I absolutely LOVE Panera. Just not this one. Maybe I could love it if the salads weren't wilted and the tea fresh. Maybe I'd like it a little more if the Chicken Noodle Soup didn't taste as though someone left their dirty socks soaking in the bottom of the pot. Even their cinnamon rolls made me want to cry. I think I cut my mouth on it, it was so hard and dry. We've gone multiple times, and it's almost always the same amount of horrible. The pros? Coffee is generally good. Bathrooms are clean. Lots of seating, including a part that's fairly closed off from the rest of the restaurant -- meaning I can feed my son without people staring at my b@@bs.

Ok, so I waited in a line out the door. I had never been here before, so I thought I'd give it a try. I can say that the sandwich was good. Worth waiting 20minutes in line good? Not sure about that. I'll try it again when it isn't a mad house and update my review.

One of the bigger Panera Bread's (seating area wise) that I have been to. They are always fast and efficient when it comes to making my order. Besides the ever-decreasing portion sizes (which seem to be at all of their locations) I have no complaints for this location. I personally recommend the You-pick-2 combo with a Frontega Chicken and Broccolli Cheddar soup.

I love all things Panera and never miss an opportunity to grab a fast, clean and delicious breakfast or lunch when I'm in West Ashley, or North Charleston. So, this morning, before hitting a few stores at Tanger, I stopped at Panera Bread on International Boulevard for my favorite breakfast sandwich ... the ham and cheese power. I placed my order with an associate at the point of sale and within two minutes my sandwich was ready ... two slices of perfectly toasted, yet chewy, whole wheat bread, a fresh cracked egg (yolk still soft) a slice of lean ham and slice of cheddar cheese. OK, it's nothing out of the ordinary ... but, it was, and is, always delicious. I washed it down with a piping hot cup of freshly brewed hazelnut coffee ... and I was good to go. How I wish Mount Pleasant would get a Panera Bread of its own.

Stopped here on my way to work, they had been open for a short time and I was the only customer. And yet, it took them forever to put the muffins in a bag and make my coffee drink. And even after I expressed the urgency of getting to work, they Still were soooo slow. Another day, I asked if they had any breakfast sides like potatoes. The girl rolled her eyes at me and in a sarcastic tone said "No we don't serve those". Clearly, I wanted something to eat, but because of her attitude I didn't bother. While I decided what drink to order she was Very rude. I won't be back there again.

I like eating here every once in awhile. I tend to only come here for breakfast though. I usually get the Asiago Sausage Sandwich. It always hot and fresh. They use a really sharp white cheddar on the sandwich so it ends up being very tasty. Nothing fancy for presentation, but it taste good. Wonderful selection of breads and pastries. I have not had one thing bad.

My friend and I went here last week for lunch and it's delicious! They have a huge selection. I like the Pick Two combos, and I got a butternut squash soup and a small Greek salad. The butternut squash soup was delicious and very filling, and it's a seasonal item. They change up things on the menu for each season and they have a lot of healthy choices. Also, they are super fast with your order! As soon as I filled my drink and got to my table, the buzzer went off that my order was ready. We sat outside and the outside seating was well maintained too. Great place for lunch when you're near the outlets or the coliseum.

Food was okay for a healthy(er) chain restaurant, been a few times to this location and never had a problem with the food. Only issues with this particular Panera Bread is the cleanliness and customer service. We asked that our order be take-out, yet the prepared it as dine-in. When we asked again that it be take out, the lady seemed to be upset with us. Overall not a huge issue, perhaps she was having a not-so-great day, but still notably. They do offer a pretty nice mac & cheese.

I rarely go here but went recently to meet coworkers for a quick meeting - 3 of us got the orange scone and we were all raving about it. Seriously - I wanted to buy several more to take with me, it was THAT good. I also had the pumpkin spice latte which was perfect - not too sweet, didn't need anything extra added and perfect for Fall weather!

You can't go wrong with Panera! This location has to be one of my favorites. I don't usually eat lunch in the facility itself as it is small and quite cramped, but I do love going here. I usually call ahead to place my order, so I don't have to wait in the long line to order and then wait for my food. The staff is super friendly and always fun to talk to. I usually go on the website to figure out what I'd like as well as to check out the interactive nutrition calculator. I love that I can customize my own meal, which is super helpful. I would recommend this location for breakfast, lunch or dinner- as all of their menu options are delicious.

I love Panera bread, but it has been pointless for me to call in and order ahead at the North Charleston location. I have done this several times, only to arrive at the phone order pick up desk and be ignored. Several workers and the manager pass by, but no one even asks can they help. I always end up waiting in the walk in line or waitjng til the line clears just to pick up my order. With the quality of food served via the brand, it is simply sad that the customer service is so poor. If you are in a hurry or looking for excellent customer service,, try another location.

I went there only for a bowl of onion soup. The soup was delicious! The guy making the soup was friendly and polite. He was the highlight of the visit. The cashier could have cared less if I were there or not. The store was OK, however, our table legs were about to fall off. Still not a fan of Panera and this location will never be a planned stop for me.

This Panera is in a popular location, which makes it pretty busy during normal lunch hours, but they are usually able to get through a line fairly quickly. If you catch it on a day that the Airforce guys decide to eat there, seating can be tight. The seating area is large and offers a back corner nook with seating and dual occupancy booths for those looking to get away from the noise. Food is served in an efficient amount of time, even during peak hours, and is always delicious. I'm not sure why, but this seems to be a really popular hangout for college study groups, which is cool if you like to make fun of of ditsy college girls while eating your sandwich.

This panera is always good. They always get my order correct and it comes out relatively quickly considering the lengthy lunch lines it usually has. Only downside would be during lunch the seating fills up fast and there are not always places to sit once you get your food if you are eating in. On this last visit I had the awesome Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and Thai chicken salad you pick two. Both were delicious and it was more than enough food!

Poor customer service. Girl behind counter hair a mess. Never saw any hair so wild and untamed without hair net. When I placed my order for artichoke& spinach soufflé. The girl behind me got the last one. How does that happen! Not even an apology. "Oh well that's how it goes." Mediterranean egg white breakfast sandwich "tasteless". Won't be back. To much gossip behind counter between coworkers. No focus on customers! "Oh well, that's how it goes!!"

Panera's soup is the best! I always get the broccoli and cheddar because I know it to be delicious and satisfying. There is almost never a wait to order, however, they can get extremely busy at this location. Sometimes it's hard to find a good table. Their sweet tea can be a little too sweet, so I'll mix half and half with the unsweet. Last time I was there the sandwich bread was torn in half, due to an air-pocket, making it impossible to pick up. You would think the preparer would have noticed this and rejected these pieces of bread. Food was still good though. Great location near the Auditorium, multiple hotels, Tanger Outlet, and many shopping centers.

Waited 10 mins for coffee on a Sunday morning. Then waited another 10 mins for breakfast sandwiches only to find out they'd been sitting on the counter getting cold because no one rang the pager. When I asked how long they'd been there, one of the guys at the counter responded with attitude "only 2 minutes". The girl behind the counter luckily offer to remake once I responded I'd been waiting for longer than that and the bag had been there the whole time. That's the only reason they got 2 stars. Otherwise this place is completely disorganized, would not return.

This Panera Bread is located right by the Tanger Outlet. I needed a quick breakfast, so stopped by and had a bagel. I wanted it toasted, but it almost tasted like it wasn't. Coffee here is very good. They also have tons of seating.

If you prefer soggy sandwiches and no care for customer satisfaction then this is your place. The bread was not toasted like specified and when I went to ask for toasted bread they just threw my sandwich on the grill on one side and tossed it right back on the plate. I typically love Panera but after spending $9 on a soggy roast turkey sandwich I'll be taking my money somewhere more worth while.

**Free wifi** I've been addicted to the Panera Bread chains ever since my college days in the Midwest! This location did not disappoint and the staff is really friendly as well. I stayed with my usual order of broccoli cheddar soup and caesar salad. Overall, don't forget they have free wifi! And the soup and sandwich, or salad and soup combos are the best bang for your buck :)

For what it is, it's good. Food is served quickly and it's fresh. The lines get long at lunch and the tables aren't cleaned quite quick enough. The baked goods are well stocked and they are quick to get the ingredients book out when questions come up about the carbs, etc.

Marvelous Place. The entire Team acts in a highly Professional and meant to care for customers. Few people worth mentioning are Kathleen - General Manager-who is awesome, very quiet, nice, cares and talks only sense. Her Asst Managers like Austin, Sherry, Brenda -they travel extra mile all the time. You can get the food you want. That's amazing. Austin knows the job. Aaron is very nice and helpful as well. Bernadina is very quiet, does her job promptly, sincerely with a smiling face. They can replace or if it less cooked, they can do anything to make that happen better. They have now rewards -they have started- really good one. They have very good pastry and good for groups. They have healthy food as well.
