Break Time Sports Bar and Grill

100 Miracle Mile Dr
Anderson, 29621
Reviews:
Break Time in Anderson is a groovy blast from the 1980`s past. This place opened in 1986. And the cool thing about it, nothing has changed. Orginally, it was a trendy chic mid-1980`s Sports Bar. MTV was beaming from many T.V.`s here. Fast forward 20 plus yeras, and the place is STILL excatly the same. And gues what??? IT IS GREAT!!!! I had not been in this place for many years. Me and the Mrs. went in one night and it was great! Same old 1980`s owner! The early-mid 80`s tunes still play on the 1980`s sound system! They still have the same green walls! They have a very loyal followering here. Lots of retro Pac Man games etc. If you grew up in the 1980`s, this place will make you feel young again! They have an awesome kitchen with Hot Dogs and Cheeseburgers. Their speciality is Piggy wraps!!! Go back to the awesome 1980`s at Break Time! It will make you feel young again and take you back to 1986! We love this place!

This place is excellent! Great menu, service, and delicious food - generous portions. Delicious deserts. We had the Greek salad and chicken Parmesan - both are incredible and very authentic. I can't believe I've lived in this area for 15 years and have never been here before. Will definitely be back.
Had the Gyro with Greek salad. Both were exceptionally good. Also had burger and fries. They were good. The dining area was nice as was the server and the background music. As a bonus, the men's restroom sink handles turn on in both directions so if your left or right handed, they always work!
My family and I go here from time to time. The family that owns this restaurant is Greek and very kind to us!! I ordered the Spinach Pie (essentially spanakopita) and it came with a fresh side salad. The spanakopita was good..They also bring out buttered bread. At the end of the meal they treated us to fresh watermelon! Everything on their menu is delish and the servings are huge. They do not joke around about serving good hardy portions. I've also tried the chicken lemon soup along with the stuffed chicken - both great choices!

Good location. Good food. Good people. What more can you ask for! Highly recommended!
Good food. Slow and disorganized service. Took 30 mins just to get a chicken salad sandwich because tickets got all out of order
Figs is definitely my favorite lunch spot in Anderson, hands down! The food is delicious, (prepare to spend roughly $7 a person.), and the atmosphere is very welcoming to even someone grabbing lunch by themselves. They have a different lunch special everyday that includes a drink and tegu also carry Blue Bell ice cream!
