Came here for breakfast midweek and thankfully was able to get a table right away. The service was great and the food was even better! The cannoli filled french toast was delicious!

This is one our favorite breakfast spots. We love the hospitality and and the delicious food. They always have great specials including their quiche of the day, which is always perfection. Breakfast burritos are the best as well as their pancakes and omelette's! We are never disappointed here and continue to come back for great service and amazing food!

We had Mother's Day breakfast here, it was our first time here, everything was absolutely wonderful, omelettes, bacon, scrapple, even the coffee. We read on here to call ahead and we were seated within 10 minutes of checking in! We had a throughly enjoyable breakfast and will be back .... So glad we found it well worth the trip !!!!

The service is great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We got peanut butter and jelly french toast, bacon and fresh mozzarella omelet, and the cheeseburger and fry breakfast burrito. One word, amazing. Eggs were so fluffy and fresh. I loved that the menu was small but I had things I've never tasted before. That burrito made my life. They have different specials on a chalkboard when you walk in. The place is small so it's perfect for meeting up with a friend or two for breakfast/brunch. Bring cash. No credit cards.

Not open on Monday or Tuesday. The restaurant definitely needs a better Web presence. Drove all of the way out there for no reason.

The service was excellent, the coffee was great, food was great. A must go to for breakfast! Also, reasonable prices!!

I usually get breakfast/brunch here but this last time I decided on lunch. I had some sort of panini with chicken and it was amazing. It comes with macaroni salad or french fries, but you can substitute fresh fruit! The fruit salad it always freshly mixed and never tastes like pineapple juice like everywhere else. And I must add that I've been here over 10 times and I've never had any problems waiting or with service.

This morning, my fiance and I went to have breakfast at The Breakfast Table. After waiting for 20 minutes for a table, a group of people were seated before us. This is poor customer service, Brian and Adele!! We were told that the people had called in and reserved their seat. It is certainly not good practice to have customers physically waiting in the restaurant while others just walk in and bypass their place in line. My fiance and I are an interracial couple and I'm sure that this had an impact and the poor customer service as well. I will make sure that everyone in the Lehigh Valley knows about the poor customer service at this restaurant!!!

Very nice atmosphere and staff. Good menu with a variety of interesting choices in addition to the usual breakfast fare. I had trouble choosing!

I have been here maybe a dozen times and the Breakfast Table never disappoints. The eggs are always cooked to perfection. I usually end up getting an omelette and it's a generous portion with the toast and potatoes. My wife ordered the cannoli stuffed French toast last time we were there. It was unbelievable. I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. **This is your warning** The Breakfast Table is extremely popular and you will most likely have to wait 10-20 minutes for a table. (I'm not sure how this would result in a bad review for some customers)

Great place. Love the twist on standard breakfast fare that makes you want to go back. I have been there a number of times and always see at least one customer there from a previous visit. That tells me that I am not the only one that thinks the place is great.

Very nice place. I was looking for a breakfast place to take my daughter coming for the break from Penn State and found this place, she loved it. We decided that it reminds us breakfast places by the shore ( yeah, Jersey girls here). Now planning to take my boyfriend there, 'nough of making breakfasts on Sundays :)

Excellent small breakfast eatery. The restaurant is very clean and has a calming decor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For their breakfast food, they have excellent options. Three of the people in my party had the Ernie and were all pleased. The Ernie has two pieces of thinly sliced scrapple with two large eggs served to your choosing. The dish is then topped with cheese to make a great breakfast entree. The dishes typically come with toast and potatoes. The potatoes are seasoned and include a light addition of peppers and onions. In addition to breakfast, they also have a lunch menu. On Sundays, only breakfast is available. Be sure to bring cash or check, they do not accept credit or debit cards. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. This restaurant is cozy, friendly, and moderate in price.

This place is definitely delicious and has a great staff and wonderful decor. The main problem I have is that their prices are a little steep, in that you don't get a side. There were no hashbrowns or toast, and with the breakfast panini, there was about half a cup of fruit. I think you get hashbrowns with omelets, but not with anything else. I definitely recommend the place, I look forward to trying their lunch sometime, but just note that if you want anything with your breakfast, you have to order it separate and pay extra. By the way, they DO NOT take credit/debit cards, only cash or check. That also knocks it down a bit because I never carry cash and there wasn't even an ATM nearby.

This place is a hidden gem in Palmer township. If you are in the area and looking for a fabulous breakfast, absolutely check out The Breakfast Table. The unique breakfast options are all delicious, you won't be disappointed. Also, the quiches are super thick and tasty - if one is available def try it out! This place gets crowded but its well worth the short wait.

I have been dining at this restaurant 3 times for the past 9 months and this place does not disappoint! The breakfast is so delicious, large portions and you can't bet the prices! The waitstaff are all very warm and friendly! I always look forward to having breakfast there! It truly is a hidden gem!

It's taken a nose dive. We LOVED it when we first went there, but a change in the menu and maybe suppliers has caused it to become worse than average. My omelette was sweet and rather powdery. The potatoes were dull. The ham, which both my boyfriend and I had raved about has changed to glorified deli ham, thinly sliced and also sweet. We won't be giving it another chance.

Fantastic breakfast every time. Everyone is very attentive to whatever it is you might need whether it be a refill of coffee or more food. Highly recommend for breakfast!!!!

We went there for the first time on Saturday. It was yummy!! I had the breakfast panini. It was soo good!! My husband had the pork roll and American cheese omlette with a side of pancakes. Everything was delicious!! The only downside is that it's small, which makes the wait a little long. But that's ok, we will still be back!!

The Breakfast Table is tucked into a small strip mall in Palmer Township. Personally, I had never heard of the Breakfast Table until I read about it in the Express Times after it won the best breakfast award in the recent food challenge. Being from Bethlehem, I do not get out this way for meals very often. Overall I found the Breakfast Table to be very welcoming, clean, and homey. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and were quickly able to be seated. By the time we left, there was a considerable line. The service is quick and I would imagine they do a substantial business on the weekend. The food was prompt, the coffee was fresh, and everything was prepared to our liking. Overall, I think that the Breakfast Table is a nice little spot. Personally, I thought that the menu was a little too traditional. For our meal, I had scrambled eggs and a potato pancake and my fiance had a veggie omelette. Everything was prepared well. Personally, I think if I lived closer I would come here more often since it is clean, inviting, and has a good vibe. The Breakfast Table is a nice little hide away. Like many small businesses they do only take cash just an FYI.

So, we tried again. They no longer serve lunch on Saturdays! The menu has not changed in forever and the specials are not that exciting. The breakfast is ok but lunch is when they decide to serve it!

  • Emily U.

The menu is somewhat limited, but the food is very good and fresh. The service is quick and the staff is friendly and attentive. It is a nice place to go to grab a quick breakfast (I haven't tried their lunch menu).

Although the setting is in a small strip mall, the inside decor makes The Breakfast Table a charming spot for breakfast or brunch with hubby or "the girls". Unique menu, exceptionally fresh food, and friendly service. The breakfast potatoes were too spicy for my taste but the rest of the meal was quite tasty. See a special reader review on my blog - valleybreakfast.com/2009… Good place for private parties.

Love this little hidden treasure, service is friendly and fast, I am in love with "the Ernie" - eggs on scrapple w/cheddar! They have gigantic quiche slices that hard to finish - fluffy and flaky. Weekends are tough - go early or you may have to wait about 20 minutes.
