    Pitiful service. Not crowded for a lunch hour, but yet i still wait 10 minutes and not one single server comes to my table for even a drink order. I was hoping for better than expected after reading the reviews, I guess everyone else was right. If you don't mind horrible service, this is your place.

    My favorite option near my house. Good wings, cold beers, and sports bar. Watch NFL up there a good bit. Some annoying staff, but as expected. Usually get what you pay for, but worth the visit. Great wing sauces! Raw fries (Wing chips) = awesome. Trivia o n Tuesday I think? Has gone down hill a little. The Sunday day manager is a real piece of work. He once changes the channel on the game we came to see in the last 2:00. We'd been there grazing and drinking for hours. When I called him out, he said "what ever your team lost." I said I didn't care turn it back. My team came back in the last couple mins.

    On my recent trip back home to South Carolina, I was really looking forward to getting my wing fix at Carolina Wings. It's been a couple years since I've been back and I was disappointed to see that several locations had shut down. Nevertheless, we were happy to find this location open and decided to have a family dinner here. What started out with my family (4) and my nieces' family (3) quickly grew to a whopping 18 person clan eager for wing goodness. Before going, we called to ask if they would be able to accommodate our party. They said "yes, come on down, there's no wait." Once we arrived, we were informed that because of the size of our party we would have to wait to be seated (what???). Since everyone was here, we decided to stick it out. Our expectation was that it would be 30-45 minutes ........ NOPE. An hour passed with not even a glimmer of hope of being seated. I don't know what the deal was. I witnessed no less than 8 parties ahead of us get seated after we were informed that we were NEXT. After almost 2 HOURS we decided that we had all had enough and scattered. Maybe the facility was just too small to accommodate such a large party . Maybe they've closed 5 locations since our last visit (reducing its number to 2 total restaurants) because of poor management or poor organization. Maybe it was "all you can eat oyster night" making it extra crowded that night (who the f has an "all you can eat" promotion on a friday night anyway? poor marketing choice if you ask me). Maybe they need to revise their reservation policy (they don't take reservations period, not even for parties over 10 - that's crazy talk). In any case, if they couldn't accommodate our party (for whatever reason), they just should have said so, instead of saying "you're next" or "we're just clearing a table" or "we're going to seat you as soon as possible" every time we asked about being seated. OK, granted, they offered us free chips and drinks because of the inconvenience, but what was the point if they were never going to seat us??? Sadly, I can't comment on the food. I can only comment on the horrible customer service, disorganization, and lack of professionalism. We will not be going to Carolina Wings again.

    The wings are delicious, the service is fantastic, and he prices are decent. It's too bad there isn't one closer to town! Like maybe the Vista? The outdoor patio is great, but it seems to be letting in a gnat or two.

    Use to be great, don't know now. I ordered take out yesterday and the wings we anemic and dry as if they had old stuff from the freezer. The wings were chopped and had jagged bone fragment. To make matters worse, woke up today with a fever and puked my guts out. Don't know what changed other than this place has gone down hill fast. Avoid, stay away, go somewhere else.

    We checked this out even though it only had three stars and I would give it the same. The service we got was good and the wings were good to, though I certainly have had better. The ribs were just okay. The place could be cleaner, sticker tables and messy bathrooms and floors. It was busy when we were there though

    I'm a solo acoustic act and I was scheduled by the manager Couch to play from 8 - 11pm on Friday July 4. I arrived approx 7:10pm and moved my equipment from my car to the "porch" in the building. After getting all my equipment inside I was instructed by the bartender to "wait." I didn't know if I was being canceled or asked to play later hours. After waiting an hour at the bar on the "porch," Tim (another manager) came out and told me they would be closing early. He offered me compensation of 1/2 the amount of the gig and then he went back inside after telling me to "wait." I waited another 20 minutes and I finally packed my gear and left. I contacted Couch via text on July 14 asking for compensation. He wrote "you expect payment for what exactly you not playing." Clearly, he has no respect for me. Just as clearly, he has no respect for contracts since this was a breach of contract. I have a record of our dealings on my cell phone. This is the second time this has happened. I've sent emails to Carolina Wings website for the last 3 weeks in a row without response from them or anyone involved.

    I've tried everything from the wings to the quesadillas. It's all been good!! The staff is always cheerful and very helpful. They try to make even the most aggravating customer as happy as possible. Everything is clean and in working order

    Go inside, take one look at the salad bar area, there is gooey brown stuff all around the soup and salad containers very appetizing! The staff could also care less if you are waited on! Oh yeah and try and order hot tea! That's a fun one, they bring you the iced tea mix heated up! How about saying you don't serve hot tea! Been sick after leaving hear more times than we can count. Yet it's convenient, close to home so we are just careful what we order!! Really bottom line.. Depends in what manager is on duty!!!(
