Tasty and quick. Great bagels and egg sandwiches. The coffee is good too. Met my fiancé here for one of our first dates!

I stopped in here after getting a bit sick and tired of the limited lunch options in the Lansdale area. I was surprised to learn that this place has some very good bagels. I went with a pork roll egg and cheese for lunch and it was great. Excellent bagel. Everything else was cooked perfect and the egg was real, not something processed like the chain spots. As for the decor, it's simple but the room is large and I doubt you'll ever have to wait for seating. The private parking lot can get full during the lunch hour, but you shouldn't have an issue.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel toasted to go and it was delicious. The coffee was also great. A large for $1.75 is hard to beat. I also like how there is a community board where local businesses can post their cards or flyers. It makes the business feel connected to the community, which I can appreciate.

This is my absolute favorite place to go when I'm in the area. I'm from Massachusetts and we don't have any great bagel places. Any time I'm in Lansdale, I make it a point to go here multiple times. I get a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel every time. It is on point.

Hands down the worst bagel sandwich I ever had,I got bacon and egg on whole wheat , I received a sandwich with one tiny slice of bacon, watery egg and a average bagel..service was slow,I should of went to mcdonalds

Product ok, service very poor. I have been here several times and each experience with service has declined from the previous visit. Today I ordered a bagel not toasted with cream cheese and a coffee. I received the coffee and I waited and waited for my bagel. I noticed that they they had a printer issue with subsequent orders but no one checked on my order. I was just stared at while standing near the counter waiting. After 10 minutes (I can be patient) I asked about the order. They checked and told me they lost the order and asked again what I ordered. A few moments later, I was given the bagel (not as I ordered). The experience is just not worth the bagel. I hope service / execution improves in future. Btw - the business wasn't busy at the time, so that wasn't the issue.

1 star for service and attitude of young cashier. Slamming drawers, rolling eyes and simply miserable attitude. Although bagels are 4-5 stars, the pathetic attitudes makes one reconsider. Note to owner!

Best bagels for miles. So delicious. The only downside is if you get anything made, it takes FOREVER. Just get the bagels to go, and put the cream cheese on at home. I'm still giving this 5 stars, because the bagels are THAT GOOD

These are the best bagels hands down. If anyone is complaining about them it is because they were brought on those soggy Manhattan junk bagels that seems to be all over the place in Philly. If you really have an issue with them then go to Dunken Donuts and enjoy. There was a review posted by some guy who said the bagels removed three of his fillings. I really think instead of blaming the bagels you need to find a better Dentist.

If i could give this place zero stars i would! First , the service is terrible, they hire 12 year olds to run the place who dont know shit, average time for a bagel is about 20 minutes and if you lucky you wont find hair in it! Yes thats correct, on numerous occasions there was hair in my food....hmmm wonder why?! Well the teenage staff is not trained on proper hygiene in the food industry...they handle money , touch the phone and then go and touch the bagels!!! Disgusting! The girls in the back do not wear hair nets , I've seen them walk in from outside and start servicing customers without washing their hands first. I am very surprised that noone else wrote a review about their lack of proper hygiene and how terrible this place is! Ill agree with other reviewers. Yes the bagels are good but totally not worth the germs that come with them...!!!! GROSSSSSSS

The good: the bagels are killer. Best bagels and cream cheese in the area by a long shot. The bad: the service can be slooooow. The staff are usually young and don't seem to know what they are doing all the time. That said, they are friendly enough. However, sometimes the quality is a little lacking when it is very busy, like weekend mornings. If you don't want to wait 30 minutes for your bagel, get it with the cream cheese on the side and toast it yourself at home. Overall, you are definitely going there for bagels, not service. If you have a large order, help us all out and call ahead :)

The food is pretty good, I have yet to try other things though. The sandwiches remind of a good greasy foodcart in Philly and that may not sound very good to some, but I meant that in the best way possible. I'm giving this 3 stars rather than 4 only because their service is not that great. I understand that this is a quick stop place that isn't expected to give 5-star restaurant service, but they could try a little harder. It seems like a family fun business because when I went, they had a bunch of kids working everywhere. Teeny bopper girls "running the orders" aka gossiping in the corner and some little 12 year old boy taking orders and running the cash register who was chomping on his breakfast while doing so. AND I really don't think things should take so long when there is only ONE person in the place!? I'm hoping this was a one time occurence, because I do plan to go back and try some of their other sandwiches, and if things are different the second time around, I will surely change my review of this place.

We were very unsatisfied with this place! Their system of placing an order and receiving your bagels is really dysfunctional. We wwere quite disappointed with the bagels as well. We would not recommend this place nor would we come back.

I don't know what all the negativity is about ... this place is great! The bagels are really good, there is plenty of seating (even a few outdoor seats for crisp mornings), free newspapers for people to read when eating in, and I think the service is fine. You go sit, enjoy your coffee, and in a few minutes someone brings your bagel ... all hot and cream-cheesy. My husband and I have made it our go-to for a quick, inexpensive treat on a Saturday morning. I definitely recommend them!

Bad. I thought I was eating pretzels. Last weeks bagels caused me to need 3 caps in my teeth replaced. Should be called "Dental Works" I only ordered 3 sandwiches, and they managed to screw up all 3. 1 star, because at least their pickles were edible.

I've only been to Bagelworks once, but I had a horrible experience The first time and have no desire to try it again. The woman working there treated us like we were wasting her time, even though we were the only people there. The bagels were fine, nothing to brag about. Their dining area was filthy and looked like it needs major updating. It's a shame they can't pull it together, they are one of the few breakfast options in that area.

People. This not an eatery even though they have tables. Just look at the layout, the cases are a disaster. It's run by friends and extended family. + No, they will not patronize you. order, pay, move on. Hey, it's a living. These are real people. Not your attendants. +Go to crapplbies if you want that. BUT,YOU"RE HERE FOR THE BAGELS PEOPLE! Big, tasty, good. Haven't you been to NYC? Those bagel places are often worse. and cost a lot more. +And often cheap labor working for the owner at the cash register. You think they show niceties. I don't think so. THESE ARE GREAT GIANT HANDMADE BAGELS. REAL NY/NJ Bagels! Or as close as you'll get. And no, they DO NOT add sugar to the mix like they do in NYC--so they are NOT sweet. + So, If you're used to white bread bagels-- Move on. But, if you can't get to Bala Cynwyd, or Philly, or even Camden or Mercer county, then DO come here for big tasty bagels made fresh every day at 5:00 AM. And if you want a sandwich? Take it out. It is a good deal.

I've worked at Bagelworks for quite some time on and off, and let me say that they have the best bagels in this area hands down. They are baked fresh every morning, and the leftovers are donated every afternoon to charitable organizations. They serve breakfast all day, which is great for hangovers, and the prices are relatively cheap. I would reccomend going on a weekday to avoid crowds and less experienced teens working the counter and kitchen. Also, if you get there as they open you might even luck out and get a warm bagel right out of the oven, my fav. The hours are weird though M-F 630-230 and Sat-Sun 730-130.

Great prices, great location, and really good bagels. The tables and chairs may need a good cleaning, but so do the tables at dunkin donuts, and honestly we are talking about $5. or less sandwiches so what do you want? The young girl taking the orders does a fab job and she is more efficient and professional than most adult women I know. Do yourself a favor and try the rye and pumpernickel swirl bagel.

Bagelworks has incredible food. The bagels are made on the premises (no one else does this). The ingredients for their sandwiches are top notch. Home grown tomatoes in the summer. Good coffee. Inexpensive. Really good service considering EVERYTHING is made to order. Some long lines but understandable given how good the food is. Lots of variety. Friendly staff. My wife and I come here on the weekends and are never disappointed.
