Went here for my Fiancee's mother's birthday. All 4 of us participated in the Longhorn "dinner for two" special for $30. I am a bit of a snob and was unsure of the quality of steak I would get. Hint: I ordered the garlic and portabella mushroom sirloin. Honestly, the steak was cooked as ordered: medium. It came with a salad (caeser was solid) and a side (green beans were excellent). The service from this young lady named Monica was terrific, and very attentive. She refilled my Coke about 4 times. Everyone else was satisfied with their steak. I think everyone else had a blue moon (which they had on tap). Additionally, this special we tried allowed us to get 2 apps total: spinach dip (it was good) and these spicy chicken creations enshrouded in some sort of dough (forgot the name from the menu). To cap it off, it was her Mom's birthday. Monica brought out a 3 piece dessert including cheesecake, chocolate layered cake, and an apple pie a la mode. Really, Longhorn people, I didn't know what to expect and was skeptical (hadn't been to a Longhorn in probably 10 years). But I was impressed with both the food and the ambiance (the restaurant was nicely decorated and made you feel like you were in Texas somewhere. Thanks for a really terrific night. Please note: this is a real review, I was not paid for it, I just try to remind myself to give positive reviews when warranted, as yelp makes it easy to post a negative review. So I try to remember good food and service and document it. Thanks!

Food was amazing! Staff was friendly! Don't let the size of the Flo steak fool you when it comes out. It was extremely filling!

Food is usually cooked to my liking and when it's not the staff is usually very helpful. Call ahead seating is important or you'll be waiting over an hour. We were able to take our 9 month old here without issues. Will be going back... When we get a gift card.

We were told a 5-10 minute wait, after 30 mins we asked why we still haven't been sat, we were told a few more minutes. About 5 mins later they called three tables that were all people who signed in with the hostess after us. The worst part was they were all parties of the same size as ours. No one seemed interested in taking care of us. Food and wait staff were excellent. As always. Honestly the wait was the only downside.

Every time my family and I visit this restaurant, we have a great experience! The staff are always personable and attentive, and our needs are always carefully and happily met, we never feel neglected and are always met with smiles. If something is not quite right with our food/drink, it's quickly corrected, but this visit, was beyond our expectations! Thank you to the Manager Cody, and his staff, for going above and beyond, to replace a steak that was just a little to heavily spiced for my son. It was done so in a most professional and timely manner, and we were nothing short of BLOWN AWAY! Thank you again for another great experience, we'll be back again and again!

Very good steaks. I go there often. Had the prime time burger for lunch. Amazing burger. The BlackBerry peach tea is really good too. Much better than the other local steak houses such as Outback, Lonestar, and Texas Road house. 10/10

IT WAS AWESOME! I don't know why the other reviews are so poor but we had a great experience and awesome food. 1- our server Sarah, was perfection. Super nice and attentive. She had a very large table in our area and you would not have known it. 2- the menu was impressive. We are fans of Outback but this blew it out of the water. 3- the food was delicious! Other waiter recommended the pretzels that were special for Octoberfest. Loved them! My ribs were knife and fork. Not a dirty finger in sight. Mac and cheese was the bomb. My husbands steak was over cooked but SUPER TENDER! He ate the whole thing. 4- when we mentioned the steak was a bit over cooked, Bob, the manage came over and removed it from our bill which was totally not necessary since every last bite was eaten. He then offered us free dessert. We just couldn't do it. We had cleaned all our other plates! 5- reasonable prices. My husband had two bourbon and cokes, steak, shrimp, appetizer, soup. I had ribs, Mac and cheese, harvest special salad, appetizer and soda. All in all, $60 bill if we had been charged for the steak. Definitely our new favorite chain steak house now!

Easton / Nazareth finally have a Longhorn's, the dining room is spacious and well thought out. We waited a month after the 8/27 opening to let the kitchen and staff work out the kinks! Worth the wait - lunch menu was manageable w/ a nice 12 oz NY strip that was rather lean and thick cut! If you are a dessert love try the sampler ample enough to share w/4 people. We will be back again!

The Staff were all friendly and we went there with a large group of friends. Food was good. I loved the French onion soup. I have had better steaks.

Love the food, everything is so good from the bread, salads, steaks, chicken, everything. The shrimp dish is awesome and the rice pilaf is so flavorful!

Wife and I used to drive up to the Longhorn Steakhouse from Lehigh Valley a few times per month. We were so excited that they were putting one in less than 10 minutes from home. Unfortunately, your typical Longhorn this is not. It is the worst one by far. Why? I have had uncooked shrimp a few times (I love the redrock grilled shrimp) and any other time they have been burned. Take out orders are almost guaranteed to be wrong. We love the strawberry salad and always used to upgrade to it but the consistency of what comes out at this particular location is terrible. I would give Longhorn as a chain rated against chains a 4 star overall but this particular location is terrible.

Worst dining experience in a long time. Service was horrible, didn't get all our meal both steaks over cooked. Really load. We will not be back.

We had dinner with friends that we hadn't spent time with in quite a while. We arrived at 5:30 and ended up leaving at 10:30. The staff was great the whole time. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Although the food was good, the service was disappointing. Manager seemed to only pick certain tables to speak to. We had a party of six and was my sons birthday dinner. The "happy birthday" at the end of dinner for him by the staff was pitiful. The place was less then half full. The manager also seemed to give coupons or something to those "certain" customers and totally ignored us. After dropping almost $200, I thought a " how was everything tonight" comment wasn't too much to ask for. We won't be back unless another kid wants to eat there for their birthday dinner. Should have went to Lutzi's !!

I love this steakhouse chain! I'm surprised they aren't in NY, Long Island would welcome this chain. I walk in and I'm greeting by a friendly hostess. One tonight for dinner? Yes, I'm starving!! LongHorn Steakhouse is known for their steaks. (Duh) They also have a few really good appetizers, I ordered a beer on tap with their kettle fried potato chips. Insane!! They also dropped a huge bread basket on my table. Warm bread, beer and a rustic looking restaurant. Am I in heaven?? haha I ordered a small but flavorful cut, the Flat Iron steak. Very tasty and cooked perfectly. I'm a total fan of LongHorn Steakhouse. Please please please come to Long Island!

My wife and I had a great dinner. Our waitress, Kareess, was super. The manager, Joe, gets top marks for friendliness. My wife enjoyed her salmon very much. My steak was cooked just right. The blueberry/lemon cake was a great finish.

This may be a chain, but this is run exceptionally well. The food is consistent and always comes to the table as ordered. The drinks stay full, and the staff checks back without overwhelming the guests. Even the management checks on tables and is always pleasant. They go above and beyond in exceptional service. The asparagus came out perfect, and the meals were cooked wonderfully and had great presentation. Well done to the staff here.

The food is so good here. I've never had a complaint about the food. The service is slow sometimes, but I will still come back. We went last weekend and I had the NY strip with a sea salt crust. It was delicious! And of course for dessert we had the chocolate stampede. That is my FAVORITE dessert anywhere. I normally don't like chain restaurants, but I love this place!

Dining Date December 4, 2014 for dinner. All of the food was pretty good. The pork dinner I had was cooked perfectly and the sauce was terrific. My wife liked her chicken sandwich and the lobster/shrimp dip she had as an appetizer. Unfortunate our service was not very good. It started out ok with drink orders and appetizers. Our main course was served and everything seemed good until I asked for a steak knife. It took about 5 minutes at which point my entree started getting cold. From there I think the waitress got embarrassed, and she avoided us. Keep in mind this is a slow Thursday night, and I requested a steak knife in a steakhouse! People have bad days, and the food was good enough for the price that this experience will not stop me from trying again.

This review is long overdue. I love this place, they always update their menu and everything I have ever gotten was always cooked perfectly. I sometimes go with my boyfriend who has a very bad dairy allergy and he never had a problem. We went for my brothers graduation a few months ago and the manager gave the table a free dessert! My parents love the drinks, and I think the 'lighter' side entrees are superb. The food has never been slow, even on a busy night. I feel the menu is a little small for people who don't enjoy red meat, they only have a minimum amount of fish and chicken dishes. I am happy they have any, don't get me wrong. The chicken tortilla soup I had last time I went (I am unsure if they still have it) was really good! I guess this would explain why they are always busy, and why we keep coming back!

I will start by saying that while we have dined her before, in this specific review, we did not. Why the review? We stopped in last weekend for a late lunch/early dinner. There was no one at the host/hostess stand when we arrived. We saw diners as well as servers, but no host or hostess. We then caught the eye of what appeared to be a manager who looked at us like a deer in the headlights. After staring at us for a minute, she walked into the kitchen. About 2-1/2 minutes later a woman, who we assumed to be the hostess approached us and her nicest snarl said; "I will be with you soon." As she walked away, we decided that our hard earned money could be better spent elsewhere and we headed to another restaurant. As I said at the onset of this review, we did not eat here this time, but, we have on previous occasions. Based on those experiences as well as this specific one, we see no reason to return to LongHorn Steak House.

I don't frequent steak places (don't eat the stuff - snobby weirdo I know) or this chain enough to say whether or not some of the bad reviews are valid or whether most of the glowing reviews are realistic but giving it my best guess based on our stop a few Saturdays ago, I'm going with the idea that the people writing the really bad reviews are nuts. First rule of thumb here: If you are coming on a weekend at night CALL AHEAD. If you don't your stupid. We called ahead from home and were told they had around a thirty-five minute wait. We showed thirty minutes later and were seated almost immediately. To the dopes that didn't call ahead and were getting pissed at the host staff, they were being quoted waits of forty-five minutes to an hour. #Idiots Considering the place was crammed with people everywhere the service wasn't too bad. Drinks were refilled multiple times with minimal wait times, the warm bread came out right away and dirty plates never sat too long. As for the food, nothing was exceptional but nothing was bad either. A six ounce sirloin, parmesan crusted chicken and bourbon molasses pork tenderloin were the entrees and each had some quirks but overall was decent. I was told the sirloin tasted fine but it was ordered medium-well with as the server pointed out "a little bit of pink" except that when it came out it was flamingo pink throughout. Thankfully the person who ordered it didn't mind but for someone more of a stickler this would not have been acceptable. Both the pork dish and the chicken dish were served issue free although the chicken pieces they use are very, very small. The chicken equates to a mound of salty parmesan cheese covering maybe three bites of meat per piece. Door to door I think everything took around 75-80 minutes which was more than fair considering the day and time. For the service I would give it an "A" as all was spot on but the food was more like a B to a B- as the steak was not cooked even close to what was ordered and the chicken was seriously portion controlled but the pork, in particular the sauce on it, was fantastic. Personally, I think we'll be back at some point as the place is not as over the top stupid as Texas Roadhouse and the prices are reasonable enough plus, if you use their call ahead seating option it helps to get you in and out in no time.

Typically, we're not ones for dining at chain restaurants. However, family who like the chain combined with a gift card got us in the door. We were seated within about 5 minutes of our arrival. The atmosphere is nicely lit for a casual dinner and the decor is tasteful and not over-the-top for a Texas themed chain. For those of us that ordered steaks (to which my fiancée and I are boggled that the others in our party would go to a steakhouse and order anything but a steak), they were cooked perfectly. Good thing, since that's our biggest expectation at a steakhouse. In general, everything was economically and had good flavor. The service was good, and our drinks were well watched for refills by our server. I recommend skipping the lemonade, it's either pre-mixed or loaded with salt so you'll likely be more thirsty after drinking some. The bathroom was well maintained and clean. Overall, a solid stop if you're in need of a tasty steak to quench your hunger from what appears to be a worthwhile chain.

Many empty tables and yet there's a 15 min wait time. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was extremely SLOW SLOW SLOW; even though it was not filled with customers. Filet mignonette was medium rare instead of medium well. The Ribs were delicious as well as the cocktails.
