My wife and I both had steaks. They were not the greatest. Salads were not bad and we got plenty of bread and drink refills. Overall the experience was just average, nothing special.

Absolute worst experience I have had at a steakhouse. Party of six, and maybe one meal was 100% edible. Seafood is a total waste of money and don't bother telling your waitress because she'll likely argue back. If you see her other than taking your order and bringing the ticket at the end you are lucky. Five of the orders came out together while the sixth took an additional seventeen minutes. At that point we asked for it to be boxed to go and for our checks which took an additional 12-15 minutes and we were charged for every item (even though most was untouched due to poor cooking). As a foodie, go somewhere else. Total waste of time and money.

Clean quiet place. The restaurant is a little dated but a nice place. I got the Vegas Special sirloin with a baked potato and salad. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it and the taste was good. It was very tender too. The salad was larger than I expected and fresh. The baked potato was a bit dry but ok. The staff was polite and professional. Overall a good experience.

There is no such thing as Fine Dining in Crossville. There is good dining which Vegas has plus they have a relatively broad menu to choose from. Vegas also hosts a honky tonk sized bar out front which i recommend for smaller groups There are two things I ding vegas on. One is there dinner rolls which are the size of hamburger buns and about as tastey. Two seems to be true most everywhere in Crossville. Please take the heinz package cocktail sause out of the packet before serving. It is so... Gauche

The best thing about this place is the cheezy vegas style sign outside. I wish I had a camera with me that day. This place is kind of strange. The layout, the employees, the menu, and the TINY bathrooms. I had to send my steak back because it was well done instead of rare/medium rare. I don't really have a whole lot to say about Vegas. It's forgettable.

So far, very interesting. Ok, I am sold! James, or as a few of the gals call him, Sir James, is a great bartender. $1 drafts for happy hour, Greek owned and good stuff although to me the architecture looks straight out of a Mexican restaurant. The wings were so good--well done and celery and blue cheese dressing! I had the beef dip which was a 10 plus--he had the gyro plate. I would return if I ever go to this town again! It seems getting out of Livingston, TN is the answer to anyone who wants a good meal, a good stiff toddy, and some intelligent conversation!! This place rocks.

I came here with the family. They have always had good experiences here and they were a little surprised by the low ratings on Yelp. Even after my visit, I'm surprised by the low ratings. This is Crossville, TN... if you are expecting Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, you'll be very disappointed. But for what it is, this place was pretty solid. There's a cavernous parking lot, so there should be no trouble parking. The building isn't much and the neon outdoor sign is the pretty epic. I grabbed a picture of it and posted it here. Inside, the place has quite the identity crisis. It looked like a Mexican restaurant with some elements from an old Olive Garden thrown in. The host was busy playing on his cell phone when we came in, but he quickly put it away and seated us at one of the many tables open. There wasn't much business that night for sure. The server quickly came over and took our drink orders. Our drinks were pretty good, not watered down like some places I've been to. We ordered their onion blossom, which is exactly what you think it is. Just like the Bloomin' Onion (Outback) or the Awesome Blossom (Chili's). It tasted just like it... I probably ate too much of it. For my meal, I got the grilled salmon. It came out nice and hot and melted in my mouth. It had a very good flavor... except for one part of it. The bottom of it didn't look or taste too good. I'm not sure why. I didn't get sick from it, so maybe it was burned or not prepared properly. I couldn't put my finger on what exactly was wrong with it.... so I ate the good part and left the rest. After eating the good part, there wasn't that much left anyway. Service was okay. I've had better service elsewhere, but she kept up with our needs and the meal was paced pretty well. We never waited too long for the next course, or for a round of drinks. I'm not sure what all the bad reviewers were expecting, but for what Vegas is, it wasn't a bad meal.

We have lived here for 7 years and never tried Vegas Steakhouse because neighbors told us it wasn't that good. Finally tried it today at lunchtime. We were having our dinner meal at lunchtime so we had steaks. My wife had the prime rib and I the Vegas Sirloin. Both were over cooked. The Prime Rib was drenched in a juice from a packet which gave the meat a leftover taste. The sirloin was tough and tasteless. The baked potato was the best part and it wasn't much to brag about. The salad was essentially lettuce with 2 olives and 1 pepper. The staff was great but there were not enough of them to cover the number of patrons. I doubt we will return.

Atmosphere was cozy. The salad was fresh. My Devil's shrimp and pasta was tasty. My husband's chicken Parmesan was satisfactory. Their crab cakes were the best crab cakes I ever tasted. Their tilapia was tasty. Their prime rib however was very tough and their scallops were horrible.

Easy access, plenty of parking, decent steaks. Good place for a city where there aren't many restaurants to choose from. Good service. Reasonable prices.

The service was exceptionally slow. It was 30 minutes after we sat down before the waitress came back to take our order and another 30 minutes before the salads came out. 20 minutes after the salads the steaks finally came out, COLD. The prices are high for the quality of the food.

As we were headed out of our hotel, someone asked us where we were going to dinner. We said the Vegas Steakhouse. A stranger in the lobby said oh don't go there it was awful! I let her know that we were going to give it a try anyway. Her response was I hope you have a better meal than I did. Our party of 9 decided to take our chances. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Two waitresses took care of us tonight. They were friendly from the start. Drinks came out quickly while we looked over the menu. I ordered a filet mignon medium with baked potato and salad. Our table was quickly served our salads with maybe 10 -15 minutes before our entree. My steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband and daughter had the same thing and no complaints there. The other two kids ordered buttered noodles (big generous portions). Overall the dining experience was pleasant. We fed a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage girls for $88.00. Granted this place is no Mortons or Ruth's Chris steakhouse, but it satisfied the taste for steak. Would go back if ever back in town.

Service very slow, food cold and dull. Staff was friendly, but the food was greasy with very little taste.
