High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. Lastly, avoid French Fries and Onion Rings at Whataburger if you are already ordering a burger or any other heavy meal.

My wife and I stopped in with our two children (both of which are under the age of two) for breakfast, and we had an amazing experience. The staff were all courteous, helpful (even with two crazy children), and prompt with requests and our food/drinks. The entire restaurant was very clean and tastefully decorated. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We make yearly trips to Beaufort and we had another restaurant we frequented, however they disappointed us greatly last year, and I think we've found our new yearly stop. Thanks Burlap for a great experience!

This place was excellent. From the food to the customer service. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The home fries were seasoned perfect. All around a great breakfast

Awful food, beautiful decor and service. Based on the food alone, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it was frankly gross. The dish was drowning in bland Hollandaise sauce; the crab cake was mostly breading (I couldn't even identify any crab in it!); and the tomato was mushy and flavorless. And... the dish did not come stacked on an English Muffin. My friend ordered the "signature" Mac & Cheese which was clearly from a boxed mix (not authentic Southern) along with Country Ham that was NOT country ham- it was also flavorless. The collards were straight out of a can. My other friend ordered the Cheerwine Pork and described it as "okay," but we all agreed it resembled the packaged kind you buy from the store to microwave at home. The service itself was fine-- waiters were attentive and friendly. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. The baked goods may be this restaurant's most redeeming quality. And, given people go here to eat, we will not return.

Biscuits and mason jars! What else could you ask for from a quaint breakfast spot? The service was friendly and the atmosphere was charming. Classic southern breakfast complete with delicious biscuits and sausage gravy, that I could only stop eating because I was so full. I would recommend it to anyone and then invite myself along.

Went for Mother's Day and it was a disaster! I am diabetic and had to eat so while we waited over an hour to be served they gave us biscuits etc. but we ended up leaving and going somewhere else since the manager said it would only be another minute but disappeared into the back for another 10-15+ minutes! They had one big table and really weren't busy so I don't know what the holdup was!! Wouldn't recommend the place or go back there again- a shame since it seems like a local fav spot.

Shrimp and grits are fantastic! Great hidden gem here in Beaufort!! Very friendly staff and the biscuits don't hurt either.

Love this place for brunch! I get the crab cake Benedict with home fries- perfection! My boyfriend got their pulled BBQ cooked with cheer wine and it was so good! Go for their biscuits and jam for breakfast, their jam is exceptional! The only thing that would make this place better is if they served alcohol!

I can't believe I didn't know about this place! I've been living in Beaufort for 3 years and frequented Blackstone. I came here b/c we wanted to change it up and it was Awesome! Nice clean restaurant, friendly service and the breakfast was Amazing. Homemade biscuits are delicious and so is there homemade hash. I had the crab cake Benedict, hubby had the corn beef hash we both left there very full and happy!

We had a great breakfast today. Crab cake eggs Benedict and a blackberry scone with a side of fresh fruit. Biscuits, muffins and coffee (including take out coffee) were wonderful and limitless. Our waitress Rebecca was so friendly and helpful. Everything was delish delish delish.

Really, really good food. We go here frequently, and bring all our out of town guests. Service and kitchen attentiveness have been hit-or-miss at times, but I know the management has been working really hard on this, and is just part of the process of establishing a new restaurant. Whenever we've brought a mistake to their attention (wrong sauce put on a benedict order, missing whipped cream on pancakes, slow service), they've been super quick to apologize, work to correct the problem, and attempt to make it right. Now, the good stuff... Their southern benedict with shrimp gravy on a biscuit is absolutely divine. Truly! And their biscuits in general... with their peach jam... is worth drooling over! We've gone for lunch, and their salads are fairly priced and likewise excellent. The restaurant itself is adorable. Super cute decor, great family friendly atmosphere. And the desserts! Oh boy, the desserts. Wear stretchy pants. Plan for a nap after your meal. It's divine Southern cooking!

We were in Beaufort for the weekend and stopped in at Burlap for breakfast. We had an excellent experience! The service was fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and really made our experience better. The food was outstanding! I had the Crab Cakes Benedict, which was excellent. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the crab cakes were delicious. The hollandaise really tied it together. We even picked up a couple treats from thier bakery. The whoopie pie was delicious! We will definitely go back next time we are in Beaufort!

Love this place. Great breakfast, friendly service. Crab Cake Benedict is amazing and we love the biscuits. Will make it a regular breakfast spot!

Was really disappointed with the food. I was there for lunch and ordered the special for the day - fried chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and biscuits. The chicken was fried almost black and was flavorless. The Mac & cheese was, without a doubt, from a box. Coleslaw was okay but had a lot of liquid. Biscuits were also okay - white and sort of hard. I don't think I would go back. The waitress was very nice though.

Our new favorite spot!! The decor is so cute and unique. We loved breakfast so i went back for lunch. Recommended the Belle salad, the warm pecan crusted goat cheese on it was amazing! It was our servers first day and he was great. Very attentive, our drinks were always full, and our food came out just like we wanted. Will recommend this place to all I know!

The cutest breakfast place around- super clean, and the staff was on point. Someone just needed to turn on some music and all would have been right in the world. Ordered the pecan and praline french toast (add banana) and the crab cake eggs benedict - out of this world. The hubby ordered biscuits with sausage gravy. They even bring you out a little basket of goodies- to include home made strawberry jelly, and these little bites of cinnamon muffin happiness. Need to figure out that recipe. The only let down of this place was that they were out of adult sized shirts- oh well, just means we will have to go back!

I went here with a couple friends and we were blown away by how delicious everything was. The biscuits and gravy are top notch and the homemade jams are mouth wateringly good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Our waitress was amazing! She sent out free apps because we had to wait longer than usual for our food because the kitchen lost one of our tickets. My food came out last and my burger was still alive, but everyone else's food was amazing! The shrimp and grits were awesome! Our meals were on the house because of the inconvenience.

Yes, the homemade biscuits are delish, along with the homemade jam that comes with. But eww the place was dirty! My shoes stuck to the floor. And I wonder if I shared jelly jars with my fellow diners. Not big on fresh veggies or fruit or whole grains but if u love bleached wheat and meat-dig in!
