We came for a late breakfast / early breakfast. I was immediately impressed with the friendly attitude of the staff. Our host was attentive and was working hard to ensure other guests in the restaurant were experiencing an equally enjoyable experience. The service was highly attentive and the attention to detail was much enjoyed. Having been a former employee in the food service industry, I was highly satisfied with the service we received. Everyone was upbeat and truly cared about our dining experience.

The food is getting worse and worse here. The eggs are just horrible and seem like they've been microwaved. And whenever I'm there I just feel dirty. There's a lot of dust, and the bathrooms are dreadful

Terrible visit. I visit Bob Evans in many locations and like it, but this one is awful. Poorly managed as evidenced by dirty tables and chairs. Wooden table with finish worn off and sticky/tacky. Table was wet when they seated us. I saw them seat others while carrying a wet towel to wipe the table - meaning no cleaning is involved, just wiping with a germy wet towel. Clean them before bringing guests to the table! Wife got syrup on pants from chair. A manager stopped by to ask how things were and we were honest. She said refurb of furniture is in April. Too late! Food was ok. Server inexperienced but pleasant and well meaning.

Sometimes you just can't be elite. Sometimes you just need some good biscuits. A little proper perspective here, I mean after all it's a Bob Evans. It's basic. It's not going to blow you away. Heck, it might not always be the cleanest when you show up. But I've seen far worse. I think it's said best if you compare this place with like minded places. Is Bob Evans better than a locally owned diner? It depends. If a locally owned place is doing it right, Bob Evans can't touch that experience. But I've been in some divers where I wished I had gone to a Bob Evans instead. Is Bob Evans better than a Denny's? Depends on what you order. Some things that Denny's makes can't be duplicated. Some things can easily be better. Is Bob Evans better than Cracker Barrel? Based on what I've eaten breakfast wise there compared to here, the answer is a resounding yes. Bob does it better than Cracker Barrel. Is Bob Evans better than a Waffle House... wait, that's unfair. Nothing is better than a Waffle House. Bob gets some love based on some items that are just better than comparable items. You can pretty much guarantee a good plate of sausage and gravy here. And the biscuits are better than KFC, and maybe even Popeyes. Oh no, he didn't go there.... Oh yes he did!

This place was great when I was a kid. We'd always go for breakfast after church. When I went recently it was foul and trashy from the employees to the food. The food I ordered was barely edible and the waitress was hardly fit to take a food order. The rest of the employees looked like ex cons or drug addicts as they all congregated in the back to talk to one another like they weren't even at work... Steer clear for your own safety.

Fairly good for breakfast, your average breakfast restaurant. However, I can not recommend for lunch or dinner. I have been to Bob Evans for breakfast and it is ok '3 stars', but based upon my one time for dinner, I am very hesitant to go there again for dinner. Staff seem nice and friendly, and when away on business and there are not other options for breakfast I go to Bob Evans, but will rather seek out another option for lunch and dinner.

My fist and last time at this place. Service was terrible after waiting 5 minutes for a server she arrives and didn't listen to one word for the order. When it arrived the eggs were horrible and inedible seriously. The crepes were even worst they don't use actual cream cheese but done generic version of cream with no cheese whatsoever it was not even worth eating. I asked for the hashbrowns cooked hard they came mushy and bland. THE ONLY reason I'm giving it two stars is because it was clean inside and presentable enough to feel like you would get a good meal but it's really really bad food. Really bad

Great service and the food was really good and just as we ordered. We stopped in for breakfast before getting on the turnpike. They have some really good choices for breakfast. Love the Garden Harvest Omelette! Bob Evans offers shredded hash browns, home fries, and grits as a side - it's nice to have all those options since most places don't!

The service at this location is dreadful. I ordered an omlette and couldn't eat it because it was so tasteless. We had four adults in our party and three of the meals were missing components. The waitress said they had a new cook. Then we waited for twenty minutes after eating for our waitress to appear while we watched four or five employees gossip behind the bar. Very disappointing.

Bob Evans used to be much better. New owners as of about 8 years ago and it went a bit downhill. But it still is very good. Very good pricing, and they always send coupons over email. Good for breakfast as well!

We arrived on Saturday evening & the restaurant really wasn't busy. We were told 15-20 min wait which seemed reasonable. As we waited we watched as 3 different people several minutes apart told the hostess & manager that there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom before it got addressed. Then after we had waited 20 minutes or so a waitress told the hostess that 3 tables were cleared & ready. They only sat 1 table & we continued to wait. Another couple came in & requested take out & was given their order & we still hadn't been seated. After waiting roughly 40 minutes knowing there were tables available we left & went to Panera where we were seated & had our meal in 10 minutes. Had I actually gotten food I might be able to comment on how good it is but it will be awhile before we try this again.

We stopped for breakfast on Saturday and had an amazing experience. I can honestly say every employee was friendly and said hello. The kids got to pick out their color straw and menu. It sounds small but it means a lot that one daughter picked her blue straw and the other her pink one! I was very impressed with the customer service, something you don't see much of anymore! On top of all that the food was amazing! The kids meals were a bit small for our big eater, but a second order of bacon arrived as soon as we ordered it!
