Comfortable place for a casual dinner. Always easy to get a table, food is good, and service friendly.

started eating at this location recently about once a week. Before I just stopped in a few times a year. They are never busy but the service has always been good and the food excellent. Only place where I order my steak medium rare and it comes out that way. lol. They have an excellent salad bar, one of the few places that still offer a salad bar. Drink and food prices are very good, I would say below average for the area. They have a pretty good menu offerings. steaks, ribs, pasta and seafood.

Went with friends from work to this place. The restaurant looked overcrowded. We were lucky to get a table for 7 in time (5 minutes). We ordered different stuff. But the salad bar was the best compared to the main course we had ordered. Also you smell a stale odor when you walk in this door. Portion sizes are small and the food did not taste great either. We were disappointed by this experience but the salad bar consoled me. My husband and our friends decided not to return.

Great Spicy Fish Tacos. Nice salad bar. Service friendly but a bit slow. Great location in the heart of Brentwood.

Salad bar is great. Service blows, yet I keep returning for the salad bar. Also, do NOT order anything fried other than wings. They have horrible fryer grease and it always tastes burned and old with a weird after taste. Its most noticable on their french fries and fried items not covered in sauce (ie mozerella sticks, chicken fingers)

Food's not bad, but the service tends to the surly. There is also a very unappetizing odor that wafts out of the hallway that houses the bathrooms. Have gone here with large groups (10-15) and wait staff often seems baffled at how to serve a large group.

Not bad... Met a friend here for an early dinner and to visit with her.... When we walked in around 4:30, there was one table occupied. Within minutes, the place began to fill up and before you knew it, it was filled to capacity. Menu is chalked full of variety, including info on allergens in the food. I opted for the Prime bacon cheddar burger, sans the bread... My friend ordered the grilled tilapia with broccoli and salad bar.. They brought over these little flour nuggets and placed them on the table. I didn't touch them, but friend tried one and said they were hard and stale. Still have no clue what was in them. Our waiter was attentive, kept water glasses and iced tea glasses filled. He kind of circled us like a vulture, waiting for our next move.... We had to tell him we would call him, if we needed anything. My burger was cooked MR, as requested and it was a nice sized burger, covered with cheddar cheese and a couple of pieces of bacon that had been torn and positioned on the burger. The plate came with sliced roma tomatoes, dill pickle slices and lettuce. Came with a side dish and there are a number to choose from. I was happy to see the option of "prime" meat on the menu. My friend ordered the tilapia and had an option of how she liked it cooked. She chose grilled, with a side of broccoli. I can't remember what her 2nd side was. She also got the salad bar and she said everything was fresh looking and freshly restocked. She was very satisfied with what she ordered. We ordered a dessert. Some kind of caramel brownie with stuff drizzled all over it and the waiter brought along 2 forks. Very large dessert for two people. Gooey and sweet. If you're a caramel fan, this one is a good choice. All in all, atmosphere was pleasant, service was overly impeccable, food was palatable, price was decent, place was clean and yes, I would suggest this place for a decent, average, lower priced meal. Lunch would be decent here, I'm sure. Salad bar looked clean, full of stuff, lots of variety. I'm sure it would be a decent meal.

Ruby Tuesdays has really gone downhill over the yrs. They use to have one of the best salad bars in town and now it is terrible. To cut cost on their end they eliminated a lot of items but the price remains the same. Even their entrees aren't as good as before. The portions are smaller and you will be lucky if get more than 3-4 slices of grilled zucchini. I mean really 3-4 tiny slices of zucchini ...geesh. It won't be long before you see another restaurant chain gone

This is one of the better units in a large chain. I travel. I generally avoid "the chains" in favor of one-off local cuisine. But I do like this Brentwood Ruby Tuesday.

This is the best of the Ruby's locations in Middle Tennessee. The salad bar is always fresh, and the signature black bread croutons are always cooked perfectly. I usually go with a Prime burger when I dine here; they use quality, prime grade beef and always nail my medium-rare. They get VERY busy for lunch during the week; frequently there are people standing outside when they unlock the doors, so if you need lunch on a weekday, go early or late.

I should have known this was a sign of trouble when at 6:15pm on a Saturday night the parking lot was half full, but with two hungry kids in the car and everything else a minimum 30-45 minute wait, we decided to give this Ruby Tuesday a try. It's a mistake we won't make again. The salad bar is completely overpriced and severely lacking in comparison to how it used to be. I'm not expecting Jason's Deli quality salad bar, but to not have red wine vinegar as a dressing option is unbelievable. As for the menu, I've noticed it has changed (AGAIN), so it's very hard to explain to a seven-year old how their favorite item on the menu is no longer offered. Our waitress was extremely slow and inattentive (I almost went outside and let the rain shower refill my glass of water). I'd never recommend to anyone that they go here, and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see this location closed down in the next 6 months. Ruby Tuesday used to be an awesome place for a great meal, the keyword being "used to be".

Not bad at all. The salad bar was great, well tended, fresh vegtables and a great selection of ingredients. The food was pretty good, not top shelf but good for the price. I ordered salmon with an asian sauce, it came plain grilled. I sent it back and the waitress had it back with the right sauce in two minutes so you know the "chef's creations" come from a ladle out of a pot. LOL, it still wasn't too bad. The spaghetti squash wes a nice change of pace for a side as well as the mashed caulifower was excellent. My daugther has the chicken portabello and it was very good. My wife had the tilapia with mango sauce. The were both good. The service was good and our wait person was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. All in all a pleasent experience. If you've had bad esperiences at other of this chain's locations I'd urge you to give this one a try. It's very well run.

The service is fine, it's the food and the bathrooms that are a nightmare! Everything is highly processed. My kids pasta was too ALdente. The kids steak tacos were tough, the chicken salad was crap, I think only the wings which I can get anywhere were yummy. Wow you charge that much for sub par fixings, sorry 20 years ago the food was seriously tastier or my taste buds have completely been altered to fresh and local.

I review chain restaurants fairly consistently, but this one was just bad. We order a sharable app with 4 fried items, "more on that later". My burger meat was so dry and the cheese, what cheese it was cooked so long it evaporated. Fries were cold, they give you a small container (1/2 oz) of ketchup instead of having ketchup on the table. If you need more, hang it up. The wife's salad bar was okay, I can't get into salad bars. With today health safety concerns, I can't believe salad bars are still around. The major thing was the fry oil, it was old and had not been cleaned and made all the fried food taste like "old dirty oil" yum! And the cherry on top was just really slow service. Nice enough person, she was just not attentive to the customers. Most likely avoiding them because food was taking so long coming out of the kitchen. Never saw a manager, most likely locked himself in the office to avoid staff and customers. This was not good. If you want a better chain restaurant experience in this area try O'Charley's a few blocks north.

Hello, We elected Ruby Tuesday for dinner after a long stint away from what use to be a regular center piece of weekend dinners. Our thought was OH' the salad bar, how long has it been. Well, I will state the salad bar accompanied with the crab cake dinner sent us home full. Now for the second part of this story. Around midnight my wife woke up running to the bathroom in a fierce desperation, and stayed there for 12 straight hours her body convulsing every muscle in an attempt to remove the poise from her body at both ends. In the morning I called to speak with the manager, and after telling the manager Jo Jo the events which has happened, I was provided with a short and shallow apology. Nothing more! We will never return to Ruby Tuesday, and if you do I would recommend not getting the crab dinner.
