I honestly go to this little bakery everyday. I'm a travel nurse so I make sure I check out bakeries and coffee shops every city I'm in. In Hartsville THIS one is my fav by far! The cake slices are delish. I have had the Red Velvet cupcake, vanilla cupcake, peanut butter bar, LEMON BAR (num num), Mississippi Mud bar, Chess bar, the Chewie bar and they are all fresh and tasty! The prices are great and you can't go wrong having these ladies make a special occasion cake for you! NOW GO GET A LEMON BAR!

In Blythewood, food service is typically horrible at fast food places, so when I moved to Hartsville, I expected it to be about the same. I was completely blown away! This Hardee's is very clean, and the staff are very nice to all of their customers. The food is hot when it gets to you, and it really does arrive quick. I recommend this Hardee's to others who have had bad experiences like I have. This place will change your mood about fast food!

Great food and service! Best Mexican restaurant within a 50 mile radius. Reasonable prices as well.
Awesome place to eat, it's my secret little hole in the wall. Best place in Hartsville to get Mexican food. The service is excellent, and the food is superb. They're currently under construction so that they will have more seats.

If you're in the mood for a good date night, a client/business dinner, or anything in between, BCB is your go-to place in Hartsville, hands down. They are definitely the most expensive restaurant in Hartsville, but likely also the best food. Expect ~$40-$60pp if you have a drink, apps, and main. That said, the quality is good and they have a solid bar with a surprisingly diverse beer selection (as well as wine & a full bar) We've tried just about everything on the menu at this point, and haven't had any major complaints. They've recently started churning out new specials weekly, which keeps it interesting...the menu was getting pretty stale week after week. They also have the ability to put together vegetarian dishes if that's your thing. The desert list here is pretty fantastic as well. Downside, it's pretty slow...but I blame that mostly on the South. Hard to get in and out of here in under 2 hours. But if you're looking for a classy meal, BCB's your place to go.
We love BCB! Their salads are amazing! I'm partial to their Blackened Penne Pasta dish. It's awesome. We go to BCB almost every other week. We had a fried mozzarella special once that was great. Their steaks are wonderful and the corn/crab topping is delicious. We really like their creme brûlée too! The service is wonderful. I would definitely recommend BCB!

New York for sure! I have family from New York and this is every bit as good. I had a pizza and an order of wings. The pizza had fresh ingredients and a great crust. The wings were actually fried just like they are supposed to be and the sauce on them was spot on. The decor is a bit bland but who cares when the food is fantastic. The service was fast and very friendly. Dare I say this may be my new fav place to eat in Hartsville? Go ahead and try it for yourself!
Best Italian NY style pizza around. The garlic knots are ridiculous good Great garlic flavor and the sauce is crazy good The pizza has a good texture good sauce and the dough has a good chewy feel I also got wings a pricey and they were ok Lacking some flavor just a basic hot wing hence the 4 stars
Fantastic NY pizza. Lunch specials are huge portions and very cheap! Everything is fresh.

Good food, terrible service. I had the chicken souvlaki with Greek potatoes, and it was all very tasty. The server didn't seem to care enough to be pleasant, especially when we pointed out that the tea was very weak, and she didn't care to try to fix it or replace it. NOTE: the tea is like lightly flavored water, not good Southern iced tea! Checkout was slow, with no line, and we were informed that they know they make weak tea as others have complained about it. Why they wouldn't think to make the tea better is beyond me.
Excellent food, great service! I ordered the Lamb Gyro, it was tasty. Large portions on the sides. The pasta in my sister's lasagna was very fluffy and some of the best I've ever tried. Also, the wings were top notch. Definitely the best wings in town. Fair drink prices. I can't wait to try the Pizza!
Food is great. Love everything on the menu. The owner is very kind and asked us if everything was good and we said great. My family and I eat here a lot now because of the food and atmosphere.

Dude, shit was fire, Bro. They messed up on our pizza one time and sent us a new one with the slightly messed up one and they still both arrived on time. They're wonderful and friendly. I always order online and it is so simple and easy.
The food is typical of dominos, class pizza at a good price with free delivery. I stayed in Harrsville in a hotel and was very impressed that this perticular dominos delivered my pizza to my hotel room door 15 minutes after I put the phone down! Great service! Pizza was abit greasy though hence the 3* rating

Yogi Bear Honey Fried Chicken

Hartsville, 29550
Reviews:
You have never had chicken if you have never had Yogi Bears honey fried! Along with the love for my hometown fave D&S subs this is also the Best. I have known people to travel just to get here. It's the only one in the world. ANd when you taste a piece of this crispy goodness you'll see why. There features are the Cindy box and the boo boo box. They also fry gizzards. This is one of those places where the guy from Diners & Drive ins in the food network show needs to come. They serve fries and a roll with the meal. No fries are as good as Mickey D's...except for these! They are awesome....I can't wait to go back just for this! I will bring me a box back to the A!
I loved this place when I worked at Sonoco back in 86-88. It's not a five-star restaurant, but it's MUCH better than any other chain. I've drive out of my way several times since then so my family can experience a Boo Boo Basket!
Drove by one day headed back to Florida and the sign first of all draws you in. How could you go wrong with a neon Yogi Bear? It's a little divey I'll admit. But, aren't some of the next food you ever had like that. We are talking about a place in the heart of the South. It screams it with its side items. This isn't your East Coast fried chicken place. The chicken is just an experience that you will not forget. It's so juicy and moist. It's that fried chicken you think Idela was making in the movie. The chicken has that flavour you won't soon forget or find anywhere else.

Westwood Bar-B-Que

604 W Bobo Newsom Hwy
Hartsville, 29550
Reviews:
Alas, there is not exactly a direct route from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach - meaning that you can't hop on the interstate and arrive some fixed time later. You will end up taking a side road at some point, whether you drive 74 for a while and drop down, take 26 and head up or just go back roads the whole way. On one particular ride, we decided to follow a route that took us on the curiously named Bobo Newsom Highway. I mean seriously - how could you resist? To make matters more interesting, it was a Sunday. It might have even been a holiday weekend, and if Sunday wasn't bad enough, a holiday Sunday meant that nothing was open, so by the time we came upon Westwood, we would have gnawed at the cinder block building. Luckily, they offer a lovely buffet that is open not only on Sunday, but on holiday Sundays as well, so we didn't have to do so. To make things better, they include a glass of some sweet tea with it. Score. The buffet isn't big - it's just spread out over the counter next to the kitchen, which means they can keep it well-stocked. You get a couple kinds of barbecue, some ribs and some chicken, along with a few veggies, sides and at least a couple of desserts. But what it lacks for in size it makes up for in taste. The ribs didn't especially impress me. The barbecue was good, but perhaps not the best, but definitely not bad. The sides really took things to another level. But that chicken? Holy crap. This was a barbecued chicken that was unbelievable. I don't know what they do to it, but it was amazing. I was thinking about that chicken all the way home. Staff at Westwood is equal to the buffet, and every bit as friendly as you would think. Well worth a stop if you're in the area.
Small but good buffet. There is a nice selection of meats and veggies. Fried chicken, liver hash, both vinegar and mustard bbq, sweet potato casserole, hush puppies, fried chicken livers and gizzards, corn on the cob, green beans, and more. $7.95 lunch $ 9.95 dinner includes tax and drink. Great value and friendly staff.
Country style all you can eat buffet. two styles of pulled pork (mustard and vinegar), BBQ chicken, spare ribs and all the side items to go with it. Best time to go is before 5pm to get a few bucks off the buffet. A must try.

Zapata’s Mexican Grill

1217 Retail Row
Hartsville, 29550
Reviews:
We dined at Zapata's Friday night with my inlaws. I had a shrimp quesadilla- it was called the Zapata's Quesadilla- and it included grilled veggies, cheese, and shrimp. Lots of shrimp, they were large and it was a stuffed quesadilla! It also came with pico, lettuce, and guace in a little tiny taco shell (the shell was a bit stale) and rice. My husband had the Macarena fajitas which came with black beans and rice- really wish mine came with that rice instead of the red rice. My Father in law had the shrimp and cheese quesadilla and MIL had the chicken quesadilla from the lunch menu. They let you order off of it for dinner. She also had a drink and said the drinks here are good. I'm kinda used to Mexican in Charleston and bigger cities, but for Hartsville, it wasn't bad. There aren't many restaurants to choose from, let alone Mexican restaurants, so I think this one is a pretty good bet. Nice variety on the menu and the portions are pretty good. We mixed the hot and mild salsas because the mild is TOO mild! Service was okay... nothing spectacular. It did take awhile for our food to come for such a simple order, and the restaurant wasn't crowded. Drinks didn't run out, but they were in huge cups, for what it's worth.
Let me start by say that we have had take out from Zapata's many times and haven't had a single complaint. It's a completely different story about our dining in experience. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday night. Our waitress barely seemed interested in speaking to us but did enjoy lengthy chats with other employees while playing with their phones. My husband ordered huevos rancheros and the waitress was completely baffled, we had to actually explain the dish to her. Our margaritas had very little flavor, and if they added alcohol I sure didn't taste it in my drink. My enchilada sauce was burnt and almost inedible and the chips and taco shell tasted burnt as well. I doubt we will return.
I've eaten here twice. Very good Mexican food and reasonably priced. I just had a plate size burrito stuffed with grill beef, sautéed onions and mushrooms and topped with sour cream, lettuce and tomato. Service was fast and friendly too.
