The pasta is very good and fast, The salads are amazing and I'm going to keep going back, it's very fresh the onions and tomatoes are so juicy they explode in your mouth. It's the little things, like the put all the onions together so if you don't want them you can take them off in a second, you can tell they put extra thought into this.

The portion sizes seem small for the price I paid. It's drive thru only - and it's pasta, bread and salad. Since the place does not have the overhead of tables and wait staff, and everything is made to-go, I was expecting a lot more for my money. I've never seen a wait or a line of more than two cars. I live locally and drive past this place often and usually the drive thru lane is empty. (Conversely the drive thru at the CFA next door is 15 cars deep and a 10 minute wait.) If Ponto cut the prices, or increased the sizes, this place would easily build a good local reputation and be a home run.

I wanted fresh, healthy and fast food and so based on yelp reviews we went to Pronto while in the area. We both got Paninis that were delicious and had whole pieces of grilled chicken breast. I also got the tomato basil bisque soup and it was one of the best bisques I've ever had. The service was also excellent and we got our food fast.

If you want a drive through microwave dinner this is the place to go. Meatball was a bit cold inside. Pasta was overcooked. Prices are reasonable when compared to a meal at a restaurant but very expensive when compared to what it really is, a microwave dinner.

Drive through place. Very fast. I got the Angel hair pasta in a blush sauce with meatballs and a side salad and bread. LOVED the sauce and pasta. It came with two meatballs, which was perfect for lunch.

I ordered the chicken and spinach ravioli. Portion was smaller than I expected only 5 raviolis. The ravioli was very bland. I also ordered the jumbo stuffed chocolate chip cookie, this was a cookie muffin hybrid still packaged from whatever factory they got them from, it was also frozen. The food is definitely NOT worth the price.

Quick, convenient with food rivaling sit down Italian restaurants... We've ordered from Pronto at least 10+ times and have never been disappointed... My favorite is angel hair with both meatballs and sausage.

The tortellini with pink sauce is great- add their delicious meatballs and you have a great dinner! (We got party size and our guests loved it!)

What a fantastic idea: drive thru Italian fast food which is fast, fresh and healthy if you want it. The portions are large and the food inexpensive. The chopped salad was light and tasty. I enjoyed the house special penne pasta with red peppers, tomatoes and sausage. I will give the restaurant 5 stars for a smart concept well executed. Great for families or business travelers that need a quick bite.

Great concept. Very friendly staff. Portion sizes were huge. However, there was nothing that stood out about the actual food. It was fine, but average.

The food was awesome, didn't taste like fast food! I got the penne with the marinara sauce and the chopped classico salad. The marinara sauce was thick and chunky and tasted homemade. The salad was perfect with tiny bits of proscuitto and gorgonzola cheese. I will definitely return there again!

Fine food, as good as one would get at a nice sit-down restaurant, all served to-go in a drive-up window. I would not have thought it possible. Try the blush sauce -- it is probably horribly bad for me but I do not care.

Pronto has good quality of food! It's fast all you have to do call ahead and it's ready when you get there. Great priced you can feed your Whole family for $30 and have plenty of leftovers! I highly recommend this place

It is okay, but it is a lot of money for something I could cook up in not that much time at home. It also tastes like just that, canned sauce and noodles from Giant. Cut the price in half and it might be worth it, otherwise I can get something more filling and enjoyable at another restaurant.

Delicious Italian Take Out!!! The grilled chicken parmigiana and angel hair pasta is incredible. I love this place!

EXCELLENT! Very quick and delicious. So much food it fed both my husband and I not only for dinner but lunch the next day. And, as usual, the Ruffini men were polite and gracious. :) can't wait until I am back in the area to get it again.

Simply stated - Pronto's food is FANTASTIC. This may well be the best Italian food in Chester County, and it's right there ready for you to enjoy at home. This is an idea who's time has come, and the Ruffini's have executed it perfectly! Enjoy!

Finally! Someone got it right! So this space was once a Swiss Farm Dairy drive through which did not last very long.... For the longest time, the building was empty with different signs saying "coming soon" but nothing came about until Pronto and they have nailed it! Pronto offers homemade italian food that is delicious in a very short period of time. My wife and I decided to check them out the first week they opened and regardless of the large amount of people waiting, the food was still very quickly turned around. My recommendation is to call ahead if you can, it makes it extremely quick but they still have the ability to pull up on one side, place your order and pick it up on the other, what a great concept for those driving home looking for a "quick" dinner idea. They now have two fabulous offerings, a $6.99 lunch combo and then a dinner for two special for $19.99! Not too many places that you can go to get a deal like this with homemade selections in Chester Springs! Keep up the great work Pronto!

I went to Pronto for the first time...Had the Roast Pork, Broccolirabe and Provolone Sandwich...It was great! This drive thru take out place is an awesome idea for those of us always in a rush. There is a nice menu to order from and great lunch specials too. Salads and Panninis sound good for my next visit.

Great salads, sandwiches and entrees, with generous portions. I'm half Italian, and often avoid Italian dishes at restaurants, since they're frequently disappointing. But Pronto's is genuine & quality Italian. It's becoming one of my favorites.

This place is great! I LOVE the concept and the food is fresh and tastes delicious! My favorite thing about Pronto is that they offer gluten free pasta. This is a great option that a lot of places don't offer. Pronto will definitely become one of our weeknight favorites!

I don't know how, but when I was reading reviews I completely missed the fact that this was a drive-thru place ONLY. I got the idea that it was a fast food spot, but I was thinking like McDo or BK with a dining area. Nope. Good thing I was planning on taking it back to my hotel room anyway. I ordered the spinach and chicken ravioli with tiramisu for dessert. The ravioli was fantastic. Not an overpowering spinach taste, like I was afraid of, but a great combo of chicken and sauce. Yummy! The tiramisu, though, was not the business. I took a couple bites, decided I really did not like it, tried to force a few more bites, but gave up. No, thank you. The other downside is that my meal cost me $18. As a "fast food" joint, I was expecting fast food prices. $18 is NOT fast food prices. As cool as the idea is, if I'm paying that much, I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant and get some table service, as well.

The food was ok but the prices are super high. It is not a sit down place! $2 for bread and butter. $7 for dish of simple pasta. If you are willing to pay the prices, the food is ok, but very very basic.

Phone staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. Portion (of the family dinner) was enormous! Plenty left over for next day. We enjoyed everything about it. Glad to see the menu growing with variety. We're instant fans and will be trying again very soon.

Drove up at 8:30 on a Sunday. Ordered a roast pork with broccoli rabe, sharp provi, and a side of long hots. 5 minutes later I was driving home with sandwich in hand. The pork was juicy, the cheese was sharp, the rabe was perfectly bitter, and the roll supported the rest of the cast the way it's supposed to. I'll be back.

Echoing previous comments the portion sizes are large, service is fast and a very reasonable price. The pasta was very good, and so were the sauces salad and bread; however, the chicken we had as the meat was less than good. Overall, the chicken was over dried and It's clear it had been sitting on a Baine Marie for a long period of time and also cold, so likely out of temperature. Fast food but not something I can or will recommend.

Even by sit down restaurant standards, and this is a drive through, the food is very good and the portions generous. We go here routinely when no one wants to cook or when we have guests and want take out. The main plates are really enough for two people. I am not crazy about large meatballs (you get two per dinner) but the quality is fine. Speaking of meatballs, their meatball sandwich is superb. In fact, it might be the best meatball sandwich I've ever had. Very fast and friendly service. A regular place for us.

Great food! Heathy alternative to fried versions of classic Italian dishes.

I cannot speak to the quality of the pasta, but I oredered 2 paninis, a kids' chicken and broccoli meal, and some wings, and it was likely the worst food I have ever tasted. I am not a picky eater and I couldn't even choke down half of the sandwich. Seriously, The Donner Party would have thought twice.... The Paninis had an odd smell and after-taste in addition to being overcooked. My son's meal was dry and over cooked. The wings were average at best and even those were overcooked and underseasoned. The service was good and staff very polite, but I should have known better than to even attempt drive-thru Italian.

Absolutely delicious. Having a toddler and one on the way, my husband and I are pretty sure this is our new go-to spot. It is hard to get fresh pasta like this! We are very happy we found Pronto!

It was quick and easy but the food seemed super watery, almost like they didnt drain the pasta, kinda weird. Over all just an ok experience.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
