Great food and great service. Clean environment. Sometimes you want hibachi without shrimp tails being thrown into your lap or your eyebrows being burnt off by a "onion volcano". Great place to eat.

I've had better. The pre-meal broth and salad were pretty standard. Their ginger dressing was good. They also brought a couple of deep fried shrimp from the back. They can get rid of these and fix some shrimp on the grill top. The way they cook the food is a bit out of order and slow. First rice, then veggies, then 10 minutes later... meats. I had the shrimp hibachi. The rice was cooked in a way that it was thrown all over the grill. What a mess... I ordered extra veggies, but even with that I got half the portion size I would get at Miyabi's in Augusta for almost the same price. The brocolli was either frozen and thawed or steamed first. So there was no crunch at all.The shrimp tasted great, but I would have liked them to stay on the grill longer. The portion sizes should definitely be larger for the price. Our chef was a waaaay over the top with the "entertainment." The puff of the fake ketchup gets old after the 3rd time. And no, I do not want to catch broccoli thrown in the air. I said no 3 times... I really don't want to do it. Also, the fans situated throughout the restaurant added nothing to the ambiance. I doubt I'll return here.

I've been sitting here for over 90 minutes. Just now got our drinks. What makes this so ridiculous is that this place is not that crowded, but is very understaffed. Would not recommend. The staff is very rude and our waiter knows nothing about the menu items. The restaurant is also very dirty. Update: the waiter has just dumped ice water on my iPhone that was sitting on the table. The sushi is also terrible.

Very good sushi. They seem to have a lot of people who love the "Japanese Steakhouse (chop chop)" entertainment in the other rooms, but that is not on my list of favorite things... Not cheap, but good sushi.

I went here hoping to have great sushi and that the other people in my party who didnt like sushi could order off the menu. My first impression was that it felt like it was 100 degrees inside the restaurant and it seemed old. The seats were cracked vinyl, the walls and furniture seemed greasy, the guy behind the sushi bar was using a fly swatter to hit flies, and when I asked about some sashimi he seemed to have no clue what I was talking about. I skipped the sushi. Our meal and our chef at the table were good, but I can't imagine I will ever go there again.
