Pretty normal, decent pizza here - nothing exceptional, nothing awful. The pizzas are pretty big - we asked what the sizes were like, and the small is "6 pieces," while the large is "8 pieces." We assumed this meant normal size slices, but we were wrong - two smalls for three people was too much, not that we didn't eat it anyway. Price is pretty reasonable too. One interesting thing - their "supreme" came with Italian sausage that seemed to be shaved, almost like gyro meat. Kind of cool, just a little different that what I am used to. Their buffalo chicken is pretty good - it's not breaded like Joey's, and it had a spicier sauce. It's not as good as Antonio's in Champaign, but it's still worth having. I swear there was a previous review for this place that had it down as 5-stars. I don't know if I would go that far, but there's certainly nothing wrong here.

Pizza is average. The waitress is young and does not make you feel special to be there....could you try to smile? The Baked Italian dishes such as Eggplant Parm, Eggplant Rollatini, Chicken Parm, etc. needs better sauce. It is bad when you have to add garlic powder to your Italian meals because the sauce is bland...too much of a plain tomato sauce taste. House salads are nothing special....can make a better salad a home. Soups are large portion, especially if you get one with your entree. Bread is baked fresh, with a great crust ...very soft.

OK, I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza place! It is set up very well for ordering a whole pizza or by the slice. If you have kids this is awesome as you won't have to order a cheese pizza to keep them happy! :-) The pizza was incredible! Plenty of toppings, good sauce and cooked to perfection! I ordered the large as it was only a couple bucks more and it gave me leftovers for a couple days! That wasn't the intention; however, it was a nice perk! The dining room is typical for a pizza place, there was a TV too if you wanted to watch the game. Service was good and I will definetly go again when I take my motorcycle to this area to enjoy the twisty roads not far away!

My second time trying here. There seems to be a new owner from Brooklyn. We ordered a variety of specialty slices. All were very good. Most notably was the crust. It was nice and lightly chewy. Fast, friendly service. Much better than my last review here.

Roma has the best pizza I've had in the area. Their pizza is crispy on the bottom, providing a pleasant crunch when biting into it; this is not to be confused with pizzerias whose crusts are crunchy due to being somewhat burnt. The crust is tasty and entirely edible, as shown by my partner who normally NEVER eats the crust. Roma has what looks to be a very good full meal menu, and has a number of dishes I am looking forward to trying (their pizza is so good that I have a difficult time ordering anything else when I'm there). If you're in the Milford/Matamoras area, I don't think you would be disappointed by a visit to Roma. The service is quick and is provided in a friendly manner.

I have gone to this restaurant twice with my family. I personally think, the quality of the food is sometimes overlooked. The decor of this restaurant is fine, but some food here needs work. I ordered a ricotta slice here and it was bland. Last time I was here, my family ordered a plain cheese pie. As it was served, half the cheese was either charred (brown color) or in cubes in appearance like a three-way-checkerboard. And this was when we said lightly cooked. This is a somewhat good place for kids, but if you like soft or just right pizzas like me, you want to make sure with the man that this the way it will be served.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
