The Mediterranean Omelette with a side of avocado was fantastic. The waffle with walnuts caramel and whipped cream and cinnamon was delicious. The waitress did for get the syrup but still left a very nice tip Next time going to get the potatoes side with gravy. Highly recommend the restaurant The waitress was fantastic.

Loved it! The Market Omelet with "marvelous multi-grain toast", fruit, and coffee was excellent, the service was friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant. As a stay-at-home mom of two preschool - age boys, I rarely get to go out for breakfast, let alone sit and read a book (I have vague memories of such times), but just sitting there with my delicious meal, absorbing the coziness, reading the titles of the books surrounding me, I felt soul-deep satisfied.

Love weekend breakfast at Quadrant. Even though it looks like its falling apart there is a charm to it. The omelets and coffee are really good. The omelets don't come with potatoes so order them as a side.

One of my fave places in the LV. Food is always great and always friendly staff. My go to fave is the tuna melt on Rosemary bread with a sweet tea. Love to browse the books after eating.

I love going here for breakfast. The coffee is ground in the bookstore, so you smell breakfast, coffee and books when you walk in. It's the perfect place to have a slow, delicious start to your day.

Best coffee, espresso, lattes in town!

Great atmosphere and food! The breakfast starts with huge cup of joe (coffee) and flavored water. OFF THE HOOK next listen to the specials I recommend the French Toast or the Tex Mex Omelet and chicken sausage. The prices are good for this awesome food. GET YOURSELF SOME OF THIS.......BOY YA!

During a recent visit to the Crayola Factory we wanted to sit down and eat a good lunch. My daughter is picky and wanted waffles for brunch so we decided to stop here. I had the "quadrant book club" which was amazing. I definitely recommend it as it was delicious. My daughter ended up having the French toast because the were out of pancake and waffle mix which was disappointing. The restaurant was small and a little cramped but it is full of charm with all of the books surrounding you. A little tip is they have coffee, water and I think juice which is all self serve. They don't have any soft drink of any sort so bring your own if that is what you prefer.

Easily the best breakfast in all of Easton. Nothing else comes close. If I could I would live there.

Great find thanks to yelp. I needed coffee, a snack, and wifi to get some work done. All a win today!

It's a lovely cozy place with an operational fireplace. The customer service level is excellent right along with the food service. Please don't forget to grab a book while your there. Also, on your way out, please check out the community board to see what's going on around the town.

Great breakfast and love the atmosphere of the place. I go in from time to time and just take it all in :-)

For 20 years it has been a great way to spend a day with old books and good treats. Old book stores are getting scarce...enjoy this one. I love their coffee and food. I grew up in Allentown but a drive to Easton is worth in. :-) Check their Facebook [If you are a snob about food and service - its a BOOKSTORE - go somewhere else.]

More like 10 stars. People aren't reviewing it in fear that they won't find a table. I leisurely enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local ingredients and read for two hours. They totally didn't mind. It was inexpensive and although I got a few extras to balance the fact that I hogged a table, they didn't expect it. It's a rainy-day reader's dream come true. The back window is so picturesque. Great coffee too.

I love this place, hands down the best french toast I have ever had in my life. No gimmicks needed, french toast, whipped cream and a little syrup and I am in heaven. I bring everyone who visits me here to eat. I always get one of their omelets of the day or one of their menu omelets and they are always amazing. The only draw back is I would say you get treated much better if you are a "regular" (I go about and average of once a month, I guess that isn't regular enough) and sometimes I feel like their attitudes are so funky, but hey everyone has bad days.... food is worth it clearly I keep coming back. Oh and it is a tiny place so you might have to wait for a table on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Went here once a few years ago when we first moved to the area and the lady working there had the personality of a piece of sandpaper. Maybe it was due to the fact that an apparent "regular" was in there and that was more important than winning new customers. If I recall correctly, the coffee wasn't anything special.

Cool bookstore/coffee shop. Has a good breakfast and lunch menu. This is a hip and different place from most in Easton. The seating/coffee area is on the first floor. Books are jammed in on the next two floors. Funky tables and chairs in the small dining area. Definitely a cool spot and the food is good too. Sometimes they have local bands here or display work by local artists. Buy a vintage book after breakfast and tell them Joe sent you. They'll have no idea what you mean. I like this place.

BEST BREAKFAST IN THE VALLEY!!!! love this quaint little place. We used to go to the Breakfast Table in Forks, which isn't bad but not up to par with the Quadrant. This place is even better when the farmer's market is in town.... They love using fresh ingredients.

Perfect place for a Weekend breakfast. My boyfriend and I have been there a few times for to-go orders and to dine in. Prices are okay, could be a little better. Love that they use fresh farmers market products. My boyfriend loved his omelette and I enjoyed their oatmeal. The chocolate chai is amazing too. It's also nice that you can bring books to your table and browse while you wait for food.

Great spot. Excellent food, nice atmosphere. The only draw back is how slow they can be sometimes. Not a place for a quick lunch, but good if you can come and linger.

Nice cozy place with great food and great atmosphere. All the other reviews elegantly capture the ambiance. Spot on and a great spot to sit and relax for a snack, coffee, breakfast or a nice healthy lunch.

WONDERFUL food at a great price. Went to college nearby and ate here as frequently as possible!

In my opinion, this is the best place in Easton to eat breakfast. Their menu selection is somewhat small, but everything is absolutely delicious. I go here at least once a week. The staff is always super friendly and I love being able to peruse the floors of books while waiting for some tables to clear up. Definitely five stars.

Not impressed with this place. When you have to self serve for drinks that is a restaurant. We will never be back.

My coffee addicted friend suggested we check this place out after lunch nearby. We walked in and it was really busy (it didn't look busy at all outside). As Julie P. said, you're surrounded by books everywhere. You're in this small room with only about 10 or so small, round tables and a kitchen/food area on the corner. I thought this place was really neat. It had that whole "this place is like a great secret and I don't really want to tell anyone about it" feeling. Our waiter/barista was very friendly and handed us menus. I decided to order their black and white cappuccino which was a cappucino with chocolate and vanilla flavors. It took a while to get our orders (and we only got coffee/espresso drinks). But, it's probably because there were only two people working and the place was pretty busy. The cappuccino finally came out and was good, just much cooler than I'd want my cappuccino to be... I would give this place a 3.5, but I can't.. The food looked really good and I wish I coulda tried that. The cappuccino had potential but it just wasn't hot at all. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is neat. Those two factors alone would definitely get me to come back again.

If you're a book snob, their collection of used books is very underwhelming. However, I liked the atmosphere, and the book/cafe combination is neat.

cool place, been in Easton for YEARS (I used to go there more often when the cafe was in the back), one of those places that never changes (I mean that in a GOOD way). you can hang out here, have a coffee, read the paper, pick up a book, whatever. not pretentious at all, very neighborhoodly-like.

The Quadrant is a place I've gotten to know well over the last 6 years. It's part bookstore, part coffee shop, 1 part gallery, and the last part cafe of sorts. There are two floors of books here and they're literally everywhere. During the summer and winter, they have some some concerts here with local bands(which is how I heard of the place), which is pretty neat if you're younger or you know those who are playing. Other than that, they have a interesting selection of coffee and plenty of menu items. I'd recommend a mid-day trip.

I can't eat here enough!!! If there's one thing I could bring from home to Philly it'd be their mozzarella sandwich. DELICOUS.

I had a bad experience here. I took my elderly mother there for some coffee on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We wanted to take a rest from the Farmer's Market down the street. We got seated and were told we couldn't order "just coffee." Imagine that. Can't get just coffee at a coffee shop. We were told we'd have to leave if diners came in. Were told the same thing, even if we opted to sit outside (where no one else was seated). Really disappointed at how we were treated. If they require a minimum order, they should post a sign outside. Was my first time there. First impressions are SO important. Remember that.

Quadrant is a used bookstore / cafe / coffeeshop that also sometimes displays local artwork. I love this place - it's a totally laid back environment where you can hang out and do some work. Although I have moved away from Easton, every time I'm in the area I stop by. The food is really delicious, and it has a great atmosphere. Don't be alarmed when you walk in and it's a total mess with books everywhere - that's just part of the charm. The owners are super friendly, and it's fun to chat with the regulars. I've only purchased a few books here (the coffee and food are the main draws for me), but it's always interesting to browse.

just had breakfast there finally. two over easy with taters and bacon. the bacon was cooked perfectly and was of high quality. the taters were redskin and tender yet firm. eggs left a bit to be desired but i put siracha on them so they rocked. had the chocolate mint kiss iced coffee, loved it. overall this place is awesome to go and relax and get a meal or have a coffee.
