The staff acted annoyed which was amazing because I was the only person in there. The service was not good but the potato salad was worse. I don't know what I ate. It was hard and not tasty at all. Definitely needed more salt. I will not be going back to Einstein Bros. Actually, now that I think of it, I only went because Starbucks was full.

I usually love Einstein bagels. However today the service was less than par. The lady at the register was very dry and not friendly at all. I got the nova lox bagel and there was only one tiny piece of salmon on each half. Definitely didn't look like the ever so appetizing picture hanging on the wall. My husband got the bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bacon was obviously microwaved and lacked flavor. Definitely won't be returning to this location again.

If you're looking for deliciousness than this is your place. Franklin is a sinkhole for good coffee. Several places have closed down, places that are open are terrible, and stuff that's planned aren't open yet. So when I happened upon Einstein Bros, I figured I had to give them a shot. Coffee is pretty darn good. I tried their pretzel bagel, and it was amazing. No butter, no cream cheese, and still wonderful. Coffee is reasonably priced, but bagels and bagel toppings are a little pricier than I would like, but it is a corporate store. Teenagers are behind the counter, but they're not stupid, arrogant, or empty-headed. It was worth chatting with them while ordering. Best coffee in Franklin a the moment.

I have not been impressed with Einstein Bros Bagels in the couple of times that I have visited. They have a decent set-up with good potential, but there are a few things that will keep me from frequenting them. First, they are expensive compared to Starbucks. I never thought I would make a statement like that about another breakfast/coffee house. However, their drinks are pricey. My wife and I had a breakfast standwich, pastry, and two large coffees for just under $20. The food was also not great. I know that my breakfast sandwich was all frozen ingredients. Starbucks does the same thing, but for $5, I thought it would be of better quality. My coffee was okay, but it was a bit sweet for my taste. I thought I was drinking a dessert. I imagine that I will try them again at some point to mix things up, but as they are currently, I won't be regular.

What a mess. Placing the order at the drive through was interrupted twice (and not for a short time ) with the orders gotten wrong when we asked them to be repeated. Then, we caught one wrong order upon pick up and had to return it. Uppn arriving home, the bagel with loxs was a disaster - really. 1. Not toasted as requested; 2. The skimpiest salmon imaginable; 3. A soggy bagel; 4. Onion so thick it could have made a man-sized onion ring; 5. All the capers piled in one spot; 6. Bagel cut so one side was super thick the opposite super thin. There....not one thing right. Oh, since mine was simply a garlic bagel I figured, 'no problem'. Wrong. I got a sesame one. Hard to imagine how this place stays in business.

Picked up a dozen bagels and two smears for$16. They were delicious and the service was great- friendly and quick. They even sliced em all for me. Asiago and potato were our faves. My toddler said delicious for the first time when eating one.

I am surprised at the low reviews that I'm seeing from Einstein's. I have been there multiple times personally, and we have used them for small catering as well. Every time I have had a great experience. Everything from their customer service to their food has been great. I have had multiple bagels, but I usually get the Nova Lox. My wife's favorite is the Asiago Cheese bagel, which I have had and it is also delicious.

As far as healthy bagels go, Einstein definitely delivers. It has a lot of variety, and a lot of mini-bagel sandwiches. I personally like getting an egg & cheese on an Everything Bagel. It's a good spot for a quick eat, and the coffee doesn't disappoint!

Meh. Visited Einstein Bros Bagels for lunch. I can't really say that their menu sets them apart from anything else that is deli-like, ie. Panera Bread, Jason's Deli, etc. The only thing that I enjoyed was that I could choose a healthier bagel option from their thin bagels for my sandwich. The service was okay. The restaurant was clean. Meh. Einstein Bros Bagels is a healthy option when you're in the Royal Oaks area of Franklin.

I first tasted Einsteins when they first opened years ago in Florida and loved them so I was very disappointed when I went to the Einsteins in TN. Maybe it's because I'm from NYC and know what a real bagel tastes like but these are not 'bagels" they are bread shaped like a bagel. Bagels should be hard and crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. These were just soft round bread.

I know this location is new and I think they may still be working out some kinks. I ran thru here the other day. In the afternoon, at not a very busy time. Ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese, one thin one regular, a latte and a smoothie. I got two regular bagels and if they were toasted it was a very light toast, but they were tasty. There was an issue getting my coffee made, it took a long time and then they made a chai latte by accident, so I had to wait for them to fix that. All while I sat in the drive thru looking at Starbucks. The staff were nice and apologetic.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The bagels aren't good - they're dry and tasteless. The smoothie I ordered tasted of sugar, not fruit. I was really hoping for a go-to bagel spot in Franklin but this is not it. Two stars only because I've been harsh in some of my more recent reviews. Consider this a 2-star pity vote. The bagels are nice and fresh like all the other einstein's , but take it to go. The restaurant is 100 degrees inside and very unwelcoming. So if you can bear the heat enjoy!!
