This is the most ghetto establishment I have found yet in this area. I have lived in New Orleans, Bronx, and ATL...really thought I was finally out of the hood. Well, I ordered a chicken sandwich, 2 biscuits, and a large order of mashed potatoes. I waited patiently after paying for my order for 10 minutes. The cashier and front staff ignored me repeatedly for almost 5 minutes. It was busy, but that is no excuse. One of the cooks in the back was using profanity and racial slurs and talking about getting high. At 15 minutes in I stepped in front of someone who kindly let me in line for the register and asked about my order. They asked me to step to the side. I said I have been standing there 15 minutes. I have worked in fast food and it does not take 15 minutes to make a chicken sandwich, even if you have to fry it. Just step aside, they said. Not wanting to end up on YouTube, I complied...waited another 5 minutes (I am guessing they never dropped it in the fryer) for my chicken sandwich. They stuffed it in the bag without my biscuits or mashed potatoes. When I asked them, they demanded a receipt and then all of a sudden they needed to bring more mashed potatoes from the back. I waited another three minutes on that. SO it took nearly a half hour for a $5 order or so. Completely hood. Clueless and rude staff that needs to learn something about customer service. I will never visit another Churchs again because their food sucks and they are ghetto.
