Aw man. Service was fast and the lobster bisque was delicious. Just what I needed coming off of being pretty sick (non-contagious, don't worry.) Girl at the counter seemed a little light in the patience department--only thing stopping them from getting 5 stars. Place was clean and experience was great overall.

I always get a sandwich and salad combo. Fast, good food. Better than most restaurants for lunch.

Came here months ago with one of my friends while shopping in the area. They have a ton of different kinds of soup and I loved that you were able to sample before buying. I ended up getting the lobster bisque, which was good, and some type of sandwich which I can't remember therefore it was probably neither good nor bad. Definitely similar to Panera... but I think I might like Panera more.

On a chilly night, I decided to get soup. They have a combo special so I got a bread bowl of lobster bisque with a half of a loco burrito. You get to sample the soups before you purchase them. Overall it was eh, the bisque was creamy but there wasn't much lobster flavor or lobster meat. The burrito was disappointing because there was barely any guac in it. It was like a spread of it. They used alot of dressing though. Even though its a half wrap it was huge, I was fooled into thinking it was a full wrap. Place is okay, not sure if I would come back.

It was a rainy day and I was craving some soup. I hopped on my Yelp app and found Zoup, it totally hit the spot. I had a great time taste testing the soups with another customer who later asked for my number, too bad I don't live in Lancaster because he was cute. I settled on the lobster bisque and it totally hit the spot. I can't say that I've ever had it before so I don't know what to compare it to but it was yummy. Very clean inside, friendly service, I thought it was a little pricey for soup but if I lived in Lancaster I'd be Zouping it all the time.

I hate loving chain places as much as this, but I really enjoy Zoup! Constantly rotating soups, quick service, and this location is real clean. My favorite soups are the corn and red pepper chowder, the broccoli cheddar, the tomato basil, and the loaded potato. Their soup is what you should get. I'm not a huge fan of their bread ever, I find their sandwiches to be nothing special or worth getting. The salads look decent, but I always just come in for soup. My husband suggests the italian wedding with turkey meatballs because the meatballs are amazing (I concur.) Great for take out on a rainy day!

Panera Wanna Be is the first thing that comes to mind about this place. The décor, you pick two, and some of the items are all reminiscent of Panera's. Where they fail is flavor. We picked their version of a you pick two combo - choice of 1/2 a sandwich or salad + a soup. While the soup selection was mighty and they allowed a "sample" before ordering the flavor fell short. The sandwich I ordered; turkey with pepper jack cheese and spicy mayo on ciabetta was bland, unattractive to the eye, and overall flavorless. Two others dining with me ordered different combinations and each left the majority of their sandwiches' on the plate. My soup - a lobster bisque was good, not memorable and added an additional 50 cents to the cost. I give this place 3 stars for the concept; the selection of 12 soups changes daily, the cleanliness, as well as the friendly staff. I like the variety and that it's different. The sampling is also a plus. Will I ever go here again? Probably not .

I like this place, very clean and home feeling. I loved the soup more because there are so many variety of soups to choose from!

For chain - this was a good lunch. The service was excellent and superseded even the food. We enjoyed our soup and veggie wraps - everything was great. The place was clean and a good stop in between meetings - but honestly the service was so nice. Everyone was so friendly - from the guy who took our order, to the one who made our food and the guy who gave us our food. Excellent customer service fro the entire visit - which can be rare these day - especially in the chain world.

Went here for dinner while shopping at the mall. I got a 1/2 ham & cheese sandwich and cup of lobster bisque. The bread was good and soup was very good. Pretty standard lunch fare I would say. I would go back to eat here.

Great place to grab a delicious bowl of soup! They also have sandwiches and salads on the menu. Clean place and friendly staff! Fiancé's only complaint: no crackers to put in your soup!

Zoup is similar to Panera Bread, but 1000 times better!!! They have an ever-changing soup selection which they encourage you to sample before ordering. So many delicious flavors to choose from and they all taste fresh and unique. The vegetarian wrap is also delicious. I usually get the "pick 2" option which is a small soup and half a sandwich. The half wrap actually looks like a full wrap to me. Plus, the staff is always conversational and helpful. Eat here rather than at another chain soup and sandwich place and you'll save a few bucks, eat tastier food and actually be full when you leave.

I used Zoup! for corporate catering over the holidays - I wanted something different, something people would talk about. Our office's Soup Lunch included 7 types of soup and 2 boxes of bread! We got small bowls and our employees laughted and chatted while trying different soups. It was a huge success and I thank Julie and the Zoup! crew for their excellent service!

Great variety in the menu, helpful, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere makes Zoup! one of the best places to grab a bite. I ordered the wild mushroom barley soup and the vegetarian hummus wrap, and both were delicious. (And the place hadn't even opened yet, made me feel like a VIP). If you like a classic soup and sandwich meal, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place! The staff seemed to have a genuine focus on providing their customers with a great experience, and what more could anyone ask for than that?

Great place --- wish I had one nearby! I was overnight in Lancaster and didn't want a huge meal....so wandered over to the mall. Very small food court, but the saladworks looked ok. Boy, am I glad I decided to do a little shopping first because in the process I ran into Zoup. Soups looked (and smelled) great but I went with the cobb salad, which was huge (and I thought well priced). I was also impressed with the staff...friendly and very efficient.

I love soup any day of the year!!!! Was down at Park City for the Apple Store and popped in today. Love the variety and the free samples, I think I tried at least 5 different soups. I ended up with the Spicy Black Bean Chili which was AWESOME! Cool place, great vibe, and good people-watching. I wish they would open one in Harrisburg ASAP!!

I rarely review, but after a recent visit, I felt compelled to offer a contrasting review to others. Less than stellar service...the cashier put her hand inside the drink cup as she handed it to me and seemed put off when I asked for a clean cup. The order was entered incorrectly so was completed incorrectly, with two separate/unrelated issues (again, probably going back to a problem with the cashier). However, the manager did well to correct this and apologized. Most importantly, I swear the food had the quality of institutionalized and/or frozen food. I'd prefer to offer a positive review, but this place did not deliver. I'm not originally from Lancaster but I'll sound like a local with this comment...if you want good, fresh soup, go to S. Clyde Weavers on Rt. 72 (and no, I don't work there). On a positive note, as we waited in line we were offered samples from 2 exceptionally friendly and professional employees. Main issues for us are: Cashiers need to be provided with better training, and the food quality needs to be improved with fresher ingredients.
