I had previously posted the letter that I sent to Regal Catering and wanted to update my review. I received a letter and a check from Regal yesterday in the mail. Michelle and Karla (owners) were very humble and were appreciative of my letter to them. They apologized for the stress that I was caused and they have also changed their contract in order to prevent anything like what happened to me and my guests from happening to any future brides. I also received a refund for way more than I even asked for. Regal also sent me a copy of their new contract with the changes "in my honor". Now, I have changed my rating, to reflect their professionalism as well as the quality of their food. Thanks Michelle and Karla!
