This is a great place to go hang out with some friends, go on a casual, fun date, or to spend some time with the family. In fact, while I was here with a group, we saw all three situations - and everyone was having a great time! I tend to love mini-golf courses where you have to get the ball in one of two holes on an upper level to get to the final hole on a second level. Sadly, this course didn't have any of those. However, there were plenty of tricky curves and angles, uneven ground, and lots of opportunities for your ball to roll into a stream or fountain. There is a lot of water here, and at first glance it seems annoying. But the balls float and there are nets at each fountain, so Spring Hill has you covered! The greens are well-kept and clean. The grounds are well-landscaped. There is a cool cave with a waterfall, stalagmites, and a bat. Best of all, there is educational information along the courses (including poems about stones, minerals, and gems!). The prices are great ($6 per person, $5 if before 5 p.m.), the hours are generally late (they are seasonal, so check the website), and the snack shop seems to serve lots of tasty, inexpensive treats! Insider's tip/spoiler alert! There is one course with a narrow bridge with no edges over running water. It appears that if you don't make it across the bridge, your ball will fall into the water and float down the stream several greens away. Not so! If your ball falls into the stream, it passes under another bridge, gets filtered out and dumped right next to the hole!

Spring Hill Golf is a pretty cool place. The employees are very nice and the ice cream is very very good. Hot fudge sundaes, shakes, and more. Yum. They have batting cages, mini golf, digging for gems area, food, and a few arcade games. They also have spooky glow golf during October. The rivers do add a nice touch. The cave is awesome, but you're only in it for a few seconds before moving on. :( Their Spooky Glow Golf is really cool. They now have Turkey Hill hard ice cream. They open early in the season, even as early as March. I enjoy Spring Hill Golf and maybe you will too.

The woman, I believed she is the manager or even owner, who works the miniature golf counter has been rude on more than one occasion.

Typical multi-purpose "family style" activity center located in the hills of Schecksville. Number One - Batting Cages: This area was clearly the most popular activity at Spring Hill with a steady stream of kids mostly around 9-15 years old waiting in line to get their cuts in. I've seen nicer and newer equipment but overall clearly with how few batting cages there are in the LV they are minting money on this one. They offer four softball pitching machines and four baseball pitching machines. Number Two - Mini Golf We played here on a Saturday in May and to our surprise the course only had two other families on it and after playing I can sort of see why. The carpets on the holes are honestly not in very good shape. There are several bare spots and they are very, very thin which means that the ball will travel lightening fast. Also on the cave hole the majority of the carpet inside the cave itself was extremely saturated as to almost make the hole unplayable. Why so wet? Who knows? I'm sure when they opened 10 years ago the carpets/course was top notch but places like Sittlers, Putt-U, and Bear Rock Junction all blow this place out of the water and it's not like Spring Hill is on the cheaper side either. Their prices are either in line or are more expensive than the aforementioned places. Number Three - Ice Cream/Food They offer slightly more than the average mini-golf place with hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, and whole pizzas along with ice cream. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the one owner when we asked for a scoop of one flavor for our one daughter and a scoop of a different flavor for our other daughter only to have the owner stack both flavors on top of each other in the same cup. After I pointed out this error, she less than cheerfully did about the worst job ever trying to separate the two flavors, thank goodness no one has an allergy to a particular flavor, and then said she had to charge me more because two singles were more than one double yet she is the one who screwed it up and she was also the reason that one child had a scoop and a third of two mixed flavors and the other child only had two-thirds of a scoop. Spring Hill was a decent place to try once as we had never been there before. But with the quality of the course campared with other places in the LV and the lack of caring by the owner I really doubt we'll be back as there are many other nicer and more friendly places to play in the area.

Came here on memorial day with my family. Wasn't at all busy as we were able to play mini golf without rushing or pausing for other players. Cool atmosphere with music playing as you golf. Afterwards took a couple of swings at batting cages which was cheap. Customer service was good just didn't get a a inviting vibe from the manager.

Spring Hill is a great spot for the family. This could be just for ice cream, a stop at the batting cages, miniature golf, or any combination. There is not much else within a 15 minute radius so great for a last minute what should we do evening.
