Lunch today was a tamale, a special tamale, and a special beef taco, and only cost 8$ Everything was great and I look forward to going again and will be ordering 40 tamales for my superbowl party this year. Nothing fancy but give it a try!

I've tried about everything on the menu and everything is very tasty. It's true Mexican cuisine, not Tex-Mex. The Enchiladas are amazing. The tacos are great. Burritos are yummy. The prices are very low and the quantity that you get for the price is unbelievable. You know that it is a good Mexican restaurant when most of the clientele is Mexican or Guatemalan. The service is also very good and extremely friendly.

Cash only authentic taco spot. Double corn tortilla covered in expert cooked/flavored meat of choice and the traditional cilantro and onions.....don't forget the hot sauces! Select your soda from the cooler and pop off the top on the bottle opener mounted next to it...... Your done. DIG IN. Yes, there are other things on the menu, why waste time and effort.

Ah...nothing to write home about. It was food that I ate and I didn't throw up? That's pretty good for a Mexican place around here. They do strive for authenticity but the execution is just not there. Fish taco looked gross but was actually pretty tasty. Not very authentic, though. Fat piece of some white fish (def not mahi mahi) that was deep fried in peanut oil and they gave me shredded lettuce. Lettuce, people. That's a big no no. Their other meats are just super salty. I believe that's the only seasoning they use. Pretty creative if you ask me. Also ripped me off on taco night. Charged me regular price. Bastards. So yes, if you want meat in a corn tortilla they will give you that here but if you're a foodie looking for an awesome Mexican fiesta dinner maybe try someplace else...maybe not in Easton.

Went here today based on positive reviews and it did not disappoint. We ordered steak tacos, chicken tacos, cheek tacos, quesadilla, and tamales. Loved everything. Especially loved the price. The restaurant was clean and the staff courteous. Did not take too long for a to go order. Will definitely be back.

Foremost from a price perspective it's an automatic home-run stop. I live 95 minutes away and have returned more than once. I ordered tonight Chicken Gordita, Chicken Taco, La Plaza Taco, and a Bistek Gordita and a Bistek Taco. Bistek was good not great, wouldn't order it again however the meat in the la plaza taco was really a step up and tender. I liked the chicken. I like the Gorditas in general, but I over ordered underestimating their richness

This is an excellent taqueria. The guacamole, tacos al pastor, Mundet green apple soda are all outstanding. Cheap and super casual, but CASH ONLY. Expect to be the only gringos in the room.

Tacos were great and the food was truly authentic. Definitely order in advance because it takes awhile for the food to be made. Also remember that this restaurant is cash only. I will be returning soon.

They were out of tamales so that was disappointing.Tacos were ok. Cash only and not a great place to sit and eat as it is very cold in there. Might go back to try tamales.

Loved this place when I lived in Easton. Could always get a table for dine-in. Never too long of a wait for take out. Great food. I love the Chrizo & Pineapple taco. I dream of their beef tongue tacos most of all. All the food is great. They have a nice variety of Mexican beverages too. Just make sure you have cash. They were Cash only for the time I was a regular.

I eat here for lunch fairly often. I've convinced other coworkers to go there too, and they all liked it. Their service is fast, since their menu is fairly straightforward. It is a great value and has authentic tacos, maybe the best in the valley. I think the tongue tacos are the best but the adobada pork tacos are also great. My favorite to get is the ceviche tostada. Yeah, it is probably cooked shrimp and imitation crab but who cares, it is healthy and so cheap. I also suggest the pork tamales, a great value. Their red and green sauces are good. It's BYOB, I brought some cervezas. Hopefully I'll get a chance to try their posole if I go on a Saturday.

Good flavorful fresh quality Mexican food. Great for a quick take out. They use fresh cilantro and onions on the tacos. They give you salsa verde and salsa picante. I won't ever go to taco bell again. Been here 4 or 5 times and always satisfied. They only take cash. But the food is all really cheap.

This is what real Tacos should taste like! You can't go wrong with the Special Chorizo,Pastor or Bistec Tacos. Real meat and fresh ingredients not like that dog food Taco Bell and other Mexican chains offer. Once you eat here you'll never go back to those places. We also ordered Tostadas,Tamales,Gorditas and Quesadillas. Everything was fantastic. While you're there don't forget to have a Mexican Coke (Glass Bottle and made with real sugar) which is far superior than domestic Coke. Bring cash because they don't accept Debit/Credit at this time.

Would have done 5 stars if more vegetarian options but even without it I only needed guacamole to be satisfied. Best guac I've ever had. Daughter had tamales and loved them and hubby had cheek, tongue and pork tacos! Yum!!!! Cheap! Cash only

I went there for lunch. Yes the location could use some parking, but the family running it were super. The chips and salsa ( too few chips) were very good especially the salsa. The steak tacos were great and the tortilas were small but tasty. The flauntas were ok as was the steak entree. When I go back, I will order the salsa and chips and double orders of the tacos ( 3 for 5). Very nice people.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
