    Great service and good food. We did have a bit of a wait for our meals to be served, but once they did, it was delicious. The waitress was very attentive also.

    I decided to treat myself to a little dinner out. I don't usually aim for chain restaurants but, the food is usually good. I sat at the bar and was greeted warmly by Kim the barmaid. There were four others at the bar. I had a great cocktail and took my time with the menu. I ordered the teriyaki medallions medium. It comes with two sides. I ordered a salad with blue cheese and garlic mashed. It seemed like quite awhile. A runner came up behind me with someone else's lamb. I said no and he offered me my order. There was a cup or so of garlic mashed. There were maybe six bite size chunks of steak with about a quarter of a cup of peppers and red onion at best. There was no salad. It looked like an appetizer at best. I believe the price was 11.95. Needless to say it was good tasting food but a less than satisfactory experience. Don't businesses owners properly train their staff and make sure they provide great service? I won't be back.

    I went last night to outback by myself and sat in a booth at the bar. My server was FANTASTIC. She was so sweet and very understanding. She didn't even get bothered when I asked her if they could turn down the music so I'd be able to FaceTime my husband, who's deployed, without having to shout. She was so polite and attentive! If I were to go back it would solely based on her service alone. At any rate, the food was delicious! They have this tomato mozzarella & basil appetizer which was huge and very tasty. My steak was cooked perfectly and everything came out hot. Definitely a great experience, especially from a chain. I was really pleased!

    OK, now I love Outback. And, in my many years of dining there, I can only remember one semi-bad experience. Usually, it's predictable, reasonable and good food. Not so at this location. I ordered my usual Outback Special steak with the chopped salad. I wanted to order the baked potato, but there oven was broken (what?????). The chopped salad was a mediocre effort and my steak was overdone. Everyone in our party of 6 had a similar experience. To top it off, our server was terrible. I will go back to Outback, but not for a while. This place left a very negative impression.

    This was our "splurgey" post-Family Day dinner. There were 6 of us total. Ate dinner around 6 PM on a Tuesday night (11.20.12). Our server was friendly, prompt, and helpful. We had a very enjoyable meal and the food was cooked perfectly. Normally I don't rate chain restaurants but these people deserved rating. It was a very pleasant experience. The key may be to come here mid week instead of on a weekend.

    Ate here the other night when I was in for graduation. Clean and very friendly service. Its about as good as any other outback I have been to except it came with southern charm. From my understanding they treat new Marines on graduation day. BIG thumbs up for that and a extra star.

    It's been awhile since I have been to outback and after my experience tonight I doubt I will be going back for awhile at least to this outback anyways. Our sever was a nice young lady but no the most attentive person in the world. We get there and order our drinks and appetizers then she brings our drinks to the table and we order our main entrees. So we wait and wait and wait and what come first our main entrees so at this point I'm not mad but irritated. Have way through my meal a man come out the kitchen with what appears to be our appetizers and takes them to the wrong table then finally brings them to our table. I tell him I don't want it mainly because it looks old. We ordered the cheese fries and the cheese was hard looking like it had sat in the kitchen and been forgotten. He then tried to guilt me into taking them saying they would go to waste and in my mind why would you try to sell inferior product and try to make me pay for it when it was your fault that I didn't get it sooner to begin with. The owner was there I saw him talk to the table behind us and only the table behind us about there food. They must be important because it seem like everyone waited on them hand and foot. At this point I'm just mad and ready to leave and they have the nerve to ask me if I want desert . They should be glad I payed for the food I got witch was over cooked and dry. All in all our server could of done better and management and ownership could have don't better but I feel this failed me today and I doubt I will go back there for awhile.

    Great food, always great service. I was a server, at another restaurant, while in nursing school. When I'd get sick of the service industry I'd come here to see how wonderfully these guys and girls did. It boosted my energy to go back, and take care of my own tables. They even get it right with take out. I never looked into the bag and noticed a detail missing. I'm not a chain restaurant person, I consider this "my local steak joint". KEEP IT UP Y'ALL. Finally someone in Beaufort got it right!

    I work for a local business that received $5 off coupons for lunch. We used the coupons while spending $$hundreds of dollars on lunch with Outback. We ran out of coupons and wanting to continue the relationship we called and asked for more coupons. WELL!!! Instead of thanking us for the business we gave and all of the money we spent we were told that there were no more coupons and "why dont you call back and we will let you know if we get anything like that again"!! That comment does not sound rude unless you heard the sarcasm behind the MANAGERS voice! Well do not worry OUTBACK! you will never earn our business or hard earned money again!

    Our server was awful. Although he was friendly, he was not very helpful. He did not know the menu which led to many 'oops, my bad' moments and ruined our appetite and dining experience. When the food was brought to the table, it was always by another server, not our server. Where was our server? He was not busy at the time, and if he had brought the food to the table, items would not have been forgotten, like one of my sides. When this forgotten side was brought to his attention, it took several minutes for him to finally bring it to the table, and when it was set down on the table, it was a huge portion. My two other guests and I came to the conclusion that someone from the kitchen (or the server) was upset that I called them on the missing side, and it was as if they said, 'oh, you want mashed potatoes, I'll GIVE YOU mashed potatoes!' Wow, Outback! Really? We ordered dessert to save our poor restaurant choice, and again, our server failed us. Two of us ordered cheesecake with strawberry topping, and I, the carrot cake. Several, and I do mean several, minutes passed, and the server returned with no dessert, but only to say that the topping for the cheesecake was not strawberry, but raspberry and asked if we still wanted it. We said it was alright, and again the server disappeared for several minutes. Finally, we get our dessert, and the carrot cake had barely any icing, and it was very grainy and cold, almost frozen. Someone powdered the plate under my carrot cake with an excessive amount of cinnamon. Where is the quality control? Where are the managers and why aren't they training their staff properly?! Overall, we (all three (3) of us will NEVER BE BACK!!!

    It seems funny to write a review for a chain restaurant, but I feel like it deserved a review, ,and I haven't helped in a long time, and the main reason, I am super bored. My brother-in-law and sister took me to eat a few days ago here. Apparently it has been remodeled in the year since they have been there. They liked it. We sat immediately and were introduced to our waiter. Now, I am not sure if his service became biased after he introduced himself because my family proceeds to say that the last time they were here, he was their waiter and had a two week old baby and was super tired. Well that baby is now 14 months old... So then maybe he liked us better because his service was excellent. Kid friendly and gave my niece crayons and coloring menu. They ordered the blooming onion and the new flatbread chicken pizza or something for appetizers. I ordered a mudslide which was delicious. I ordered a burger (my only complaint is they don't have avocado). But instead of fries, I ordered their potato soup. I do not like onions at all, but the blooming onion is decent. it definitely hides the taste of the onion. Anyways, it's a regular outback. I like the food, it was good service. My soup was my favorite part.

    The service has aways been great and even on their busiest days they always have us seated in 20 minutes or less. The food is wonderful!!
