Five Guys has spoiled me for burgers and fries. Theirs are simply the best to me. We go to the York location often and the staff is always friendly and the place is always spotless. I also love that we can order online which is pretty convenient when things are a bit busy, so all I have to do is pick it up. The food is always hot and fresh and of course it's always delicious.

Pretty good burger cooked fresh to order, loads of toppings to choose from, but not many offerings otherwise. Maybe just hot dog, or a grilled cheese. Burgers come with two patties and are filling. Definitely 5 star fresh cut French fries! A little more $ than the fast food chains, burgers are about 6$, but you get complimentary peanuts to eat while you wait for your food and it's fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp.

If you are hungry and you are in the mood for a good old fashion hamburger, then this is the place! They make the burgers to your specific order, with a list of toppings that you could have a burger a day for the rest of your life and not try something the same again! Granted it is a LITTLE pricey for a college student. BUT if you are just looking to hang out, you could get a drink and just eat the peanuts that they have shipped to them daily. The french fries are made from fresh potatoes that they have the bags laying around the restaurant. They have a chalkboard in the back that tells you where those potatoes came from and the french fries are served in the good old fashion paper bag! it just adds to the experience. Overall, it is a little pricey, but if you are hungry for a burger this is the place to go!

If your looking for Great burgers, this is a good place. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. This chain place is popping up all over, and the York location is as good as any other I've been in.

The staff at this five guys were very friendly and accommodating for our family. And the good was outstanding, especially since we need gluten free menu choices.

They are consistently good here. Get your burger "all the way" and add jalapeños. Try the hot dogs if you haven't before-they are fantastic. And don't forget the Cajun fries...

I've been in a couple of these places in the York area so when I was invited to go again I gladly went. This time the burgers were raw in the center and the "raw" onions were actually fried and chopped into small pieces. Needless to say most of them fell off and were hard to keep picking up to put back on the burger. I LOVE raw onions. Why don't they serve them here? A lot of the fries are tiny pieces that aren't fit to eat that I never see anywhere else. I also had some sort of problem with the guy who brought our order out to the counter. For some reason he refused to believe it was our order. I'm a 60 year old white male with my daughter at my side. Did I look like a criminal or a terrorist? What did I do wrong?

Place was pretty empty on a Tuesday afternoon. We stopped in because we wanted some of their fries. The burger was just a bonus. Service was pretty quick and they apologized for making us wait the 3 minutes it took to cook a fresh order. Although they didn't need to say they were sorry for ensuring my order was fresh, it's impressive they bothered to do so. Like most other Five Guys this place has also changed from brewing their own sweet tea to the automatic tea dispenser from Nestea. Can't say I'm enamored with this trend, however you can still go to McDonalds for their sugar syrup blend. Once everything was ready I noticed my little bacon cheeseburger was missing the key element of bacon. I pointed this out and they gave me a cup of bacon pieces and then after that the manager came out with a coupon for a free burger to make up for it. Good customer service and good food.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries has THE best hamburgers I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. They are always made from fresh ground beef and are hand patted. The heaping helping of French fries goes beyond a generous helping. Just remember when ordering that the junior burger is 1 pattie and the regular is 2 patties. A junior is comparable to a standard 1/4lb burger at other fast food joints, except it tests a heck of a lot better!

Five Guys' burgers are nice and greasy, but tasty. You can pre-order over the phone so that your order is ready for pick up. This is recommended since ordering there can take a while.
