When it take 2.5 hours for an order to be delivered, with no communication from the restaurant, and then the order is incorrect when it does arrive, well... Do yourself a favor, go eat at one of the many other Chinese restaurants in the area. I'm sure your order can be prepared & delivered quicker than this.

As I write this, my stomach is cramping. This place is disgusting. I got an order of sesame chicken and my fiancée got general tsos and the chicken was goopy and unrecognizable. The rice was tasteless and greasy. I would never go here again. I spent $20 to eat about three pieces of chicken until I got grossed out. Even my fiancee barely ate it and he eats everything!!

I have had china dragon delivered regularly for the past two years, and until recently was a satisfied customer. However, the service and quality has diminished greatly over the past couple of months, and I will no longer be ordering from there.

Until 1 year ago, this place was really good. Since then, the portions are 30% smaller (overpriced!) and there's no flavor, only lots of salt. So sad. Won't be coming back.

This is one of the better Chinese food places around. They are open later than most other options in the area and are conveniently located off 61. They offer dine in, carry out and delivery and offer 10% off your first online order. Their extensive online ordering system allows you to completely customize your order and note any special instructions. You have the option of paying online or by phone. It really is impressive and very professional compared to other systems I've seen. The delivery turnaround time for my location is usually about 40 minutes which isn't too bad. You can also mark your order as a future which is great if you are planning something for later that day or the next. They have all the typical favorites and a huge menu. Some of my favorites are the sesame chicken, the won ton egg drop soup (yes both combined!), the egg rolls, the spring rolls, the sweet and sour chicken and the vegetable fried rice. The vegetable fried rice is chock full of broccoli which I love. What's unique about them is their staff. They are always friendly and happy to take your order. They also do a great job of packing the order up so it will travel well for take-out and delivery. I rarely have something incorrect with my order and when I do they do their best to fix it. You must check them out!

Placed my order and was specific about getting mild garlic chicken in my combo. Had to visit a family member in the hospital, returned home late to eat and discovered not only had they forgotten the egg roll with the combo, the order was SPICY!! To add insult to injury I took it back the next day, as they were closed when I got home, the "manager" gets snippy with me and ask do I come there often!! He gave me a refund, no sorry, nothing!! With his attitude and their lack of ability to get an order right, I will not be back!! Worst customer service I've ever!!!

My family has ordered from this place about seven or eight times as the food was decent the first time we tried it, and it is right here in West Ashley. However, the last two times the quality of the food has been declining. Fried rice a little dry, egg rolls tasting like from the frozen food section, overcooked chicken, wontons with little-to-no filling... etc. The last time we ordered it took nearly an hour to show up, despite being less than a mile away-- but we decided to give them a final chance. Today, however, we placed an order online at 4:05pm and still had not received it after 5pm. At 5:10 the driver called to say that his GPS was malfunctioning and he was lost in James Island, NOWHERE NEAR our address in West Ashley. I corrected him on the address and zip code; he swore he'd be, "...just a minute," before hanging up. By 5:30, still no food & I'm on hold with the restaurant trying to find out where the heck our food is-- when the doorbell rang. Plot Twist: it's not the delivery guy... it's the people who live on the street behind us with a similar street number! The food was left at their door and the driver left without even trying to get a signature for the credit card, even AFTER they repeatedly told him that they had not ordered any food!! Had their son not run over to ask us if it was ours (we get each other's mail frequently) we would never have known it came. And, had it been some unscrupulous stranger, they could have decided to keep an unexpected gift of a pre-paid dinner. The driver had my number, we had just talked... Why would he not call me again when they said it was not their food?!! No, instead he left it and drove off. Outraged, I asked these questions of the restaurant when someone finally took me off of hold. Even after telling them that our food went to the WRONG STREET, we received no apology and no offer of refund/discount, just as other reviewers have noted. The woman said, "He couldn't find your house! Oh, but you have your food now, yes?" WOW. Yes, no thanks to him! 0/10, would not order again. Will definitely not give these guys any more of my money. When I drop $50 on a meal for the family, I expect good food and good service.

I have tried all the take-out Chinese places in the area and this one is by far the best. Good quality, good price, and large portions - I always get two, sometimes three, meals out of their dinner specials.

Its a decent and convenient... you can order your food online and they deliver. There isn't any complaints on the food at all so if you're looking for the basic Chinese food take out this is a good spot.

This is by far the most disgusting chinese food we have ever had. It is the McDonalds of chinese food. I should have known from when I went to pick up my order and saw the refrigerator full of premade/precooked egg rolls, wantons, pot stickers etc. So we ordered cream cheese wontons, of which there was zero filling. Everyone looked like someone sucked the cream cheese out and refilled them with air. Hot and Sour soup, that tasted like some sort of thick cough syrup. Shrimp Chow Mein of which there was zero Mein (noodles). And I mean Zero. There was however what appeared to be cabage soup and cold boiled shrimp. The general Tso chicken had soggy breading. The extra broccli was not cooked with it but thrown on top, and the pork fried rice was just yellow rice with chunks of pork in it, nothing else. WORST CHINESE FOOD HANDS DOWN. I don't expect take out chinese to be some gourmet five star experience but, I also dont expect to order the food, pay for it, pick it up, bring it home, look at it, take a few bites and immedately throw it away. SAVE YOUR MONEY and YOUR TIME. If this is the best chinese food in the area then i'll have to try a new area.
