Very poor service. Waited 30 minutes at the table after ordering the appetizer and the staff did not return to take our lunch order--the appetizer was also still not ready. At that point we left. At the door the manger had the nerve to have an attitude. Possibly just a bad day for them, but they will never get my service again. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Went there for my anniversary. Wonderful atmosphere. Awesome waitress. Good food.

What a difference a few miles further out makes. Mostly chains, staffed by overly-solcitous suburban kids. Decent food for the value, but tends to be over-seasoned, over-buttered a bit.

I love several menu items at Firebirds: the lobster spinach queso, seared ahi tuna, and sesame encrusted salmon served with fried spinach (that sounds strange but it is oh so good!). My favorite item here is their salads, I am a salad fan in general and this is my favorite salad in town. I kind of make my own- I take the grilled shrimp and strawberry salad and substitute the shrimp for the crab cakes. I will say it is a little pricey and I definitely don't go here with the entire family but usually go to meet girlfriends. The atmosphere is nice and they have a small bar area with good happy hour specials.

Terrible! Ate at Firebird's on Sat night and must say it was the most disappointing dining experience I can ever recall. I eat out at least 5 meals/week as I travel 75% of the time due to work. I frequent chains 50% of the time and local establishments the other 50%. I ordered at $19 chicken pasta dish which came with NO side or salad. It was a very minimal portion and bland to say the least. The bread which came with the meal was the best part of the dinner. Service was good but very slow. There were 2 large ethnic parties in the restaurant who were extremely boisterous and determined to be "seen and heard" at any expense. Management seemed to be oblivious that this could be a disturbance to other patrons. NOT nearly as classy a place as they pretend to be. I would choose J Alexander's, Bahama Breeze, or Colletta's over this place any day. Not recommended.

Even after having worked there, I still enjoy going back to eat at Firebirds. They have the best steaks in the Bartlett area and good service. Even if you're not in the mood for a steak, the Chicken Pasta and Sesame Salmon are great too. If you want to eat more healthy, they have some really big salads, though you may want to ask for the dressing on the side as they tend to put quite a bit on their salads.

I went her on our last night visiting family, and I thought it was great! Good food, good service, all together good time. We sat next to the fireplace, which was very cozy. I had the crab cake salad, and it was ok. The crab cakes could have used some spice, but everyone really seemed to enjoy their food. We even won the battle of the paycheck versus my grandparents. I would recommend it!

Good place to take business clients. I've yet to have a bad experience @ Firebirds. Food and attentiveness are always top notch.

From the eighties music piping out of the very pretty modern/rustic exterior -- I was hooked on this restaurant. It's warm and inviting, kind of chic, and smells amazing before you get in the door. The food is nothing short of great, and I've had the salmon and chicken and loved both. I've actually daydreamed (no I'm not making this up) about my dinners, which is a sure sign to go back. There's also a strawberry and grilled shrimp salad that's pretty incredible. A meal in itself for lighter eaters. My husband's meat was a little over-spiced on one trip, and he's not really a complainer, so be sure to be aware of what spices are included if you're not into major zip.

Amazing Steaks!!! This is by far the best steakhouse I have ever been to. the price is high and very worth it. I will be back when I can. The waitstaff was on point the whole time. Drinks were kept full, food came in perfect time, everything was clean and neat. Love this place. I hope it keeps up this standard and the wood cooked steaks.

I was recently back in Memphis to celebrate and attend my God-daughter's high school graduation. We had reservations in advance at the restaurant. There were 9 of us in the party. We had one server which was quirky (in a good way) as well as funny and on point. He kept our drinks refilled and eagerly ran and got us the extra napkins, additional silverware, and drinks from the bar. The bill was split into 4, as we asked without hesitation. The gratuity was added to each check, as expected. I had ordered the meatloaf with mushroom gravy sauce with potatoes and mixed veggies (squash, broccoli, and zucchini-I think.) Usually I'm extremely picky about my veggies, they're almost always undercooked for my liking-but these were PERFECT! The meatloaf was, by far, the best meatloaf I've ever eaten personally. My grandma made some killer meatloaf, but it was with ketchup and simple. This meatloaf from Firebirds was delicious. Several other people ordered various dishes and loved them. The only complaint was that the chicken wings that were ordered was wayyyy to hot/spicy. The server had them remade but without the sauce this time, and just served it on the side. Grandma was happy with that, lol. Pasta, burgers, and steak were some of the other dishes ordered. I didn't personally try the steak, but OMG it looked fabulous! Everyone truly enjoyed their meal. Service was great, food was great, experience was excellent. I only wish we had a Firebirds in DFW so that I could go there more often! We definitely stayed well past closing time-but nobody ever rushed us or reminded us of the time. We were being silly and loud and taking pictures left & right. It was a great meal and I can't wait to go back. My check for 1, including gratuity, was $18 and change. So they can be quite costly-but it sure was $18 well spent! My only one complaint is that they are very limited when it comes to side items. It is mainly all potato items, with the exception of about 2 items. :( But I don't care, I will go back next time I'm in Memphis!

I always enjoy my meal when I dine at Firebirds. The steaks cooked on their wood fired grill are simply mouthwatering. The filet is wonderful, and usually when I order steak that is my cut of choice. However at Firebirds I have to make an exception. The Pepper Crusted Sirloin here is fantastic. The peppercorns really complement the flavor of the beef and it's served with a side of Southwestern Au Gratin Potatoes. Can you say yum? :) A few other things I like: The Ahi Tuna appetizer, served with greens, the Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Coconut Shrimp. The wine list, though not extensive, has an ample selection of very nice wines including Cakebread, which is a favorite of mine. Additionally, the Firehouse Red is very inexpensive and is their signature house wine that is actually quite good for the price. They also have some great deals for lunch.

I dont care what that stupid waitress says, a beurre blanc does NOT have tomatoes in it!!!! There is only one thing I hate more than bad food priced too high, and thats a wait staff that lies to customers because they want to go home. The ahi tuna app was pretty good, except for the crust that was WAY over herbed..........should have just left it clean with a nice quick sear. The BLT salad should not have double thick cut bacon in it, makes you feel like youre eating little pieces of bark with your salad. My parmesan crusted flounder needed a sauce to bring it all together.......when I asked for some more of the advertised sauce (bur blanc), that waitress lied and told me the tomato relish/salsa whatever it was, was the beurre blanc. Im still tight about that. My green beans were on the garden side of al dente...........ok, they were barely heated up they were so raw. My wife thought her trout was ok, I think the pecan crust needed some savory to cut the blandness of the pecans.....salt and pepper would have done wonders. Oh yeah, her veggies were raw as well. I know, I know..............."you dont eat fish at a steak house"..to that I say "BULLY".........if you cant cook fish, keep it off your menu. For the 90 bucks we dropped with tip, we expected MUCH more. Walking out, I told my wife they needed a chef, she showed me that the store had one..........apparently he had the night off.

I think this is one of the better places near the Bartlett area of greater Memphis. I go about once a week for happy hour and dinner. Food: Firebird's is a steakhouse first and everything else second, but the steaks and everything else are delicious. I have yet to try anything on their menu that I didn't think was excellent. Their steaks are top-notch quality and masterfully cooked (I recommend the Bleu Cheese Filet). Their burgers are well-prepared and delicious (their new Wicked Burger will rock your socks). Their BLT Salad is a must with any meal. I also have to suggest their happy hour appetizers (half-price from 4--I think--until 7). Try the BBQ Sliders. It's just a wonderful dining experience all-around. Drink: living in Memphis on my own, I tend to sit at the bar a lot. I highly recommend doing the afternoon happy hour, as it's longer than many in Memphis (until 7) and they've got half-price specialty drinks and dollar off draft beer. After happy hour, the drinks can get a bit pricey, but I think they're good enough to be worth it. Atmosphere: there's no outside seating, but I don't think it takes away from the experience in any way. The whole building--inside and out--feels like some sort of mountain lodge. You just feel more like a man walking into the building (moose head over the bar; you can't beat that), but it's classy enough that you can invite a special someone along and they won't feel like you've just lured them into your man-cave. Service: the managers of this place seem to run a tight ship. Your glass never runs empty and you want for nothing while you're there. While I've dealt mostly with the bar staff (a fabulous bunch of people), the few times I've been in the dining area, I was equally satisfied. Bottom line: if you're looking for great grilled food and a wonderful evening, this is the place for you. I think of it as being on par with (if not better than) your more prominent Memphis steakhouses (Ruth's Chris or Mesquite Chop-House), but with much better prices.

The husband and I went here for lunch today. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by this place. I would never have expected to have this service, atmosphere and food selection from a chain restaurant. Firebirds has a really cool interior. I love the stone and wood elements mixed together throughout. I really like the way the kitchen in set up so you can watch everything going on in there, but not in a tacky, hairnet wearing diner type of way. More in a we can show you how we make your food AND still charge you $10 bucks for your burger and fries cuz it's that clean- sort of way. The lunch menu is pretty large and though I would have loved to try any number of choices (they have buffalo meatloaf that I will definitely be back for) we weren't starving and ordered burgers. My husband got a bleu cheese burger- bleu cheese, pepper crusted meat and port mushrooms- and I ordered the A1 burger- pepper crusted meat, cheddar cheese, applewood bacon and A1 carmelized onions. Both burgers were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the pepper crusted meat with bacon and cheddar combo on mine. It wasn't overly peppery, but I could taste it and it complemented everything really well. Another kudos for their steak fries. I am not a steak fry girl, I usually pick at them half-assed and nibble a couple of bites because they are so soggy and mushy. These were crispy and had a good amount of seasoning on them, which resulted in me being a member of the clean plate club! Woo!! Our waitress was an absolute doll, was consistently on top of everything despite being busy and was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back on a Monday evening because they have half priced wine night. You can get select glasses and bottles of wine half priced. Count this gal in!

I am a frequent visitor to the area and have come here several times with business contact. Essentially it is a slightly more casual, more moderately-priced alternative to Flemings and part of a much smaller chain. This is first and foremost a steakhouse, but it's a little more laid back and thus caters to a broader crowd. I usually opt for the wood-grilled salmon, which is always prepared well. The salads and appetizers are solid, if unspectacular. My only knock on the place is that service often seems overwhelmed. Firebirds does a brisk business, which (in my opinion) speaks more to a lack of slam-dunk alternatives nearby. If I had to describe Firebirds in a word it would be "serviceable."

Come here many times with family and never had any problems up until recently. Came with my fiance and parents the other day, and we all ordered the pepper-crusted sirloin. My parents and I all ordered it medium-rare, and my fiance ordered it medium, along with salads and sides. The saving grace of the night was the ever-delicious BLT salads. We get our steaks, and it tasted like drinking water from the Dead Sea. The saltiest steak I have ever tasted in my life. None of us were able to eat the steak, so we sent it back and were given the regular sirloin instead with supposedly the same cooks. This is all after the manager came over and told us we were wrong and the steaks were fine. My parents and I all had different cooks on our steaks, and my mother's was basically just seared on the outside. Barely cooked and lukewarm on the inside. Manager finally just got her a burger, and told her "Good luck" when he walked away.

My wife and I have enjoyed dining at Firebirds many times and truly enjoy the food. Everything we've eaten - ribeye, prime rib, salmon, salads - have all been incredible. Most recently we celebrated our 10th Anniversary there. Although the ribeye is my favorite cut, I chose the prime rib and every bite was so full of flavor that it made my meal memorable. My wife finds the salmon at Firebirds to be her favorite anywhere. We have always had good service and pleasant servers. Whether you've been there many times - or are trying to decide when to go - if you love good food in a delightful atmosphere, you need to treat yourself to a wonderful meal.

My wife and I have become very big fans of this chain and I will admit, that we usually avoid chain restaurants as places to regular. However, this one has won us over for a variety of reasons. On our last visit here we came with my grandmother, mother and aunt who had driven here to visit us from California. I'll start with the food: As usual we started with the Lobster Spinach Queso, and as usual, it was delicious. We also had the Smoked Chicken Wings which were pretty good. (I'll admit that I am a wing snob as I believe that I make the best wings on earth.) Everyone else at the table thought they were good. For the main course I had the Chili Rubbed Delmonico and it was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to a perfect mid rare and just melted in your mouth. My wife had the Cilantro Grilled Chicken Breast and it was delicious as well. There was enough on her plate for two full meals. (I know because that is what I had for lunch the next day.) Everyone at the table loved their food and the only complaints was that there was too much leftover to take home. Now, my wife and I RARELY eat desert. However, we have discovered one of the best deserts on earth. My favorite desert has always been Creme Brûlée. My wife's favorite desert has always been cheesecake. Well, guess what, they have a Creme Brûlée Cheesecake and it is out of this world. Every time we come here now we cave in and share one. Now, the service: We have great service everyone we come here, this time was no exception. The waiter did such a great job even though we drove him crazy and kept him busy. During one portion of the meal my grandmother spilled her water and then as he was cleaning it up her cane fell on the floor and hit like a gun shot. It startled almost everyone in the restaurant including the waiter, but he took it like a pro as we all laughed it off. I cannot say enough about this restaurant except to say that we will definitely be coming back.

We visited here as a group. The service was ok. The food was ok, but it was not worth the price. We tried the mahi, salmon, steak and tuna appetizer. The meat in each selection was good. The sides were not. The mashed potatoes were too heavy and thick. No one finished theirs. I had the sautéed spinach - it had so much garlic I had to force three bites down before giving up. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was also good. I don't think I would return.

This is one of the few chains that I do not mind going to eat at. I always get great service and I always get great tasting food. I love the steak delmonico. This time I ordered the steak sandwich and it was great. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare with great flavor. The tator tots were crispy and delicious as well.

Had a great dining experience here on a Saturday night. Food was great! From the crab cake starter to the main course entree of their weekend steak special (mango flat iron steak). Service was quick and friendly. Wife and I loved it. Will be dining here again.

This was my first time at a Firebirds and I really liked it. The restaurant had a really cool vibe and I loved their decor especially the wall of wines. I ended up ordering the Colorado Chicken Salad and my friend had the Fish tacos with a side of veggies. I liked my salad a lot. The grilled chicken, mixed greens, bleu cheese, sugar roasted pecans, dried cranberries, green apple and raspberry chipotle vinaigrette went really well together. However, I would have preferred if it had less iceberg lettuce, but that is just a personal preference. As for my friend, she enjoyed her fish tacos and veggies. Overall, I have to say I thought this place was great as it had good service and tasty food.

Start with the Ahia Tuna, it was delicious. The tuna was nicely red . Then had a filet, cooked to perfection, my wife had the grilled salmon, she said it was perfect! Will go back again. Kinda loud inside, but thats expected with a bar inside.

Came here for a quick bite. Sat at the bar and ordered the burger. Plain burger with nothing fancy. The burger was pretty tasty. A bit oily but good. The bun was a bit massive and oily/buttery as well, so I only ended up eating the bottom portion. The cider slaw I ordered with it was good as well. Service was decent and the place was clean. I'd come again because they have good happy hour specials.

My wife and I went for the 1st time on a Thursday during lunch. We were greeted, seated and the server came really fast. This was great considering people can have limited time during lunch. My wife ordered the grilled shrimp with summer couscous and I the steak au poivre. After a lengthy wait our serve informed us they were out of couscous and my wife had to substitute. Once our food did arrive I didn't like the temp of my food. It was lukewarm. Things started out great but was taking a turn for the worst. I asked to speak with the manager. He was very apologetic and comped the entire meal. Wish I remembered his name but he provided excellent customer service. We'll give them another try because the customer service was on point and we sure the food is as well.

Our favorite place to eat! The food and service are consistently excellent. I love all of their soups and we all rate the BLT salad as tops. We also enjoy the crab cake and chicken quesadilla appetizers. We dined on the following at a recent birthday party: kobe beef meatloaf (two thumbs up), wood grilled salmon (one person gave it 5 stars, one thought it average), smokehouse burger (5) and sesame crusted salmon (5). Dessert was the decadent and dependable warm brownie and ice cream. Terrific! Our service was impeccable. Another great meal at Firebirds.

As far as chain steakhouses go, this is now my new favorite. I use to go to Outback 2x a month but even my son agrees that Firebirds is the better option after our first visit. I LOVED the seared Ahi tuna appetizer, contemplated just ordering two of them for myself next time, but I'd really like to try more on the menu. For my dinner, I had their signature pasta and it was great. it's advertised as spicy, and the waiter even warned me it was a little spicy... but I didn't notice much spiciness about it. Maybe they had an off day on the seasoning in the kitchen or some people are really sensitive to spice. My husbands had the ribs and thoroughly enjoyed them, we both agreed we will check out the steaks next visit and I'll have a little more to write about. Don't forget to sign up for their email list, about a day after I did they sent out a 10$ coupon.

One of, if not, our favorite place for steak and a hot meal. The food is always amazing regardless of what you get and the service is awesome! We've been to several including the ones in Memphis and other cities and it's just consistently good, high quality service. I can't recommend this place enough. Really amazing steak cooked right for the price and some of the best sweet tea I've had. We love it because we know we can go here, take people here and have a great experience and eat some great food. Thanks to all the staff for making it great!!

It had been a long time since I've been to Firebirds, but recently I made a trip by again. The decor was nice, although the lighting was a little low (but that's nitpicking!). I ordered a steak and a baked potato- it's my fault I got a boring meal, some of the other stuff looked really good! Prices were fine. I won't be stopping by frequently, but I'm sure I'll be back eventually.

We stopped after church instead of going home to cook. Although primarily a steak house my husband had grilled salmon $21.95 and I tried the Kobe meatloaf $18.25. The meatloaf had an odd flavor and texture - very smooth like a pate - so I suspect it had been frozen. I was underwhelmed. We both ordered green beans but I prefer them actually cooked not crunchy so I didn't eat them either. With sides of the daily special soup and chicken wings with tip the bill came to $80. I would order just salad if forced to go back. The parking lot is always full and the decor and service are excellent. The large party departing before us at the next group of tables certainly enjoyed themselves but their waits were grumbling after they left. Not sure if it was excessive demands and/or poor tipping.

Love their sides! Menu could be A bit more diverse but food is good. I had the fried chicken alas and its huge. Another fave is the salmon with fried crispy spinach. Their BLT salad is a must try.

can't go back due to critters visiting our table and when mentioned to the server the server responded casually "yeah we just got the place sprayed ". Hmmm. No thank you. If you have them I don't want to see them. Might have been a freak encounter but won't chance it.

Happy hour drink specials are $5. These are signature drinks not your ordinary well drinks. The Crispy Mahi Tacos are dee-lish! I liked the onion rings the smoked wings not so much nor the green chile mac n cheese. Also, you only get the happy hour pricing if you sit in the bar. But the tables are too small to accommodate more than two people, there were three of us and it was really crowded. We enjoyed ourselves but there are some limitations for comfort.

This was my first visit. I came here for lunch with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and was seated right away. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed, my friend brought her toddler along and they brought a high chair and crayons right away. The food was decent and filling. I ordered the lobster spinach queso, which I demolished before I even thought about taking a picture, and the french dip. I ordered lemonade as well. I thought it was a little pricey for lemonade, but it was really good so I didn't feel like the price wasn't justified. I would definitely come back here again for a meal.

Ate here for the second time last week, and it was really good again. The first time I came I had the portobello sandwich which was a nice vegetarian option for lunch and turned out to be great. This last time I got a salad but the dressing is what was fantastic, which was a raspberry vinaigrette, yum! I also got a side of fresh vegetables which were actually fresh and cooked very well. The service was also very good for the lunch hour. Needless to say I'll be back with wife for dinner one night.

My family and I went to Firebirds for my dad's 50th birthday on Dec. 27th, 2014 at 6pm. The first thing I noticed was the lack of professionalism at the hostess stand. The girls there were laughing and giggling. We were then told for our party of five, it would be a two hour wait. The restaurant was not at full capacity, so a wait time that long seemed excessive. The hostesses then suggested that we sit at the couches in the lobby and eat off tray tables. We were appalled at this suggestion because we were about to spend an excess of $150 on this meal. We could eat at tray tables at our own house. We instead chose to dine elsewhere, and will definitely remember this experience before choosing to dine at Firebirds again.

I've been here several times and really like it. The ambience is really nice, high ceilings and lots of wood and stone features - the guys will appreciate that it's not a frilly type of place. The service is always very good as well, which is important. I've never had a bad meal here, steaks are always cooked exactly as I order. Prices aren't obscene but I'm really annoyed when not a lot is included - prices are for the steak and one side, no salad. They do provide bread, which is good. Desserts are large and should be shared. Expect to spend at least $50 on dinner for two with no alcohol, apps, or dessert. They have happy hour prices on apps and drinks on the bar area only, a nice place to meet up with a friend.

  • Jeremy T.

I love the bar. The food is okay. However there is one dish that is great; seared ahi tuna. Great lemon drops and Manhattans. Price is the only thing. Too high for what you get, and the taste doesn't translate into dollars spent. I'd rather go to Ruth's Chris or Flemings.

Atmosphere is clean and relaxing steakhouse vibe. Everything on menu looked delicious. It was hard to choose from. Chose filet and garlic mashed potatoes. Fabulous. Selected the Colorado chicken salad. Even better. Large enough for a meal. Loved it so much that I'd like to return today just for that. I am sure you will be happy with his place!

We've been here multiple times and have always had a pretty good experience. The staff is friendly and the food is quite enjoyable. I got the coconut shrimp and it was very delicious! Lots of flavor and pretty tender. My sister got a Caesar salad, and as she was eating she found a dead, frozen fly. The staff was super nice about it, obviously, and they apologized profusely. She got another salad for free and we also got free desert. Other than the fly incident, everything is usually very delicious, so that's why I gave 4 stars.

  • Ted J.

While I've had some very good meals here the last two or three visits were dreadful. Bringing me the wrong soup was a bad start. But they followed up my inquiry with an inquiry with the kitchen that confirmed it was the wrong soup! For me, that was $6 on the bill that was $6 off the tip. While you might be delighted, be ready to be frustrated--and frankly, they charge too much for frustration.

Nice atmosphere, average food. I've tried a few different entrees and cocktails the three times I've been to Firebirds, and I've been consistently underwhelmed. The food is too pricy to have to wonder if your chosen meal will be any good. I've also been forgotten by the hostesses and served the wrong thing by the wait staff, but that's another story. Bottom line, you can do better for the money.

    (3)

I had the New York Strip, it was ok not really worth the money. The Caesar salad had a bitter taste. The service was good but, I really don't think I'll be going back.

I'm giving Firebirds three stars rather than four because of an issue I have with their salads. As a non-steak eater, I cannot really give you insight into the meat situation, so bear that in mind with this review. This is a primarily steak serving restaurant and I don't eat any of the main dishes. That said, the atmosphere is lovely. Very well done. Classy and elegant without the kitchse one would normally associated with anything with Rocky Mountain in the title. When I was a kid, I used to beg my parents to bring me a piece of the peanut-butter pie every time they went here for dinner. Unfortunately that dessert is no longer available, but I'm sure all of the others are just as exceptional. When I was in the other day, I watched the rest of my party eat steak and enjoy it while I had a salad and onion rings. The onion rings were very good--not at all greasy. The salad wasn't as good. The dressing (lime cilantro? something like that) just wasn't powerful enough. The reason I ordered the salad at all was that it had spiced pecans, but the spiced pecans are cut up into little bits and tossed over it, which makes it virtually impossible to get any on a fork. So I definitely would not order that again. So overall, if you enjoy steak, this place is not half bad. Bonefish grill makes a much better house salad. But then, who goes to a restaurant for the house salad?

This place is by far the best chain restaurant I've ever eaten at. Wish they had one where I live in New Orleans. I think they'd do well even there where there is so much good food already. Tried this place when I lived here in Memphis back in 2006 and whenever I come back to visit my Mom & Dad I make it a point to come here. Appetizer (we had the lobster spinach queso) was solid but this place is a steakhouse, pure and simple. I had the Bleu Filet (medium rare) and my wife had the Surf & Turf (well done). Mine was excellent but next time I'm going with no fancy flavoring as their standard seasoning for the filet is just melt in your mouth wonderful. I had a bite of the wife's well done filet and it was amazing. Never seen a chain restaurant properly cook a well done filet...and it was amazingly moist and flavorful. Just wish they had some grilled asparagus as a side dish. Great place for a casual dinner. Hope I make it back to Memphis to go again!

Great food!!! And a very cool atmosphere. Food is all prepared in a very presentable fashion. The lobster spinach dip appetizer is amazing. I had the Filet (butterflied) and was as tender as I've ever known one to be cooked. Service was excellent!!! This is one place you'll certainly be happy you chose.

I've been here a few times and usually the food is pretty decent but definitely NOT worth the price! The first time I came I found a bone in my chicken breast. That wasn't a big deal to me but considering it's suppose to be boneless it was a bit of a red flag. I just dined here again tonight with my family and found it extremely lacking. The server didn't know what kind of lobster they served and insisted it was "raw" lobster. That was weird! My husband got the prime rib and wasn't too impressed. Meh, I may go back but this place definitely left a bad taste in my mouth tonight.

I love this place. I have been here so many times. I get the lobster spinach queso as an appetizer everytime. The shrimp and strawberry salad is to die for. Service is excellent.

Good prime rib and good service. I would recommend this place. I also tried the tuna starter and it was pretty good.
