For +10 dollars a meal, it feels like an overpriced Applebee's. I went in at 2:30 pm on 02-13-15. The place was not crowded and was seated at the bar. It took awhile for the bar tender bring my drink which was the wrong drink by the way. I asked for a Seagrams whiskey with a cup of ginger ale on the side. She came back with the whiskey and ginger ale in one glass. I spoke to her and explained that this was not what I asked for. She apologized but did not give me a new drink. The drink was disgusting. I asked for no ice but got a hail storm in my glass. It was so much ginger ale and ice in it that didn't even know if it had any alcohol. My bread was not hot and felt kind of stale like it had been reheated. I order the the shrimp from the longhorn favorites. It came out fairly quickly which was kind of worrisome. My fries were cold In the center and the shrimp was covered in a sauce that was thick like syrup. It the shrimp as described by the bar tender before I ordered where supposed to be cooked in garlic and oil so I have no clue how those two can turn out like syrup... The best thing about my meal was the rice pilaf. It was slightly over cooked but after the other things on my plate I was glad for something decent. When I got my bill, it was 23 dollars. I was confused as to how one meal and one drink cost so much. I looked at the drinks and she charged me separately for the ginger ale and the whiskey. I called the bar tender over and asked how could you ring me up for that then get my order wrong. She tried to say that was what I ordered which was true but I said if that is what I ordered why do I have one glass. After getting highly annoyed, she finally reduced my bill. I have been here before but the last time I had an overlooked steak. I wanted a medium but it was basically a cross from medium well and well done. It was covered in oil but kind of dry. That meal though was much better and the service was better despite a full crowd of 18 coworkers. I would not recommend this place if you want mediocre food at best. Go to Applebee's on the other side of whiskey road. It is cheaper and the same quality with better service.

Tough steak ! Not cooked as ordered even after our waiter made a point of telling us about types of how steak was to be cooked so disappointed won't be back .

I was a bit disappointed by the food. The Ribeye was awesome, but the asparagus was over cooked and was not prepared correctly. Asparagus should have the bottom part snapped off (it breaks naturally at the right spot) so that the woody, fibrous, inedible part can be thrown away. The didn't do that. By our waitress , Stacey C took care of me and swapped that asparagus for a different side. Good service is the difference between wanting to return and not wanting to return.

Worst meal I've ever had at a longhorns. Steak extremely undercooked and lobster tail was like rubber and inedible.

I visited on a Thursday evening at about 6:30. The service was significantly better than I had previously experienced. However, the food is still marginal at best. The steak was overcooked, tough and flavorless. To make it even worse, the T-Bone was literally drenched and sitting in some sort of yellow sauce that I was told was butter. I literally could pick the steak up and pour the yellow stuff off the steak. It was disgusting! Oh and I forgot, the salad looked like it had another salad bowl sitting on it for a while. It was mashed down and quite shriveled looking. All in all not a good experience, especially when I have had much better at the one across the river.

Couldn't be more excited to have longhorn opening in Aiken Sept 16! I have had absolutely wonderful service and food at every longhorn I've ever been too! The filet is so tender and cooked just right every time. The Wild West shrimp are a great app for everyone to share! I think longhorn has the best margaritas and drinks compared to so many other choices. The servers are always so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! Great family restaurant or date choice!

First off, let me say the food is DELICIOUS. Especially the dessert sampler...omg. That could be my dinner alone. Now, let me explain why I only gave it three stars. To put it simply; their servers need to be PROPERLY trained and directed. First time going, our server was definitely very slow, slow to fill drinks, didn't check on us much, etc but we assumed she was (very) new, and she was very polite and genuine so me and my gf still liked her, we just assumed she needed more training. (We were both servers ourselves at the time.) Now, the SECOND time around we were less forgiving. First off, we were sat at the table and NOT GREETED AT ALL BY OUR SERVER for 10 MINUTES. Other servers walked by, glanced at our drink-less plate-less sparkling clean obviously unused table, and only 1 or 2 of them asked if we had been seen yet. Long story short, the HOST was the one who brought us bread, filled our drinks, checked on us, and did all the things servers are supposed to do. Another server (NOT the one assigned to our table, in a section all the way across the restaurant) and a manager mixed us up a special honey butter, given on the house, as an apology for what happened. They were very nice, courteous, and the epitome of great customer service. Our actual server came over only a few times. Once to take our order with an obviously forced smile on her face (again, after over 10 minutes), a few times to bring to-go-boxes/cups (because she kept forgetting things and had to run back over and over, which took ages each time I might add), and once (and this was the fastest I've seen her move) to bring the check. Of course, we ended up generously tipping THE HOST and we left the server $5 because, as servers ourselves, it conflicts with our personal morals to not leave a tip. Long story short, I'll up my rating when the service is as good as the food. But, again, the food is OH SO DELICIOUS.

Got the grilled salmon salad. The fish tasted fresh, moist, the salad was crispy and fresh. Used the online service and my food was made by my pickup time. The staff was friendly. The restaurant smelled great and looked clean.

I went on a Thursday around 4:30pm and it was not busy. It's a new building so it was still very clean. Started with Western Cheese Fries and Coke Zero. Soda was flat and was returned but second one did not seem to have to right taste either for a fountain drink. Cheese Fries had plenty of cheese but otherwise not as good as other steakhouses. Not much bacon but it reminded me of the bacon bits they sell in a jar at the supermarket. Next was the salad. Again not impressed with the chopped up pieces of cucumber and tomatoes and bagged croutons. For dinner, I had the Flat-iron steak. It was well seasoned, cooked just like I asked and tasted great, by far was the best part my meal. I ordered the loaded baked potato as my side. They don't say what is included with "Loaded", but it had lots of butter and sour cream with some cheese on top. Usually would have butter or sour cream, not both and was expecting bacon and green onion so I was disappointed. I also tried the grilled shrimp which was full of good flavor but greasy with a bits of burnt stuff off the grill stuck to the shrimp that had to be picked off. Service was good

Once we got our lunch, it was excellent! I had 1/2 Prime Rib sandwich and a killer Lobster&Shrimp chowder. My husband had the Bacon&Cheddar burger. Our waitress Robyn was very friendly! Now they need to get their kitchen on a faster speed and the Hostess to smile and be welcoming. No reason to spend well over an hour for a "fast" lunch as advertised on the menu!!

Really enjoyed my lunch here. The service was excellent. My server was kind and personable. We had a great time. The harvest crisp salad was delicious followed by the amazing portabella mushroom chicken. The pumpkin spice lava cake was yummy also. The restaurant was clean, well decorated with good music, great service and delicious food. Go and enjoy!
