8.99 Sirloin and Shrimp Dinner come and get it. Well, that being said, I completely enjoy watching the droves of people coming in to this place from my hotel room. It seems to be a popular place for people in Alcoa to take dates. And with that deal, this place pretty much sucks all the business away from Puelos Grille and O'Charleys. While I have not had their signature special, I have enjoyed many salads as I travel on business. Sometimes I cannot drag myself to a local place so venturing across the parking lot is the best option. The service is the best out of the three restaurants in this area. So this is why I ultimately pick this place. Everyone is really friendly and the food is consistent with all the other corporate locations. I really cannot complain.

Been here a handful of times now because it's a cheap dinner. The last two times we waited for over 40 minutes to be seated, when the hostess told us the wait would be 10 minutes. The food is just okay. It's cheap and in that sense you get what you pay for. The ribs are not fall of the bone. The steak is just okay. I feel like I could definitely buy a steak myself and grill a better one. Everything here is just okay.

I usually go to Texas Roadhouse because my husband wants to go and because the bread is fantastic. Other than that I always have a mediocre experience and wouldn't go if it was up to me. I visited this Texas Roadhouse because other people wanted to go so along I went. I must say I was surprised at how good and well cooked my steak was. No need for A1 sauce. My Dr. Pepper was flat but the waitress got me a different drink right away. We made it just in time for the $7.99 early dine special so that was pretty awesome.

Food has mostly always been good at this location. I can only recall being disappointed once, when I ordered pasta. Go figure steak house pasta mediocre. No biggie. Tonight's meal was good but service a lil lackadaisical. Took forever to be greeted and then server was robotic. Took our order, everything arrived promptly but appetizer was forgotten. But still on the bill later. Server only came back once, afterI was full and needed a box. Overall not a bad dinner but still left a lot to be desired

My clients chose this place for dinner, as we wanted something casual, but good food. I was told to get the ribs, which were St. Louis Style. There were some of the best ribs I ever had. You get 3 sides as well. We all got salads, which were really fresh. My other side was a baked sweet potato. The condiments for the sweet potato included cinnamon and mini marshmallows! My clients had ribs, prime rib and steak tips. No complaints from anyone. Nice touch with mural on the wall of Peyton Manning and Phil Fulmer. The wait staff was very nice. They have a funny birthday cheer, if your celebrating someones BD! I will definitely go back again, next time, I'm in town

Upon walking in, was greeted and grabbe sime peanuts while we waited for a table. Ohh, that wasn't a long wait, here we go to our table...I ordered the filet, the rolls are soooo good with the cinnamon butter, we followed the lady taking us to our table like a puppy getting a treat..the salad looks great. Fresh lettuce. let's see if they can cook this steak right. Wow!! Im amazed. The waitress told us they had an excellent cook. She wasn't kidding. Great steak. They actually cooked it the way I liked it, medium well, just pink in the middle. All in all, very pleased. Would come back here at this location again.

Solid, good quality you'd expect from here! Nothing bad, but nothing amazing - clean, reliable, affordable, and fast.

The food is awful! Ordered grilled chicken and sent it back twice!!! It had small hard processed crap in it the hurt biting into it. I'm 36 years old and have NEVER sent anything back in my life! Even the waitress was grossed out by it. Never got comped. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because our waitress was so nice. Been to many Texas Roadhouses and loved them all besides this place.

We went to roadhouse after my sons 8th grade promotion ceremony and it was wonderful especially after my daughters graduation dinner at Calhouns. Unlike Calhouns the roadhouse server was attentive and timely refreshing drinks without us even needing to ask. Every extra (like extra napkins, extra dressing, etc) was brought right out and the food was excellent. I ordered the cowboy cut sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. In fact every steak ordered at our table( four of them) was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting well cooked steaks and excellent service

Great chicken strips And beer And I hear they have steak too! Also if I'm ever back in Knoxville I might watch a football game there as well

Service was good and then the salads showed, all downhill from here. Salads and dressing were warm. Steaks were equally as horrible, way over cooked and dry...now I'm pretty sure I know what boiled shoe leather tastes like.

I do like the Texas Roadhouse. The food is consistent, no matter which location you visit. This store seemed a little run down and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. My waitress was friendly enough. My food all came out hot and fresh. Some of the lettuce in my salad was old and turning brown, though.

First time in forever i sent food back but was promptly taken care of.. our server was nice and kept our drinks topped off. Manager was accommodating even though i wasn't too worried about the fries..

Jessica rocked the bar, she was slammed serving drinks, Taking food orders, and training a new bar tender all with a smile! Food was great! All of this on a Friday night before a football game! I hope the management appreciates her! I don't know her, but she deserves kudos.....

It was dirty and I don't mean with just the cheesy peanut shells all over the place. Several booths had torn vinyl seats. Ordered a prime rib but told they were out, then tried the filet medallions but they were out too! Really...a steak place out of popular cuts! Got the ribeye and it was too salty. Disappointed but this is why I try to stay away from chains.

Ordered the "road kill" for the name, but it could have been called the "charcoal," and not because of the fuel source.

The service at this particular restaurant has been spot on every time I've been here. I have been impressed all around with this place. I enjoy going for the $7.99 steak with two sides Monday through Thursday before 6p.m. . This place can get crowded quick around dinner time. Other than that it is a typical roadhouse!

I'll start with this - the food was awesome as usual. This is really a review of the service, which was pretty horrid overall. I'm not an overly picky person, but having been in food service for almost my entire life I know what can be expected. We were there at 5p on a Thursday, and although it wasn't that busy, everyone seemed to be running around a little more than they should. Maybe they were short staffed. We were greeted by a very charming hostess who took us right over to our table... oops, wrong table, we had to move to another one. No biggie. We sat for a bit and looked over the drink menu, which has no prices on them. It is the first time I've ever seen that there. After about ten minutes the server approaches, or should I say the cloud of unpleasant perfume she was wearing arrived with her in tow. When asked about drink prices she laughed and said she had no idea. My man ordered a margarita, I got unsweet tea. Another ten minutes passed before our drinks were delivered. She took our order and disappeared. Fifteen minutes after that our app was brought to the table, tossed down and she disappeared again without a word or even eye contact. Our app, really good potato skins, was finished for quite a while before the steaks arrived. Perfectly cooked, I was really enjoying getting in to the food and the conversation when she pops up and asks if everything is okay, following with, "Do you think you'll be ordering dessert? No one ever does, I mean the meals are so huge that no one ever does. So I'll just leave this here for when you're ready.", and drops the check at the end of the table. I was five bites in to a 22 oz steak, and she's dropping the check?? That upset me, and I fumed for the rest of the meal. I usually tip at least 20%, she got 15% on the dot. Plus, for two steaks, one cocktail and an app the bill was $66, the margarita being a pretty overpriced $9. Far too much to be rushed. Maybe I should have said something but I saw that she was rushing all of the tables in her station the same way, so felt that it would do no good. Too bad, too. The food was really outstanding, but I may not go back to that store again.

Loved it once again. I am a little partial to this restaurant simply because of the manager but this review as you'll see is about as honest as I can get. It was the mothers day weekend when we visited and we knew going out was a risk. When we showed up the wait would be 15-30 minutes, which took right at 20 minutes. Temperature of the place was really hot making me wonder if the AC was working. Ordering was fast and salads were even faster. The waitress was rather...shall I say close while passing and retreating items. I thought several times I would lose my nose by a fork or steak knife. It was rather busy so she forget different items but she was running a little frazzled it seemed. Food was cooked great. Service was almost life threatening at times. But to sum it up, the overall experience was different to say the least. Will I be back? Ya betcha!

Beat food. Best service. Could eat here every day. The staff here are very courteous. The rest rooms are clean. The manager stops by to ask about service and offers to clean off tables. How many restaurants do you go to that offer that service, not many!! My family loves this place, thank you for the super service!!

Less than one star!!!! In the past week we have gotten Texas Roadhouse to go at work. The first time we spent $50 and got no toppings for our baked potatoes the wrong salad dressings after asking for extras & didn't even get napkins or silverware; I sent an email to their company and got no response. Today we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. We even told them of our previous bad experience and asked for extra attention. This time we didn't even receive part of our order after waiting an hour. I spoke with a manager that wouldn't give me her name & she told me it was correct on our hand written receipt but we were not charged for it. When asked what she could do to fix it I asked her to replace them tomorrow seeing as I spent my entire break in their parking lot. The woman refused to help me said she would not give me anything but I can order when ever I would like. She was completely rude and unwilling to work with me after spending $80 in a week at their restaurant! After saying I'm free to order anytime but she wasn't giving me anything she hung up on me! This is the worse customer service I've ever received. I was not trying to get anything free just for them to fix the problem that they messed up today! I will never go to this establishment again and wouldn't suggest anyone else to either!

First of all let me say I'm a pretty easy-going person. I understand the food service business pretty well, having supported myself doing this early in my life. Now, having said that, the wait staff in this restaurant is annoying. For the love of God, let me take two bites of my food before you come and ask me if everything is okay. Then, let me have two sips of my excellent sweet tea before asking me if you can refill it. Turn the music down just enough so that I can actually hear myself think. Ugh. I'm thinking I've been to less noisy hockey games. AND, the food was better! I ordered filet medallions that came on some kind of rice that was not only horrid to look at, but tasted just as bad. It was expensive and tasted only ok. In fact, it was kind of tough and I didn't eat it all. This was a filet, for chrissakes! Anyway, tonight, I'm gonna try someplace different, and hopefully less annoying! Ciao!

This location is consistently busy and for me that's a good sign that the food is good. Sure enough, this particular location has the best ribs I have ever tasted and consistently so. The bread is awesome. My dinner mates tell me the food they order is excellent as well. I don't know because I only ever get ribs here. The other thing I really like about this place is the atmosphere. It's country and the mood is always happy and a care free. Sometimes you just want to get away from it all and enjoy some good food and I submit to you this is an excellent place to do that. The only negative I can think of is that it's difficult to go anywhere but north or east once you leave. If you want to head south on the 411 again, you have to wander the roads of Alcoa/Maryville.

Great place for a work dinner or even eating out by yourself! The staff here is very friendly and efficient. Beer prices are especially good during happy hour. The food was good! Especially for a chain.

This is the best steak house I've been to. The atmosphere is great, as well as the staff, food, management and appearance. Service is awesome everytime I'm there and is the only steak house I eat at. The food is seasoned to perfection you won't need any sauces to help flavor it. That goes for all food items I have eaten there such as fries, baked potatoes etc. Their potato skins are great, I don't think I have had anything there I wasn't pleased with.

LOVE... LOOVE ..... can I tell you how much I LOOOOVE this Roadhouse?!! The best by far steak you will ever eat. I have had the burgers, catfish, baked chicken and pork chop and ALL were fantastic. The place has a country casual atmosphere the wait staff is always friendly (at this particular joint, not all are the same) and the food for the price is amazing. You will get a basket of fresh hot rolls and cinnamon butter, BUTTTT the one thing you have to try is the baked sweet potato loaded up......OMG its like dessert. The melted butter, cinnamon and toasted marshmallows on top sooooo good you will want to slap the person next to you for not ordering it. The sweet tea is good but the Texas Margarita yuuuuuummmmmy. Like I end my YELP dont believe me see for your self bet you will be back.

We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was at the Texas Roadhouse. I was expecting mediocre chain restaurant BBQ, but the food was very enjoyable. Everyone in our party had high praise for their meals. In addition, the drinks were amazingly inexpensive and NOT watered down. The service was also very good. We were visiting the area and the wait person helped us with directions.
