Normally other locations are great, this spot in the Maryville/Alcoa area is just atrocious. Cold food, badly portioned. Our server was helpful but there is only so much a server can do aside from shotty kitchen staff. Unfortunate but will suggest others to go else as other reviewers have testified/rated.

My family loves this place. It used to be all bad service and bad managers but Buffalo Wild Wings must have gotten the messenger and stepped up their game. They have a few rock star servers and new friendly managers. We will continue to come here weekly!!

Went to B dubs with my fantasy leugues for first game of the year. Cable went out and manager came and offeredus a minimal 10 percent off it never happened. Terribly managed place absolutely awful management. Left in the 2nd quarter cause the game was not on. Went to hooters

I usually enjoy buffalo wild wings but this location had slow service on a slow night. food was cold. and there was a body odor smell when we walked in the door. won't be coming back to this location.

Been here for over 30 minutes, it's slow, and we have still yet to see even our appetizer. Our food finally came and the flavors are all there. My family is from the north where BW3s is a great place to hang out and eat. It's nice to have my favorites, but the wait and the extreme loud level of the TVs just doesn't make it worth it. I'll wait till I'm visiting family to enjoy BWWW again, where service is reliable. This is the third and the last chance we'll give this location.

Dropped by yesterday with Mrs. and daughters. The service, a usual, was atrocious. You get better at most fast food counters. The Parmesan Garlic, Chipotle, Thai Curry and Teriyaki wings were good and hit the spot, but Mrs.'s hamburger was so bad she could not even eat it. If we'd ever seen the waiter again we'd have sent it back. To top it off I go to the men's room to wash up after wings and thought I'd stepped into a sewer. The place smelled like my Granny's outhouse in mid-July! It was so bad I almost left my lunch on the floor. If you read this Buffalo Wild Wings-Alcoa you need some serious attention to your place of business!

Awful, awful, AWFUL service. Takes forever to even get someone to wait on you, and the same to even get the food. Then you never see the server again. And the 'manager' just stands in the back in plain view of customers, flirting with his staff as they lounge about. Pathetic.

I've been to a lot of BWW and always had the Asian Zing Traditional Chicken Wings. I noticed that their wings tasted a little different than before. Maybe not spicy enough and just different. Shortly after I ate and while still at the restaurant, I noticed I was itchy. Only when I got the hotel that it got worse. Never go there again.

Bartenders make this place. They give u sass so be ready to respond. Food wasn't bad as well; could have been better.

It is what it is. One of the only places that have NHL center ice and shows all of the games. The food is sub par and the drinks can be a little over priced. Really only a good spot to grab a drink and watch a game or fight with a few people.

In spite of it's chain mass-appeal and relatively cheap furnishings, I'm pretty fond of this place. Decent selection of beers, and the food is always good. Service is adequate.

The service at this restaurant was atrocious. We were driving through town. Decided to stop in for a late lunch before we hit our relative's house. 60 minutes to get our so-so food. No apology for the delay or any "update" from the waitress, who was pretty much non-existent. Not the same experience we have gotten at other Buffalo Wild Wings, for sure.
