We love the Hilton and wanted to stay at one when visiting Aiken. We were promptly checked in by Mychal who provided outstanding customer service. He advised us of all the amenities within the hotel. Later that evening after our business meeting, we visited the bar and met Taneisha. She was fun and energetic and took care of us even though it was right at closing time. The room was clean and really nice with a great Wifi connection. We also had easy access to the business center. We have friends with handicapped children and noticed the pool had motorized lifts. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast is not free as someone seems to have stated. $5 for cold breakfast and $11 for hot. Hotel seems new however to our surprise we saw cock-roaches on two separate occasions over a three day stay in the elevator and there were ants in our bathroom and sink. Maybe just bad luck... Free parking and outdoor pool and hot tub. Not a great experience would not come back.

We were first-time visitors to Aiken, for a family wedding, and this hotel was recommended to us. It was perfect for our visit! It's a pretty new hotel and has all the conveniences you'd want -- free WiFi, a small restaurant and bar, and excercise room, etc. -- plus very efficient and friendly staff -- especially DJ, who checked us in late on the evening we arrived and gave us good pointers about where to go in Aiken the next day. We had reserved a junior suite with a king size bed and that's exactly what we got, for a very reasonable price. And the site is off the road and very quiet. I didn't see another hotel that looked like a better place to stay.

Stay here at least once a month for business. Great price usually, the hotel looks and smells clean. The area is quite. The staff always greets you first and usually friendly. There is a bar downstairs, food service is for breakfast only, but there are several restaurants at walking distance. This hotel has a pool, fitness center, business center and laundry facility.
