Great pit stop if you are traveling through South Carolina on I-85. Exit 90, right off the highway with non stop road access. Easy on, easy off, surrounded by gas stations and other eating locations. Good service and a great place to catch up on calls and emails before hitting the road again.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. I'm a gold member and go to plenty of Different Starbucks they can never get my drink right. It's the easiest. Peppermint mocha lite Frappuccino. I don't recommend going there. And when you ask them to remake you get attitude. I'm giving up Starbucks and going to dunking donuts.

Yay for a staple road-trip stop. Typical service and drinks. Stressful parking and getting back onto the highway. Expect an additional 5-10 minutes just to get out of the parking lot and to get back on the highway.

The restroom here was SO DISGUSTING!!! I have never been in a Starbucks with restrooms this gross! No toilet paper, trash all over the floor, streaked dirty stalls, unflushed toilets..where is the manager? Very disappointing.

Decent location over all. The drive thru is actually faster than the inside most of the time. Always busy. Great physical location (off I-85) but it's a little hard getting back on the highway from there and the parking lot is a weird shape with limited space. Young friendly staff.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 8am on a Monday morning. Wondered why no one was there...got my drink...tasted like a five year old made it. Now I know why no one was there. Service was quick.

I love Starbuck's. But, the tables and floors were not kept clean enough and the girl sweeping was wearing a headset and talking really loud about how nobody ate some of their various things and she wanted other things like Pineapple Creme Cheese.

I love this location because it's so close to I-85 and the people are incredibly friendly.

In general, most Starbucks are pretty good. They tend to have similar atmospheres, and the drinks are pretty comparable across the board. The big thing then becomes the people. Pros: - This Starbucks has a very friendly staff at any time of day. They're more than willing to answer questions, and make drink customizations. They also smile a lot! - The coffee is normally fresh and ready, and if it isn't they're prepared to handle it as quick as possible. - They have a drive through (which I don't use, but people seem to fancy) Cons: - This location seems to lack a few prepared food choices of other locations. - The wifi in here doesn't seem to work. Not entirely sure why, but that's a rather upsetting distraction. Overall, it's a very convenient quick Starbucks. Not the most lounge like, but great for getting in and out.

Pit stop en route from/to Charlotte and Atlanta! Love that I wasn't limited to truck stops and gas stations. Quick, and gave me the needed caffeine for my car trip. And bonus! I ordered a tall iced Americano, and they gave me a venti!

What's not to love about coffee on the Interstate? Especially when it's a nice and easy to navigate drivethrough that opens early (6AM) and closes sort of late (10PM). ANd on top of that, you're right here near the Gaffney Outlet Mall. So it's got that going for it. Hooray for caffeine, the best legal drug there is!

So....cold....inside....Not the best place to set up shop to study all day, because you will literally need a sweater and a beanie to get anything done. Lots of hustle and bustle traffic, I'd recommend going into downtown and getting a cuppa' from a local restaurant. Sunny's Donuts uses local coffee!

They are always fast and courteous at this location. They also always have a consistent cup of coffee. I also love that they are just of the highway so I can get off and on without losing to much time.

Being about halfway on the road to Charlotte, the drive through is frequent stop for me and has been over the years. For only the second time did I recently actually spend some time there (was waiting while my daughter did some retail therapy at the mall ) ... well, not so nice they have LOUD music with speakers every where, you can't escape it. Not even outside, a speaker pointed at every table. Very unsettling. I ended up going and sit in car. Last but not least I burned a freebie (the 12 stars thing) on what is quite possibly one of the worst cups of coffee I'v e had in a very long time. And to be sure, you couldn't help but notice the ceiling over the barista area is in need of professional maintenance .. It's almost like they don't want you to hang out there (and Im somewhat of an Starbucks store connoisseur ) .. Back to the coffee, it was reminiscent of "black water gas station fare" .. pretty bad.

This Starbucks is my pit stop when traveling from Greenville, SC to Charlotte, NC. Always friendly folks and the coffee is consistently signature Starbucks!

I usually stop here on my way north or south from ATL to Chapel Hill. Friendly staff, great location (easy access), and perfect stop for caffeine and wi-fi. The only con is that they tend to keep the place pretty cold so bring a coat.

Great location. Typically a friendly enough staff but the service lacks quality. Came through this past weekend on my way from CLT to ATL. I usually wait to get coffee and fuel until I reach this location. I pass through every other weekend. Have been doing so for 2 years now. The quality of the drinks are the same as most Starbucks, so that's not the issue. My issue is there were 5 people just standing around watching this one guy train while the line waiting for hot and cold drinks grew and grew and grew. I finally asked one staff person if someone was working the frapp machine. She responded with, 'yes, we'll get to it.' WHAT!!? So needeless to say I wasted 22min of my life waiting on a fully staffed Starbucks to prepare my grande double-blended mocha frapp until they felt like doing it. Really really disappointing. OH and this was AFTER I waited in the drive-thru to place an order. Decided to go inside instead thinking it would be more timely. Really disappointed at the quality of service and the lack luster attitude of teamwork effort. I decided to write a review this time, because I've previously just brushed off the lackluster quality of service. Happened too many times at this point, so figured I'd weigh-in.
