thank you

It is hard to knock a Panera anywhere. They are fairly consistent in both being very fresh and slightly overpriced. Love the pick 2 and the loyalty program...hate the parking at this location though. Oh well...it's just like any other high end chain.

  • Mark T.

Pamela is overpriced end of story. But congratulations to corporate for taking advantage of the ignorant masses, Panera, Starbucks... It's the Stepford Food Chains. Wake up people and realize you are paying twice and three times the value of what you are getting.

What can I say. This location is a HAM. I entered. The restaurant was super busy. Being that you would think that the presentation would be also. not so. I went to the ladies room to refresh and what did I see? Dirty toilets, toilet paper thrown everywhere, water everywhere. Ok.. not the first nasty bathroom. Just carefully washed my hands and went to place my order. Ham and Swiss. Broccoli and Cheddar soup and tea. I went to pick up my order. No cup for my tea. No soup. Oh well got places to be. Will still chill at Panera but I don't recommend this location. Oh I forgot the time on the coffee says 1245 it is now about 2. Ew. There are 3 empty containers of honey.. Really? Really? Wait there's more... Checking out my sandwich now sans lettuce because I can still see dirt on it. It also has onions when I clearly stated no onions. Too bad there's no 0 rating.

I like eating at Panera but this one isn't worth it. It is constantly busy so parking and finding a place to sit is a chore but would be worth it if they made it worthwhile. I went there for lunch they were out of avocados and shrimp. Went back a week later they put black avocados on my salad, and ran out of baguettes and dinner rolls. The food quality has gone down hill we no longer cater from here and frankly for $10 and in Franklin there are so many better places to go. I also have complained twice with no responses. Go to the panera on the south side of Franklin...

The place was hopping...seating was a premium. Everything was clean and people were friendly until they lost my order. Waited 20 minutes for an order to come. Ugh! Food was cold...all I tasted in the soup was salt and the sandwich was just a glob of melted cheese with a little slice of turkey. Nothing to see here... Moving on.

Why are the managers at the Panera Bread Franklin, Tn Mallory lane location either too incompetent or lack prudency to gage production levels? 11/19/2013 and 11/15/2013 I visited to purchase spinach/bacon soufflé and was either told that I would have to wait or that the product was oversold. Because we visit this location often please consider retraining or replacing existing store managers for the sake of delivering products desired. Even worse for Panera Bread I took my business to Starbucks and found another breakfast product that I enjoyed equally if not better than. Shame on Panera Bread this is just superlatively stupid. Fix this! Based on Yelp archives the same think has happened to other consumers.

If you like Panera, go to a different location. Brian, one if the managers is about as far away from being concerned customer service as one can be and still be employed at a business that is service based.

  • Daniel B.

The best part about this location is the back room (to the right of the counter) where you can get some office work done between 7am-10am. It has a few electrical outlets thanks to the room having been a training room in it's prior life.

I love Panera. You know why? Because I can grab a cup of coffee, a pastry or a sandwich and get some work done. Well, either this location is retarded or apparently I've never been in during 'peak' hours before, because this whole 30 min max wifi rule is new (and ridiculous) to me. Now, I understand that places can get busy. As a matter of fact, it's about 12:30 and it's packed right now. That being said, how many people have computers and are presumably using the wifi? 3. Call me crazy but I'm assuming the bandwidth can handle 3 people. Instead, I'm now stuck here, tapping out this review on my phone and unable to send any work emails for the next hour. I'm annoyed. Are you? I will say that the workers here were friendly, the coffee was good and the food was what I'd expect from Panera. I'm just baffled to why an establishment that CLEARLY caters to work/study crowd has a rule as asinine as this Guess I'll be back in an hour, only because I'm visiting and had a friend drop me off so I don't really have a choice. Panera corporate (who I'm assuming this came from), you suck.

This location consistently provides excellent customer service. I was looking for a specialty bread for Thanksgiving. I arrived during the lunchtime rush. They were able to find the bread that I needed and handle the lunch rush without a hitch. Wonderful folks. Wonderful bread.

Arrived at 2pm Saturday April 5th. Saw two employees leaving their shift as we parked. Walked into the place and saw it was still pretty busy. The place was a mess. receipts on the floor, all trash bins and service areas full and over flowing. Floors were wet near the beverage station. Restroom was dirty. Several open tables but they were all dirty. The food was made almost too fast for how busy it was (quality?). The manager appeared to be dealing with baking bread instead of managing his staff. Front counter girl was very nice and the other workers behind the counter were clueless to how dirty the dining area was. Usually this is a well run location. To me this was not better than going to a fast food joint...not living up the Panera brand. We stopped at a newer McDonald's earlier that day for a quick rest stop and breakfast. It was slammed - every spot in the lot full, drive thru full and the lobby full....still they had two workers cleaning away in the dinning area and bathrooms as well as the lot to keep it clean. Better take a lesson from Ronald McDonald....
